MANILA, Philippines -- The Philippine Air Force will open the Aerospace Museum at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City on June 29 to jumpstart the commands 60th anniversary celebration in July. The museum will offer a tour of Philippine aviation history, aerospace science and technology. Visitors will get to know the countrys heroes in air defense. It portrays the rich cultural heritage of the Air Force and captures the bravery of Filipino airmen during World War II and the succeeding internal conflicts, said Col. Eduardo Diano, museum project manager and curator. The brand new, three-story facility was among the buildings replicated for the PAF by the state-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), and private developer Megaworld Corp. which is undertaking a commercial redevelopment project in a portion of the air base.

Science Discovery Center

The Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center (NFSDC) is the first Technology-Based, Highly Interactive Science Learning theme park in the country, housed in a 3000 square meter, two-level facility in the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. SM SDC is devoted to providing the public- kids and adults alike- entertainment, fun, and most of all, a highly interactive way to learn and appreciate Science and Technology. The center houses nine walk-through galleries, many of which contain interactive stations that enhance visitor experience. "Here at the NIDO FORTIFIED Science Discovery Center, we put the fun in learning through our interactive and entertaining galleries," says Raymund Maclang, AVP for Operations of SM Family Entertainment Center, Inc. Media City is one of the four galleries that can be found on the first level. It features the Gesturetek, where players can interact with and move around various 3D virtual environments using simple body movements. Then there's the popular Grossology station, where kids can learn about the ways and quirks of the human body. Here they'll enjoy the hands-on experience of "operating" on a mock human body in the Patients Please section, minus the blood. Interactive fun at the NIDO FORTIFIED Science Discovery Center continues at the Transportation Nation. You can build your very own virtual car at its kiosks, or try landing a plane in its flight simulators. Graphic panels also display video presentations of the

history of various modes of transportation. Kids love robots, and the Robots Inc Gallery showcases the best of these technological wonders. Graphic panels and replicas of some of the most famous robots in history are on display here. Kids also get to play with the remote-controlled "slambots" at the Robo-test section. Right next to the robots is the City Science Gallery. Scale models of the world's tallest building line up its big walls. It also features an earthquake simulation room, where visitors will get to experience how the ground shakes in the middle of an earthquake. The Webcam Wall section at the end of the City Science Gallery has several screens of video presentations on the worlds major cities. The upper level also houses the Virtual Reef. Guests walk through an artificial coral reef that mimics the scenes of life underwater. Towards the end of the gallery, they'll meet the talking virtual fish, Mr. T, who's ready to take on your questions about life in the sea. The main attraction of the NIDO FORTIFIED Science Discovery Center is the DigiStar Planetarium. Short films are shown on its 360-degree dome, the most advanced of its kind in the country. The DigiStar Planetarium can seat 160 people inside its theaterlike dome. Finally, there's the latest addition to the NIDO FORTIFIED Science Discovery Center: the Gravitram. The exhibit is a nice example of artistic engineering where gravity meets human design. The NIDO FORTIFIED Science Discovery Center is located at the south side of the malls Entertainment Building, and is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

SM Mall of Asia
SM Mall of Asia (MOA) is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall developer and owner in the Philippines. SM Mall of Asia is the 3rd largest shopping mall in Asia and the 4th[1] (Ref. Forbes' World's 10 Largest Shopping Malls) largest shopping mall in the world. It has a land area of 42 hectares and has a gross floor area of an approximate 390,193 m (4.2 million square feet)[2] and 407,101 m of total area. The mall is located at Bay City, Pasay City, Philippines just near the SM Central Business Park, the Manila Bay and the southern end of EDSA (Epifanio de los Santos Avenue). The mall attracts a daily average foot traffic of 200,000 people.

Manila Ocean Park, Philippines

Manila Ocean Park considers the first state-of-the-art Oceanarium which is located behind the Quirino Grandstand Luneta, Manila, Philippines. Its mainattraction is a 25-meter long, 220 degree curved acrylicwalkway tunnel. Aside from the Oceanarium itself, the marinepark has also boutique mall,restaurant row, and function facilities. It is owned by China Oceanis Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of China Oceanis Group Ltd (COG); a company that specializes in the investment, building, and operation of public aquarium/oceanarium attractions. The Oceanarium journey is divided into six sections and each section will carry a Filipino name: Agos ; Bahura ; Buhay na Karagatan ; Pating ; Ang Kailaliman ; and Laot . It replicates the water flow from a fresh water source that eventually leads to the open ocean, creating a model of interconnectedness between land and sea. It then takes one through the different depths of the sea showcasing each area s beautiful and natural inhabitants. Manila Ocean Park president Lim Chee Yong proudly said that the marine park would be among the most advanced ocean parks in Asia. It could also well be one of the biggest in Asia with an area larger than the famous Sentosa oceanarium in Singapore. Sentosa is 6,000 square meters while this one is 8,000 square meters, Lim said. He also compared the Manila Ocean Park with Hong Kong Ocean Park adding that although it has lots of fun rides, the Hong Kong Ocean Park showcases a smaller oceanarium. The ocean park project has an approximately cost of 1 billion pesos that would contain 12,000 cubic meters of seawater featuring 300 marine species indigenous to the Philippines and Southeast Asia. The Manila Ocean Park was first opened to the public last March 1, 2008. Until then, the Manila Ocean Park is open everyday from 10:00AM to 9:00PM. Admission fee is Php 400.00 for adults and Php 350.00 for kids.

Star City Philippines

Star City Philippines or simply Star City is situated in the northwestern part of Pasay where most of the tourist attractions are seen. Visiting the place will not only give you a fun-filled day but also tour around the area and see the nearby tourist attractions such as Cultural Center of the Philippines, Coconut Palace, Philippine International Convention Center, Manila Yacht Club, etc. Star City is a theme and adventure park comparable to Enchanted Kingdom in Laguna. But since the latter is about 30-35 kilometers from the cities in Metro Manila such as Manila, Pasay, andMakati, most people opt for Star City rather than losing a lot of time staying in the midst of traffic jams. Star City Philippines is also at par with Gloria Fantasyland, housed inside Gloria de Dapitan inDapitan. Star City started its operation in 1991 and most of the kiddie rides are already old. The theme park continues to replace the old and damage ones gradually to avoid any untoward incidents which notably placed their name in the tri-media for having unsafe and old rides. But because of improvements and innovations, Star City has been patronized again by both local and foreign tourist for its fun-filled activities. There are many attractions which can be found only in Star City Philippines but are not in both Enchanted Kingdom and Gloria s Fantasyland. Both EK and GF also have their own unique rides, styles and themes which makes all 3 theme parks worth visiting. The main advantage of Star City over the two is that many of the rides are

housed inside a roofed area, which means that you can still enjoy even when it s raining or too hot outside.

Bawal pa ang abogado sa barangay. At pag-tapos ng settlement procedure ng barangay, at ayaw pa ring umalis at magkasundo ang partido, humingi ng certificate sa barangay na sa katunayan na dumaan na sa proceso sa kanilang tanggapan ang usapin subalit hindi pa rin nag-kasundo ang mga partido. Pag-natapos na gawin ito, maari ng maghabla ang iyong abogado sa husgado para eevict yong sino mang nakatira sa iyong property na walang pahintulot sa inyo. 4) Tungkol naman sa pag-lipat ng titulo sa pangalan mo ito ay magagawa lamang kung ang Estate tax at Donors tax ay mababayaran sa BIR. Baka hindi mo alam, sa bawat araw na delay mo sa pag-bayad nito, ikaw ay iaasessed ng BIR ng interest rate at 21% per annum plus penalty charges sa bawat kaakibat na taong hindi mo binabayaran ang nasabing Estate at Donors tax. Kaya sa lalong madaling panahon ay dapat maasikaso mo ang mga masilang bagay na ito.
