REQUIREMENTS:
You must hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, or another relevant field. You must have prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or another related position. Has past experience in an accounts receivable role (preferably 3 years or more). Has good English skills, spoken and written. Understands and can analyze accounts receivable reports. Understands a variety of approaches to collecting, and knows when it is appropriate

to use each approach. Effectively builds relationships with accounts payable staff in client organizations. Can effectively track and report on their activities and results to management. Has strong computer skills, particularly in use of Microsoft Excel 2007/2010. Has excellent business manners and etiquette. Has confidence and can be assertive when necessary.

TI-Cambodia was founded in July 5, 2010 by a volunteer group of Cambodian professionals from different background. It was formed with both financial and technical supports from Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S). The presence of Transparency International through TI-Cambodia as its National Chapter is to work together at all levels with individuals and institutions to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI-Cambodia is seeking to hire Finance & Administration Officer to work in its Phnom Penh office in order to handle financial and administrative aspects of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Keep record of accounting both in filing and in computer database Manage petty cash as approved by the supervisor Produce financial report and statement as needed Answer phone calls and receive guests or visitors Maintain inventory and files of documents Deliver invitation letters as needed Perform other responsibilities as requested by the supervisor Good communication skills in English and Khmer (oral and written) Graduate in Accounting or Finance. Some practical experience in accounting is preferred Some knowledge and experience in secretarial or clerical work is preferred Know how to use QuickBooks or other computer Accounting Programs Computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point). Good intern-personal skills (sociable, friendly and pleasant) Be willing to maintain a high performance level Be willing to work with flexible working hours
