Pump attendants should convince the customers to purchase at least the required minimum load to avail the discount. Discounts will be added on the total amount of purchase. It will be on a per peso value and the remaining purchase less than 1 liter will not be entitled for the discount. Example: Amount of purchase: Php 1,500.00 Pump Price: 54.45 Total number of liters purchased: 27.54 liters Total Discount: 27.00 Total Amount to load: 1,527.00 0.54 liters purchased will not be entitled for the discount. The pump attendant must encourage the customer to load the exact 28 liters to cover the whole purchase. The Cashier has to record each transaction covered with discount ( please see attached format ). This report will be attached on the daily cash sales and inventory report. Covered purchases are all cash sales. P.O. accounts and credit card sales are not included.

Any violation on the above mechanics will be subject for disciplinary action. Discounts released on the non-qualifying purchase will be charged to the station personnel including the Station Supervisor. Station Supervisor has to accomplish the after the promo report ( please see attached format ) on the end of the promo period. This should be submitted to the undersigned not later than 3 days after the promo period.

Please be reminded that the success of any promo depends on how it was implemented and relayed to the customers. This will be an internal promo ( without streamers ) that has to be conveyed to all customers by our forecourt personnel. Forecourt attendants will be our key people to disseminate the good news, of course with the help of our Station Supervisor who has to stay in the forecourt for the implementation.
