Wellsite Engineer / Senior Engineer, had a wide range of duties and responsibilities.
Analysed drilling problems & progress, optimising BHA design & performance, carried
out casing and drill string design.

July 1983 to June 1985: Oil Exploration Company "UGANSKNEFT", Siberia, USSR.
Employed as Engineering/Production Foreman with variety of duties. Checked and
optimised performance of pumping wells, using electrical submersible pumps. Duties
included recording of production data, analysing the results, investigating trends and
apparent problems.

August 1980 to July 1983: Oil Exploration Company "GROZNEFT", Grozny, USSR.
Employed as Engineering/Production Foreman. Duties included analysing well data and
initiating well repairs accordingly, supervising well stimulation operations as well as both
a maintenance crew and production operators.
