Molemab has always been making high quality products and tools, following the highest safety standards. THE NEW PERFORMANCE Together with other manufacturers Molemab follows the strictest safety regulations, testing quality and safety of its products. Molemab discs feature the oSa mark (Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives). This independent corporation controls and certifies only the products manufactured following the EEC laws and quality standards. Molemab abrasive discs are manufactured according to the EN 12413 regulation, using the best European raw materials. Flap discs respect the EN 13743 regulation. The choice of the right disc depends on various factors. In order to get the best results please consider these points: Material - Working material has to be considered carefully. Machine - Please check machine power, weight and conditions before starting working. Application - Define what kind of operation you are going to carry out, and what results you expect. Once this data is clear it is then possible to choose the most suitable product. Abrasive discs work at high speeds, in extreme conditions and unstable pressures and angles. Workers must follow the safety rules. All the Molemab products include instructions which are shown also on the labels, through oSa approved pictograms.

PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS: Before use: Please be sure that the abrasive disc is not damaged. Check the label to ensure disc is suitable for the required application. Check product expiry date: reinforced abrasive discs can be used for three years from the manufacturing date. Check power, speed and conditions of the machine. Read the instructions which come with the product carefully. Wear all the safety accessories. Check the conditons of the working materials, and ensure that the workpiece is well fixed. Mount the disc following the instructions. During use: NEVER use cutting discs for grinding operations. NEVER use the flat part of the disc, use only the outside edge.

After use: Before removing the disc wait until the machine has completely stopped. Store discs with care, do not apply excessive pressure or mechanical stress. Destroy expired or damaged products. Make machine check-up periodically. Keep abrasives in a dry place, avoiding variations of temperature.

IMPORTANT: Please follow all the instructions, choose the best product and check the machine conditions carefully. Work in a safe place and use all the accident prevention accessories prescribed by the current regulations.

The colour of the central stripe changes according to the maximum peripheral speed allowed. Blue (50 m/s), Yellow (63 m/s), Red (80 m/s), Green (100 m/s). The maximum speed is shown both in rpm and m/s. Never exceed the speed shown on the label.

Power Cut discs are designed to ensure the safest working conditions and to avoid the most common problems: slow cutting, fast wear and vibrations. Power Cut includes discs for rail cutting with power saws. These are available in two different specifications (soft and hard) to satisfy every need.

FLAT CUTTING DISC, SHAPE T41

IMPORTANT: When cutting rail, best results come when discs are used at their maximum speed. To avoid rail overheating, disc consumption or bursting please do not apply too much pressure. It is highly recommended to wait at least two minutes between two cuts on the same piece.

SAFETY REGULATIONS Flap discs should be used at the maximum speed shown in rpm and m/s on the labels and packaging. The red colour of the central stripe indicates the maximum peripheral speed of 80 m/s. Never exceed this speed. PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS Molemab designs and manufactures flap discs in accordance to European regulation EN 13743 Before use: Please be sure that the abrasive disc is not damaged. Check the label to ensure disc is suitable for the required application. Check power, speed and conditions of the machine. Read the instructions which come with the product carefully. Wear all the safety accessories. Check the conditons of the working materials, and ensure that the workpiece is fixed well. Mount the disc following the instructions.

During use: When working it is recommended to apply wavy movements to the disc and change the angle to use all its surface. During the operation it is also recommended to take some breaks to avoid dust and surface heating. Always wear gloves, helmet and glasses as some disc fragments may come off. After use: Before disc removal wait until the machine has completely stopped. Handle discs with care, please do not apply too much pressure or mechanical stress on them. Destroy expired or damaged products. Make machine check-up periodically. Keep the abrasives in a dry place, avoiding variations of temperature.
