More than 26 years of Construction Management experience involving federal/milit
ary, public works, industrial and commercial/retail projects, nationwide.
Responsibilities have included client/account management; preliminary site asses
sments; plan and scope take-offs and estimating; bid/proposal preparation and pr
esentation; subcontract bid solicitations; contract and subcontract negotiations
; preparation of Quality Control Plans, Accident Prevention Plans, Waste Managem
ent Plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans; set-up & management of sub
mittal logs and administration of the submittal processes; product and materials
procurement; oversight of jobsite personnel and jobsite operations; conducting
course-of-construction progress and coordination meetings; preparation and prese
ntation of RFI's, change order requests, and payment applications; collection an
d assembly of LEED documentation for "green building" certification; and the ful
l compliment of construction project closeout duties.
Construction Management experience was preceded by two (2) years of Facilities/P
roperty Management experience, which included the development and implementation
of comprehensive Facilities Maintenance and Energy Management programs for a ma
jor national retailer.
