COMPLEMENTARY TICKETS PROMOTER/ VENUE TO PROVIDE THIRTY (30) BEST SEAT TICKETS, AVAILABLE IN-HAND TO TOUR MANAGER OR HIS REPRESENTITIVE NO LESS THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO DOORS. .These tickets, in conjunction with Artist supplied Backstage Credentials, shall be distributed at the discretion of the Artists Management, in the best manner available.

CATERING AND HOSPITALITY:


Please implement a ticket system for all meals. All tickets need to be handed to Ms. Badus production team upon arrival (Paul Levatino). Meals should be served in a separate Catering Room. It must be clean and free of odors and insects. This room must seat fifteen (15) people comfortably at banquet style tables. (4+) 8Ft.Tables and (15) Folding Chairs. Lunch: 12:00pm 3:00pm Ms. Badu Production Crew 8 Example Lunch Menu: Two hot meat entrees (pasta, hamburgers and turkey burgers) Fresh sliced fruit One or more salads, on ice, to include a mixed green salad Chicken Salad Tuna Salad Assorted sliced breads and rolls Mustard, mayo, vegan mayo, ketchup, relish and assorted salad dressings Cookies, Brownies, Pastries Selection of Soft Drinks Spring Water Iced Tea Orange Juice and other assorted juices, etc. Coffee Service, plus all condiments including half & half Hot Water for Tea and Hot Chocolate Two empty bus tubs for dirty dishes are required

Dinner: 5:00pm TBA (Ms. Badu production team to confirm setup finish time on show day): Production Crew, Band, Artist, Support Acts, Local Crew = 40+ *note that the above numbers are APPROX. please advance w/ Ms. Badus Production Crew if you have any questions. Example Dinner Menu: Two hot meat entrees: Chicken, Beef, Fish, etc. (no hamburgers or the like, NO PORK) One or more hot vegetarian entree One or more hot vegetable choices Fresh sliced fruit One or more salads, on ice, to include a mixed green salad Assorted sliced breads and rolls Mustard, mayo, vegan mayo, ketchup, relish and assorted salad dressings (please make sure at least one dressing is VEGAN) Assorted cakes, pies and/or ice cream, (please make sure at least one choice is VEGAN DESERT) *Please note, The Tour DJ Rashad Smith is a vegan-vegetarian. Please prepare one extra vegan meal for him to be served when the band and crew are served dinner.

Please keep in mind that we are not unreasonable in our expectations: Tablecloths should be used for all meals, and changed when soiled. Trash and dirty dishes should be removed in a prompt manner. Plastic plates, cups and paper napkins are acceptable for breakfast and lunch, though we do highly appreciate any efforts at reducing environmental impact. Please be prepared to serve the dinner meal on china, linen and with acceptable glassware. Silverware should be provided for all meals. All meals should be kept fresh and available until directed by Tour Production. A certain number of dinner meals may be required to be held until the completion of the performance. Please have clearly marked recycling bins in the catering area, and please, NO Styrofoam!

Please only contact DEXTER SAMUEL with Erykahs food questions (347) 885-6260. *Please note that Erykah and her daughters Puma and Mars are vegan vegetarians, which means they cannot have any kind of dairy products, seafood, or meats. Erykahs son Seven is no longer a vegan vegetarian; he is the only one that eats seafood, shrimp and fish. Erykah likes her food well-seasoned and are to have hot meals. Here are a few things that Erykah prefers whenever her meals are catered:
SEASONINGS: Spike, Onion Magic, Garlic, Curry Powder, Vegit, Braggs Amino, Nutritional yeast flakes (by Kal) VEGETABLES: Peas, Corn, Red Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Mushrooms, Broccoli, String Beans, kale, spinach, celery, cucumbers, parsley, beans and rice, (black-eyed peas, black beans, red beans, pinto beans) [Note: beans and rice are favorites of Puma and Mars] SOUPS: Split Pea, Black Bean, etc. (vegan only) FRUITS: Apples, Pears, Seedless Grapes, Peaches, Mangos, Bananas, Melons, Plums, Cherries, Nectarines PASTA: (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PASTA IS EGG-FREE!) BADU & CHILDREN CANNOT HAVE: Sugar, Butter, Milk, Eggs, Salt, Casein (a form of milk that is found in some soy cheese), Meat, Regular cheese, Strawberries, Oranges, Grapefruits, Pineapples.

Please ensure that all rooms are spotlessly clean prior to the arrival of the Production and Crew.
