About
The ambition of NEWS is to contribute to promote excellence in organizational coaching and to participate in the establishment of rules, standards and values of the coaching profession. NEWS practice is based on more than 25 years of international experience in both training & coaching. Few of the beneficiaries of this model are large organizations CXOs, ex- Army generals and artists. NEWS network of certified expert's licensees is active in over 15 countries in 4 continents. First Generation: Focuses on extrinsic motivational factors and pays little attention to unconscious forces within the individual and the organization. Second Generation: Maximizes benefits of coaching at a strategic level, rather than focusing purely on individual development. Third Generation: Focuses on the learning and development of coach whilst also achieving the benefits of second generation coaching. It harnesses and disseminates the advanced learning and skills of a coach.

The Model engages the person who is being coached in analyzing the current situation; then implements a set of specific, and simple to learn tools designed to enhance self-leadership and navigation. In the process of understanding and analyzing, using the metaphor of the compass, the model associates a particular blockage to each of the 4 directions. In the North, a lack of clear direction and vision of the targeted goals. In the East, an absence of a strong connection between the individual and the organization resulting in fatigue and lack of motivation In the West, an absence of skills or competencies to marshal and implement resources necessary to reach objectives. In the South, a presence of inhibitions, fear of failure and lack of sufficient motivation.
