TO: The Central Student Government, College Councils, Student Organizations and the XU Student Body RE: OrgTrip 2011
On June 23, 2011 to June 29, 2011, the Central Student Government in partnership with the College Councils, XU-URO, AECO, and the Student Activities and Leadership Development Office of Student Affairs will be organizing the annual university-wide student organization recruitment drive or OrgTrip 2011. This year the theme of this annual activity is Heros Journey: Discovering the Power Within. Student organizations in this week will showcase how involvement in their organizations help the Xavier University student discover a life that is not of the ordinary by expanding his/her opportunities to develop skills or interests through co-curricular, extra-curricular, faith formation, service-learning, governance and policy-making engagements. The following are the noteworthy activities during this years OrgTrip:

The following are the awards to be given during the OrgTrip 2011 Awards Night:

I ask all student organizations to support the thrust of forming XU students in line with the vision of our government of a community of academically excellent, spiritually mature and socially committed Ateneans. While the harvest is great, may our united efforts bring us a bountiful harvest in the vineyard that is Xavier University for His greater glory.
