In consideration of the Organiser accepting this entry, and registration to participate in the above Run, I hereby waive and release any and all right or claims to damages I may have against the Organiser holding this Run, their agents, representatives, successors, assigns, race sponsors for any and all injuries, death and invalidity I may sustain before, during or after the course of the event or arising as a result of it. I hereby indemnify the Organiser and keep them indemnified and waived against all claims or damages that arise in consequence of the above. Rules & Regulations 1. AGE QUALIFICATION: Taken as at 31th December 2011 (Veteran competitors must attach a photocopy of their identity card together with their entry form) 2. NATIONALITY: Open to all. Malaysians and PR* will run in category A-F, International entries will run in category G and H. *PR must attach photocopy of their PR card together with entry form. 3. ENTRY FEE: RM5.00 per entry. Limited to 5000 entries only on first come first served basis. All entry fees collected will be donated to 3 charity homes. BHPetrol will top up the donation to RM30,000. 4. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: All entries must be submitted on the official entry form. Photostat copies are acceptable.

5. CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES: All entries must be completed and signed by participants. Any incomplete entries and entries without signature will not be accepted. For category E&F, parents signature is compulsory. 6. REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION OF TAG NUMBERS: Tag numbers will be given out upon submission of complete entry forms during registration time at the following seven BHPetrol stations.
