Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the organizing committee of the IDA World Congress 2009, I am delighted to present you with your Exhibitor's Manual, which is designed to assist exhibitors plan participation at IDA Exhibition well in advance. The information compiled will provide your coordination teams with everything they need for a successful implementation. The Manual is divided into two sections - "Information" and "Action." We, therefore, request you to set aside some time to read these sections carefully to familiarize yourselves with the preparations and procedures building up towards the event. The Manual also contains a checklist of dates for returning your forms, to ensure that the services required can be supplied, with maximum ease. By returning your completed order form as per the specified dates, you will avoid last minute disappointments and unnecessary surcharges. IDA will do its utmost to assist you with your planning and implementation. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless experience throughout your participation. We recommend that your company nominate a single point of contact to co-ordinate and plan for your participation at the IDA Exhibition, liaison with the professional congress organizers, stand fitting company, on site handling agents and other contracts to manage deadlines. IMPORTANT NOTE
All Forms to be returned to the relevant contractor within the stipulated deadline. Please enclose all the necessary design material and payments before the above deadlines. Last minute requests are subject to availability.

In-Hall Operations Schedule:


During the build-up period, the exhibition halls will be open from 08.00 hours on the 4th November. Please indicate your preferred move in time and date to the Organiser.

"SPACE ONLY" exhibitors, please note:


Dimensioned drawings must be sent to the Organiser for approval 60 days prior to the event. All materials used in the construction of any items of stand fitting or display work must be fireproofed or of non-flammable materials. They must be pre-fabricated and decorated prior to arrival at the Halls. Oil based paints and glues are strictly forbidden. Double-decker stands are allowed provided it is checked and approved by the Organiser. All stands should be free standing. Digging holes, nails and screws are not allowed within the Halls.

"SHELL SCHEME STAND" exhibitors, please note:


The Stand Builders will require two days to complete the stands. Exhibitors will be able to unload their material and arrange their displays only after the stands have been set-up. Exhibitors will be allowed access on 6th November onwards at 08.00 hours. Please Note: Carpet is included

"CUSTOM BUILT" exhibitors, please note:


Exhibitors who will have their stands built by the non-official contractors, can start the build-up immediately after the marking of hall has been completed. Exhibitors will be allowed access on 4th November onwards at 08.00 hours. WEIGHT & SIZE RESTRICTIONS Weight and size restrictions for equipment and machinery include: * Fork Lifted Max weight load is 700kg * size limit 1.7m W x 2.45m H In the event you wish to showcase items that exceed the above measurements, please contact the Organiser immediately.

FURNITURE & ELECTRICAL ITEMS


The furniture and electrical items requested in your order forms will be placed at your stand on the second day of build-up. Additional items can be ordered from the official contractor on site. However such orders will be subject to availability and a surcharge of 20%.

RE-STOCKING/MAINTENANCE
Normally, re-stocking can be done during the lunch break. However, all exhibitors are requested to check with the Organizer's Office on site, for the exact timings. Under special circumstances, permission may be granted for maintenance or repair work after the Exhibition closes. However, the Organizer's Office on site must be notified at least two hours before the exhibition closes. This will enable arrangements for the admission of workmen and the provision of lighting, etc.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS
Light and small Exhibits must be packed and carried away right after the exhibition closes on 12th November. Exhibitors must ensure that heavy exhibits and other goods are properly packed and marked the next morning and removed from the exhibition hall by 1700 hours the same day. Dismantling of the stands will be done the morning after the exhibition closes. The halls will be open from 0800 to 1700 hours for this purpose. The Official Freight Forwarder will assist you in re-packing heavy Exhibits upon your request.

ACCOUNTS
All outstanding accounts must be settled DURING THE COURSE OF THE EXHIBITION. Gate passes for removal of Exhibits will be issued by the Accounts Department at the Organizer's Office on site only if all accounts are cleared and settled.

STAND BUILDING REGULATIONS


The Organizer has appointed Al Fajer Information & Services (Exhibit Builders) as the Official Stand Building Contractor to carry out stand fittings, stand decoration, plumbing and electrical works, in connection with the event. No Stand Building Contractor is allowed to carry out construction of stands until necessary permission is obtained from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse such permission without assigning any reasons. The following Regulations must be observed when planning a stand presentation: "Shell Scheme" - Refer To Form No. 1 No additional stand fitting or display may be attached to the shell stand structure i.e. no nailing or drilling is allowed. No painting on the shell stand panels is allowed. Exhibitors who wish to have panels painted must inform the Organizer. No free standing structure may exceed the height of 2.5 meters or extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. Any change to the type or color of the floor covering provided, must be by prior negotiation with the Official Stand Building Contractor. Any costs incurred will be paid by the Exhibitor concerned. No financial credit will be given by the Organizer/Contractor for any standard carpet not utilized. * An Exhibitor occupying a corner booth is not permitted to close any part of the corner even though he may require to use the same for display. * The Exhibitor Company's name should be entered in Form No. 1 * 400 kg. /per distributed load. "Custom Built" (Special Design Stand) * No structure may exceed a height of 5 meters in Halls, inside foyer 3.5 mt * No part of any structure may extend beyond the boundary of site allocated. * No suspension may be made from the ceiling of Exhibition Halls or may anything be fixed to the floor, walls or any other part of the building. * No wall or ceiling is allowed to be structured to the stands unless approval has been granted by the Organizer. * The name and stand number of the Exhibitor must be prominently displayed. If this requirement is not observed, the Organizer reserves the right to affix stand numbers as they deem fit and will charge all costs incurred to the Exhibitor. * All Exhibitors must provide their own wall panels instead of using the back walls of the adjacent Exhibitor. Submission for "SPECIAL DESIGN STAND" This form must be submitted only if you are using a Non-Official Stand Building Contractor Exhibitors who will have their stand built by non-official Contractor must send the dimension drawing to organiser for approval. After getting approval from organiser please submit a copy to Al Fajer Information & Services along with main electricity supply (see order Form 09A) If you are using Al Fajer Information & Servives for the special design stand, all the above requirments will be taken care by Al Fajer Information & Services The Organizer will have the right to take down the stand/ or disallow participation without any compensation as a result of failure to submit the design for approval. CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE BOND Before permission is granted by the Organizer for a Contractor to work at the Exhibition and the necessary entry passes issued, the Contractor will be required to sign an undertaking guaranteeing his observance of the Exhibition Regulations. Please inform your contractors that they must submit staff list and copy of trade license and proof of sponsorship 14 days prior to the exhibitions in order to produce contractor badges, without which access will not be granted. Electrical Order Form is available in this Manual - Form No. 08 & 08A To avoid any power supply tripping/disruption to your stand and to neighbouring stands, please check with Official stand contractor if you require extra power supply for the equipment that you are demonstrating/using at the site. Contractor/Organiser will not be responsible for Insufficient power supply that cause power tripping. * * * *

ELECTRICAL MAIN SUPPLY INSTALLATION For safety reasons, all electrical installations on stands must be carried out by the Official Stand Building Contractor. NO OTHER CONTRACTORS ARE ALLOWED TO CARRY OUT ELECTRICAL MAIN SUPPLY INSTALLATION. AIR-CONDITIONING The indoor Exhibition Halls are fully air-conditioned. Air-conditioning will be provided throughout the Exhibition period. WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE Water supply is only available at perimeter stands . If water supply is essential to Exhibits, details must be given to the Official Stand Building Contractor. Please complete Form No. 05 for your requirements. PRESENTATION OF EXHIBITS Exhibitors must present their Exhibits throughout the period of the Exhibition. No Exhibitor will be allowed to remove Exhibits from the Exhibition floor, prior to the official termination of the Exhibition. FILM AUDIO VISUAL DEMONSTRATION Audio-Visual equipment may be brought in by the Exhibitor himself, or hired from the Official Stand Building Contractor. Please indicate your requirements in Form No. 07A. When in operation, such equipment must not cause annoyance to Visitors or other Exhibitors through excessive sound or by virtue of its location. The Organizer reserves the right to stop any such audiovisual presentation which, in their opinion, may violate the above. FLOWERS AND PLANTS Plants and planters are available on hire from the Official Floral Contractor, Flowers may also be Purchased. Please indicate your requirements in Form No.13.

ATLANTIS HOTEL & EVENT PRODUCTION REGULATIONS


All companies undertaking event production in any location at Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah must adhere to the venues Company Regulations and Technician on Duty Policy. Required Documentation from Production and Event Management Companies prior commencement of load-in at Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah * Copy of Company Trade License * Copy of Insurance certificates (for personal and public liability) * Current certificates (and expiry dates) for all lifting and rigging equipment, motors, strops, shackles and chain hoists ( all must be tested yearly and certification provided) * Documentation to confirm the fire resistance of any materials or drapes used * A list and copies of all staff visas working in the area * Relevant training certificates or evidence of staff competence and experience of all staff that will be using any site equipment (in house or rented). E.g. Cherry Picker, Scissor lift, fork lift. * Relevant training certificates or evidence of competence and experience of all staff that will be involved in rigging. * Other relevant training certificates or evidence of competence and experience e.g. First aid, Safe working at heights/Rope access. * Method statement, indicating the type of equipment to be used, installed attachment and connection to existing building stricture and infrastructure, stage plan and rigging plot. (these will be in accordance with the above certificates and experience) * Schedule- from load in to load out, indicating set up, rehearsal and show running order, and including times of when if any smoke or special effects will be used. (In accordance with provision of above mentioned certificates) * Fire alarm deactivation request form(s) to be submitted. Events Manager to insure that these requests are e-mailed to security ( DXB-Security ),by Event Manager / CSM. * List of subcontractors that will be used.

Note: This information must be provided to the PCO prior to set up. * Crew to attend a Fire Safety induction prior to works being approved and suppliers and staff to be conversant with relevant Safety requirements/ legislation. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is to be work as required. * Certified Harness & Lanyard must be worn and fixed to an approved point when working above 2 meter height. * Separate Hot Work Permit is to be requested for any Welding, Cutting or similar works * All portable Electrical Equipment will be fitted with approved plugs and sockets. * Not to work on any live Electrical Distribution Board. Power to be isolated as per Atlantis Palm Jumeirah Isolation policy. * Visitor permits have been issued from the security department. * All personnel must have enough valid and job specific relevant experience to be working onsite. * Smoke Machine usage is prohibited unless security is informed and approval granted. * All flammable materials used are treated with a suitable fire retardant product and certificates are able to be produced on demand. * The venue capabilities and restrictions are fully understood by the on-site contractor and any sub-contractor they may have hired. * All contractor / sub-contractors equipment as stated above has a fully up to date test certificate and has been fully tested by the relevant company. * Atlantis Palm Jumeirah assumes no liability for services, transportation, personnel or equipment provided by mentioned companies or sub-contractors. * Any injuries to contractors, sub-contractors or personnel inside the venue or damage to the venue that is a result of contractors defects is the full liability of the contractor and subcontractors and not assumed by Atlantis Palm Jumeirah. * Permission must be sought at corporate level for the use of pyrotechnics within the or outside the property due to ministry regulations. If pyrotechnics are to be used security must be informed and approval granted. * No equipment, decoration, hanging drapes, or any other articles may be attached to the fabric of the building in any way other than via hanging points. * It is the responsibility of any outside contractor to ensure safe working practices are performed. * Smoking only allowed in designated smoking areas. * Consumption of alcohol by contractors is forbidden on the premises. * If a work practice is suspected to be unsafe, Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah management reserve the right to have work suspended until certification is provided from the relevant authority that is acceptable to the venue at the cost of the contractor. * Equipment and containers may be searched by Management of Atlantis, The Palm. * Atlantis, The Palm reserves the right to restrict access to any individual who transgresses any policy or procedure. Deliveries, Pick-ups and Equipment Storage Vehicles must not be parked unattended. Vehicles not in the process of loading or unloading should be moved onto parking 19 after consulting with event organizer who will get permission / direction from security. The contractor must supply labour to move and load large items such as scissor lifters to coincide with the start and the end of the function room access unless specific extended storage has been booked with the Event Manager. The contractor is required to supply labour for moving the equipment to and from the loading bay. Additional storage and labour charges may be incurred outside the contracted booking. Road case storage is to be coordinated directly with the Atlantis, The Palm Event Manager and is monitored by the ToD for the function. Venue Management has the right to change or modify work(s) that may compromise safety or the venue's five star integrity. The safe keeping of tools and equipment is the sole responsibility of the contractor.

EXHIBITION RULES AND REGULATIONS


DEFINITIONS EVENT: EXHIBITOR/(S): MAIN EXHIBITOR: IDA World Congress & Exhibition Dubai 2009. is the name of the organization reserving space at the event. is the name of the primary company signing the contract for the allocation of space with the Organizer. 1. DURATION OF EXHIBITION 1.1. The IDA exhibition will be open from November 8 11th, 2009, from 0900 hrs 1730 hrs. During these times stands and exhibits must not be covered up and staff must be in attendance. Exhibitor is not permitted to remove goods on display from the halls prior to 1900 hrs on November 11th, 2009. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, location and duration of the exhibition or to postpone the event without Exhibitor having the right to claim indemnity.

2. PAYMENT FOR SPACE 2.1. Participation by Exhibitor is subject to full cost being paid before taking up space at the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor is liable for the cost of space booked as per the Cancellation of Space Booking clause. Organizer may cancel this Contract at any time with immediate effect and without any liability to Exhibitors if cir cumstances or events outside the Organizers reasonable control impede, delay or otherwise substantially affect the Organizers ability to perform its obligations hereunder. The Organizer may cancel this Contract at any time without the need to give reasons by giving Exhibitors twenty one (21) days notice of such cancellation. The Organizer may also cancel this Contract with immediate effect if, in its reasonable opinion, an Exhibitor is in material breach of the terms of this Contract or such breach appears to the Organizer to be imminent or unavoid able, or if circumstances arise by which the Event gives rise to a serious risk of injury to any person or to damage either the Exhibition Hall or other property.

3. PROHIBIT OF TRANSFER 3.1. Exhibitor may not assign, sublet or grant licenses, in respect of the whole or any part of the space allotted, nor make any cards, advertisements or printed matter of firms or companies who are not bona fide Exhibitors, be exhibited or distributed from any stand.

4. INSOLVENCY 4.1. In the event of the Exhibitor entering into liquidation, whether compulsory or voluntary (save for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation) or, being an individual, committing any act of bankruptcy, or whether a company or an individual, calling any meeting of, or making any arrangement with, its/his creditors, or permitting any judg

ment to remain unsatisfied for seven days, or a receiver of any assets of the Exhibitor being appointed by any dis tress or execution being levied upon any goods or premises of the Exhibitor, the Organizer shall have the right to terminate any Contract with the Exhibitor, to cancel the allotment of space and to retain all monies paid by the Exhibitor under such Contract. 5. AMENDMENT TO HALL LAYOUT 5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the plan of the Exhibition Hall and move the position of the stands if required by the Hall Owners, Fire Authorities, or for any other reasons.

6. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND REGULATIONS 6.1. Exhibitor must comply with the Organizers Regulations, the Rules and Regulations issued by the Hall Owners and all the Statutory Regulations that have effect at the Exhibition Hall.

7. TECHNICAL HANDBOOK 7.1. The Exhibitor Manual Technical Handbook is a detailed guide to the Exhibition arrangements including Rules and Regulations which must be adhered to at all times.

8. EXHIBITION TENANCY 8.1. Adequate time will be allowed by the Organizer for the erection of stands and technical connections, also for the dis mantling of stands and the removal of all exhibits and contractors materials. The dates and time for these opera tions are shown in the Technical Handbook. The Organizer reserves the right to remove, at a cost to be passed on to the Exhibitor, any materials or exhibits that may be abandoned within the Hall.

8.2.

9. ERECTION OF EXHIBITION STAND 9.1. Exhibitor is not permitted to erect and/or display goods in such a manner that may, in the opinion of the Organizer, obstruct the light or impedes the viewing along the open spaces or gangways, or to occasion inconvenience or oth erwise affect the display of other Exhibitors. Exhibitor must inform the Organizer of the names and addresses of any contractors or sub contractors they may be using by latest 30 days prior to the opening of the Exhibition.

9.2.

10. SPACE ONLY CONTRACTS 10.1. Exhibitor is responsible for the construction of the stand including fixed walling to the perimeters of their stands where it adjoins another stand and the prominent display of their allotted stand number/s.

11. UTILITIES AND USAGE Only the Hall Owner is entitled to arrange for the supply of utilities to the Exhibition Hall. 11.1. Exhibitors shall be liable for the cost of their own telephone calls and other telecommunications charges within the Exhibition Hall. The Organizer shall not be liable to Exhibitors for any technical interruptions at the Exhibition Hall during the Event including, without limitation, any failure of the supply of electricity, water, airconditioning, cleaning or security services. Exhibitors shall ensure that all parts of the Exhibition Hall and all fixtures, fittings and chattels at the Exhibition Hall

shall be handled and treated in a manner appropriate to their ordinary usage and not in a manner such as to cause them to become damaged, to expire or become worn early, and Exhibitors shall render them up to the Organizer in the same condition they were in at the commencement of the Event save for fair wear and tear. 11.4. Exhibitors shall be liable for replacement and repair costs of items broken, damaged, exhausted, lost or removed as a result of their default pursuant to this Contract. Exhibitors shall have the reasonable use of the service roads, loading facilities, toilets and conveniences attendant to the Exhibition Hall. Parking of vehicles and other equipment in carparks controlled by the Hall Owner shall only be permitted with Consent and neither the Organizer nor the Hall Owner accepts any responsibility for there being insufficient carparking space for any person or for any loss or damage caused to vehicles in such carparks or on any access roads leading to the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitors shall not erect seating in the Exhibition Hall without Consent. Exhibitors shall designate a duly authorized agent to be present at the Exhibition Hall during Event opening times, which agent shall be empowered to receive instructions, complaints or explanations from the Organizer on the Exhibitors behalf. The Organizer does not warrant or represent to any Exhibitor that the Exhibition Hall and/or services to be provided by it or the Hall Owner are appropriate for any specific purpose and Exhibitors hereby confirm and acknowledge that they were not induced to make their booking by any such warranty or representation.

12. ELECTRICAL INSTALLTION 12.1. General lighting within the Exhibition Hall is supplied and an official contractor has been appointed and a schedule of prices is included within the Exhibitor Manual should the Exhibitor require additional lighting within the stand. No other electrical contractors will be allowed to work within the Exhibition Hall.

13. ALTERATIONS AND FIXING Exhibitor shall not, without Consent; 13.1. 13.2. make any alterations to the structure, internal layout, fittings, decorations or furnishings of the Exhibition hall. Fix anything to the walls, ceilings, floors or pillars of the Exhibition hall by nails, screws, drawing pins, tape, adhesive or other means; or Suspend anything from the ceiling of the Exhibition hall or any other raised area or thing, nor raise or lower anything from the ceiling or any other raised area or thing.

13.3.

14. CLEANING 14.1. Basic stand cleaning (i.e. vacuuming of carpets, emptying of waste bins) is included in the contract with the Organizer and will take place each morning before the exhibition opens.

15. SMOKING 15.1. Exhibitor shall prevent all persons from smoking in the Exhibition Hall, except in areas which have been designated by the Hall Owner as areas where smoking is permitted. 16. SECURITY 16.1. The Organizer provides general security within the Exhibition hall. However, the Exhibitor is responsible for the security of its own stand and is particularly advised to secure light, moveable items or provide security guard especially for the night before the show opening and during the first night or breakdown.

17. DANGEROUS MATERIALS 17.1. The following are excluded from the Exhibition: explosives, denoting or fulminating compounds, and all dangerous or harmful substances, including priming, fireworks, matches, etc. Priming, firework, matches and similar objects can only be exhibited in the form of imitations and on condition that they contain no inflammable matter. 17.2. Only goods described at the time of application may be displayed on stands, and or any goods not approved by the Organizer must be removed from the Exhibition premises.

18. FIRE PRECAUTION 18.1. All materials used for the building, decorating or covering stands must be of non inflammable material. Exhibitor must comply with any reasonable instructions given by the Organizer, or the Licensees of the Exhibition Hall, or any Local Authority.

19. PHOTOGRAPHS 19.1. No stands or articles may be photographed, drawn, copied or reproduced in any way without the permission of the Organizer.

20. ACCIDENTS, LOST ITEMS AND INSURANCE 20.1. Save where the same results from the Organizers gross negligence, the Organizer shall assume no liability for any accidents occurring in connection with the Event. In particular any athletic, artistic or hazardous performance shall be conducted wholly at the Exhibitors own risk. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage (including by theft or vandalism) to items belonging to any Exhibitor or in an Exhibitors possession at or in the proximity of the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitors must obtain adequate insurance cover for the risks associated with exhibiting at the Event from a reputable insurer and shall, if so demanded by the Organizer, provides copies of the policy documentation to the Organizer.

21. PUBLIC PERFORMANCE & COPYRIGHT 21.1. Should the Exhibitor bring onto the stand, audio and visual equipment and amplifiers or other electronic equipment for the purposes of playing sound recordings, showing films or receiving visual images or sounds conveyed by electronic means, it is the Exhibitors own responsibility to ensure, at its own expense, that all relevant licenses and consents in connection with the laws of copyright or infringement of the rights of those who have legal protection against unauthorized public performance or broadcast of their recordings, have been obtained. The Organizer accepts no responsibility in this respect or liability which may arise from your failure to do so. 22. NOISE CONTROL 22.1. The use of video equipment, loudspeaker systems, tape recorders, film projectors or slide projectors is permitted provided the noise level is sufficiently low to avoid undue disturbance to visitors and other Exhibitors. The Organizer reserves the right to exercise its own judgment in respect to an acceptable level of noise. Demonstration of noisy machinery must be kept to a minimum in order to avoid annoyance to visitors and Exhibitors.

23. EXHIBITS 23.1. Exhibits must be displayed on stands for the entire duration of the Exhibition and must comply with the safety regulations for the prevention of accidents.

24. OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT 24.1. Exhibitor shall be responsible and solely liable for the operation of equipment displayed on its designated space/stand within the Exhibition Hall. No electrical equipment shall be fixed or installed at the Exhibition hall without written consent, which may be granted, subject to satisfactory testing of such equipment.

25. LIEN ON EXHIBITS 25.1. In the event that the Exhibitor owes money to the Organizer, such Exhibitors exhibits in the Exhibition Hall shall be subject to lien by the Organizer, and no such exhibit shall be allowed to be removed from the Exhibition Hall without Consent.

26. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY 26.1. Shall be confined to the stand area and are not permitted elsewhere in the Exhibition grounds, including the aisles. Publicity shall be confined to promotion of exhibited goods and shall not be in breach of statuary regulations or good taste, nor shall it be of an ideological or political nature. Comparable and superlative promotion is inadmissible. The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the display or distribution of advertising matter that could give rise to offence, and to confiscate the supplies thereof for the duration of the event. Optical, mobile and acoustic publicity aids are permitted provided they do not disturb neighboring Exhibitors or render inaudible the public address system in the Exhibition hall.

27. ADMISSION 27.1. Admission is by badge issued by the Organizer. If required, visitors must give proof of their bona fide interest in the Exhibition and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 28.1. The Organizer will not be responsible for the safety of the exhibits or property of the Exhibitor, its staff, contractors, or agents or any other persons, or for the loss of, damage or destruction to the same, by theft, fire, and other cause whatsoever, or for any loss or damage whatsoever sustained by the Exhibitor by reason of any defect in the building, fire, storm, tempest, lighting, national emergency, civil disturbances, inevitable accidents, force majeure or any other cause not within the control of the Organizer or for any other loss or damage whatsoever, or if by reason of the happenings of any such events, the opening of the Exhibition is prevented, postponed or abandoned or the building become wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the Exhibition or if the Exhibitor suffers any other damage whatsoever. As the Organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any Exhibitor, the Exhibitor should note there are no circumstances under which the Organizer can either become contractually bound to the Exhibitor or be regarded as a principal or an agent in relation to any legal agreement into which the Exhibitor may enter with a contractor.

28.2.

29. INDEMNITY 29.1. Except as a result of the gross negligence or willful default of the Organizer, the Exhibitor shall be liable for and shall indemnify the Organizer and its agents against all losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses incurred directly or indirectly in connection with their use or occupation of the Exhibition Hall arising from any fraudulent, wrongful or negligent act or omission, breach of this Contract or breach of any municipal or governmental law or regulation by them. In any event, and notwithstanding anything referred to elsewhere in this Contract, the Organizer shall not be liable to any Exhibitor under any circumstances for consequential, economic, special or indirect loss or damage. For the

avoidance of doubt, but without limitation, the Organizer shall not be liable to any Exhibitor for loss of business, profits or contracts or any damage to their reputation or image in the event the Organizer changes, postpones or cancels the Event as permitted hereunder. 29.3. Irrespective of any other provision in this Contract, any exclusion or limitation of the Organizers liabilities or obligations shall have no application if such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law or, if by law such liability or obligation may only be limited to a specific extent, then the Organizers liabilities and obligations to an Exhibitor in respect thereof shall be limited to the maximum permissible extent.

30. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 30.1. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract which cannot be settled amicably between the parties shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

31. NOTICES 31.1. Any notice or communication to be made hereunder or in connection with this Contract shall be in writing in the English language and shall be delivered personally or by post, courier or facsimile transmission to the respective address or facsimile number of the parties set out in the Technical Document or such other address or facsimile number as either party may notify in writing to the other from time to time. Proof of delivery, posting or dispatch shall be deemed to be proof of receipt: ain the case of a letter, upon delivery thereof (if delivered by hand or by courier) or (if sent by post) on the tenth (10th) business day after posting; and bin the case of a facsimile transmission, upon the sending machine producing a receipt of an uninterrupted and completed transmission to the intended recipient.

31.2.

32. MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONS 32.1. The Organizer shall be entitled at any time to amend the Event Rules & Regulations in light of prevailing circumstances and shall promptly after any such amendment inform Exhibitors of such amendments. The Exhibitor hereby agree to abide by all such amendments.

33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 33.1. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any previous agreements and understandings in relation to the same. We have noted the Exhibition Regulations which forms part of this Contract and, if this application is granted wholly or partially, undertake to be bound by them.
