IT Project Manager for Baltics


Key responsibilities and tasks: To develop IT strategy and goals supporting Ektornet business strategy and objectives To organize IT projects across the Baltics and monitor their implementation to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget To supervise the development of IT systems, system specifications and verify that systems satisfy business requirements Research and evaluate technology solutions, services and providers To prepare and implement relevant IT policies, procedures and standards in compliance with Swedbank Group IT policies and standards Ensure successful cooperation with Swedbank Group IT Expectations on candidate: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field 3 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in international company Broad experience with enterprise application implementation, integration and maintenance Excellent project management skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills Fluent English Knowledge about various databases types, web development or other specialized IT areas will be considered as advantage We offer: competitive remuneration in line with your performance and achieved results; learning and development opportunities and support from professionals in the industry; personal development opportunities; work in interesting and rapidly evolving area; international working and cooperation environment. Governance The position is directly subordinated to and reports to the Head of Ektornet Baltic Operations. IT Project Manager will be located in one of the Baltic capitals dependent on the country of residence of the selected candidate. Also, the position will require frequent travels to all three Baltic countries and to headquarters in Stockholm.
