and promote the rights of all citizens to quality basic education at all levels and shall
take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all. Thus Parrilla
Elementary school materialized the School Improvement Plan as one appropriate step
This School Improvement Plan is made through the cooperative efforts of the
school head, teachers, PTA, and the barangay officials represented by the Kagawad
Chairman of Education, and other stakeholders. This is made in order to find ways and
means to increase the academic performance of pupils as well as in shaping their whole
being through the development of moral values, self-discipline and be equipped of the
basic facts which can be used as a tool in facing this competitive world.
A. SCHOOL PROFILE
monograde school. This is closely monitored by a head teacher with six permanent
teachers and a hundred thirty-eight (138) pupils. All pupils are living within the
barangay.
Parrilla Elementary School focuses on teaching the basic needs of life in the
midst of struggle between earning for a living to be literate. The teachers are vigilant
enough to impart knowledge on their own creative way. Values are taught in correlation
