luded the management of parts & accessories, catalog sales development, all IT r
elated functions as well as all accounting (payables/receivables). By utilizing
my project management and planning background, Adrenaline Motorsports quickly b
ecame a profitable company and exceeded initial expectations in both sales and p

* Managed the development of a web/client based (www.documark.com) document serv
er to deliver field service documentation to service technicians. This resulted
in a significant savings in printing costs, with more timely updates to field s

1997 to 2000 - Senior Business Analyst
Minster Machine Company, Minster, Ohio
Managed all new client server application development, with direct supervision o
f 4 employees.
* Adapted a set of coding standards to improve programming and application effic
iency. This increased application performance by reducing the time to retrieve
data from Oracle databases and aided in increasing programmer efficiencies by fo
llowing a set of standards.
* Engineered and Managed the development of a Sales Proposal System/Product Conf
iguration system. This system operates as a complete Press and Material Handlin
g Equipment configuration tool as well as generates a formatted Sales Proposal/C
ontract to the customer. This was an 18 month project that included the coordin
ation efforts of multiple disciplines: engineering, sales, manufacturing, market
ing, and IT.
* Was promoted to head a new ecommerce department upon successful completion of
the Sales Proposal System. Spent 6 months on developing long term strategic pla
n for the integration internet technologies and eCommerce.
1996 to 1997 - Computer Systems Specialist
ALCOA Building Products, Sidney, Ohio
Responsibilities included the reports conversion from legacy Progress database t
o Oracle for a logistics conversion project, teaming with Ryder Logistics Corp.
Also worked with DBA in the development of an ALCOA data warehouse to meet futu
re reporting needs.
* Developed a new R&D database and application for the information retrieval and
tracking of weathering lab data.
1991 to 1996 - Member Technical Staff Level B

Held various responsibilities during employment at CSC. Initial duties included
; site support and analysis, coding, testing and documenting programs for the Ai
