Facility Manager/Equipment Sales/Project Manager
Plan, organize, and manage the largest dollar volume restaurant supply store in
the city of Wichita. Responsibilities include monitor accounts receivable, prep
aration of purchase orders, project bidding, negotiations, recruitment and staff
ing, material purchasing, delivery scheduling, store staff meetings, maintain st
ore inventory levels, design and layout for new project development, cross train
ing of employees, and time management. Supervise up to seven employees.
Projects and Accomplishments
* Increased store sales by over 70% since 1999 with annual revenues approaching
$3.6 million, with a reduction in overall monthly business expenditures.
* Created resupply order form that was instrumental in development of business w
