. Re-profiled distribution center to incorporate 1400 new items from 2

1996 Non-Conveyable and Shipping Manager
Fully accountable for managing the completion of non-conveyable order
filling and replenishment for 115 stores daily with a staff of 75 in a high
pressure, quality-conscious environment. As Shipping Manager, was
responsible for processing 11,000 labels per hour and shipping $4M+ daily
while meeting accuracy standards.

Operations Manager
Selected to lead project to design and manage start-up of Lowe's first
mechanized distribution center servicing up to 184 stores in a 10 state
region. Entered employment in 1992 as a Management Trainee, rotating
through all distribution center functions.

establishing pick locations for all products and staffing requirements to

. Working with Rapistan-DeMag Technics Group, installed automated conveyor
