Microwave Backhaul Engineering Department
Served as the primary point of contact at Clearwire's Regional headquarters in C
alifornia to coordinate the Frequency Coordination (PCN) and FCC 601s applicatio
n process. Directly worked with Frequency Coordinators, Network Deployment, Site
Acquisition, Commissioning, RF Engineering, and Operations to acquire clear fre
quency channels and licenses for Clearwire. Responsible for overseeing multiple
markets such as Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, Central Valley, Los Angeles, and South
ern California. Provided support to other regional BH Engineers by reviewing, v
erifying, and analyzing frequency coordinations, PCNs, Visio diagrams, and Line-
of-Site Surveys to find work-around solutions to blocked links. Also took on si
de projects where help was needed. Assisted RF Engineering Team with Site Accept
ance Testing (ATP) to bring sites On-Air. Made sure data was accurately updated
in Clearwire's proprietary Project Management database. Other duties included w

process. Served as the primary contact to the Compliance Analyst at Cingular an
d gave weekly progress reports informing them of any new developments with the a
udit project. Created closeout documentations for each site visited and spearhe
aded the new design, development and testing of Optima's Client Portal Website f
or which our clients can view the status of their markets online. Through my gui
dance and supervision, our team had successfully provided the most accurate meas
urements and data available while presenting discrepancies to Cingular per their
request in order to resolve and comply with the FCC. Most importantly, through
my leadership and guidance, we completed the assignment efficiently, with excep

Provided support to the Testing and Commission Engineers as well as RF Engineers
certifying carrier networks as mandated by the FCC E911 for mobile wireless. Re
sponsible for loading delay data into the network database using a variety of da
ta manipulation techniques requiring the proficiency of Excel spreadsheets, Acce

Served as the primary contact engineer at Teligent headquarters for the Northeas
t and Pacific regional markets. Provided support to the regional engineers by r
eviewing, verifying, and analyzing frequency coordinations and GIS programs. Re
sponsible for designing and constructing Teligent's fixed wireless network as we
ll as determining the feasibility and reliability of proposed point-to-point com
mon carrier microwave systems. Other duties included working in conjunction wit
h Teligent's Legal department in purchasing equipment orders and processing FCC
filings. Under my guidance and supervision, our group had constructed numerous
fiber-optic cables and high capacity wireless links from central office switches
