an annual budget of $35 million
Established the school's technology department, transitioning from an initial pa
rt-time "staff" of four technically gifted teachers who volunteered their time t
o 12 employees and a $1.5 million annual IT budget. Responsible for providing fl
exible and scalable technology solutions to meet the educational and administrat
ive needs of students, faculty, and non-teaching staff on four campuses. Evaluat
e, purchase, install, and maintain hardware, software, and systems; develop and
implement processes, procedures, and policies.

student database; introduced and gained consensus for the four-year project that
