Produce Green is a non-protable charitable organization, established in 1988. It is the rst organic farm that was set up in Hong Kong. It promotes green lifestyles through organic farming. Compost is a type of fertilizer that consists of decomposed organic matter. Compost is safe and easy to make as it does not contain harmful chemicals and can be done using household materials and a bit of work. 1. Buy a compost bin 2. Collect dried leaves, grass, vegetable scraps, fruit skin,... and place them in the bin 3. Aerate by adding water 4. Give it some time for decomposition (1 month) 5. WHAT IS IT?
Hygienic Many organic farms make sure that their produce is hygienic for eating. In some types of conventional farms, sewage sludge, a biproduct from sewage plants are added to the soil, contaminating crops with chemicals, oils ..., making it unsafe for eating. In Organic Farming, compost is used as a safer soil fertilizer.

Statistics have already shown that the usage of harmful chemicals and the adoption of GM crops in America have increased drastically over the years, and the numbers are still going upwards.
