Motion to Reconsider

Statement of Relief Sought Who respectfully request reconsideration of the decision to deny my right to proceed Pro Se in the current criminal matter 3. Facts Relevant to Motion I am entitled by law to be able to represent myself in any matter in which I am being accused. 4. Grounds for Relief and Argument I realize that you acknowledged that the Washington state Supreme Courts believe I have the right to represent myself, but that you in Snohomish County did not think so. I submit respectfully that Everett Municipal court is a court of limited jurisdiction & is in fact subordinate to the Washington state Supreme Courts.
