The process of selection from alternatives may be either systematic and rational or intuitive and emotive. Most recruitment and selection decision seem to fall into some broad camps, like Those that are unashamedly emotive and intuitive- I hired him because I like him Those that are overtly systematic and rational and maintain objectivity as intent. 2. Identify some common experiences in your life where you have experienced stress. Give your suggestion how to get rid of it?

People can get stressed for many, many reasons. For example, I get stressed at school or college because I have a deadline to meet and worry if I will finish it. There are some suggestions that help me in overcoming the stress situation. Its important to make a to-do list in writing. This can be as simple as writing down a list of things on a piece of paper that will keep me handy, or a calendar to organize my tasks by date. This helps to fix things in mind, and with a written record, it's less easy for tasks to slip through the cracks. If I keep the list or calendar with or near me at all times, I can write down new tasks as they come up. If the list is not at hand, its better to write new tasks down on any handy scrap of paper, and copy them to the master list later If I glance at my list every morning at the start of my day, and maybe a couple of times throughout the day, it will refresh my memory about urgent things I need to do, so that I can attend to them right away Prioritize what needs to be done today and get to work on it. As I finish tasks, checking them off, will give me a sense of accomplishment, and motivate me to stay on track. Looking ahead to upcoming tasks and start working on them well before they're due (weeks or even months ahead if necessary). This will make them more manageable, as I can work on them in bits and pieces between other more pressing tasks. Then, by the time these tasks become due, I can wrap them up with relatively little effort. All this will greatly reduce my day-to-day stress while making me more productive. Using of an electronic calendar is nice to make this process much more streamlined and automated. I can also use the Microsoft Outlook calendar and task manager or Google Calendar and task manager which also offer the same features. The nice thing about electronic calendars is that I can set them up to remind me of my task at a time and date that I specify, which makes it really easy to remember to do things in a timely fashion.
