100% ADVANCE ALONG WITH PURCHASE ORDER. In the event the agreed payment time frame is not honored then a 2% finance cost will be charged extra from date of receivables as per purchase order to date of actual realization of payment.

The software will be delivered within four to six weeks from the date of order acceptance. The authorization codes will be delivered after obtaining all clearances on receipt of your order technically and commercially clear in all respects.

Once an order is placed & confirmed, the same cannot be cancelled in any circumstances. However, In the event an order placed & confirmed for supply by the purchaser gets cancelled then it is automatically understood that the purchaser will forfeit the advance amount paid. All disputes arising out of this transaction will be with the jurisdiction of Faridabad Courts. The software can be installed at Customer Site subject to written confirmation of readiness of the necessary hardware and operating systems mentioned in Annexure for satisfactory installation. As applicable at the time of Invoicing. However, customer has to pay taxes and duties as applicable during the time of billing. The Software will be sourced directly from the Autodesk by us . No extra Charges Payable by you.
