Infosys is known to follow the Indian corporate governance standard very well. Compare the corporate Individual governance standards of Infosys with two other Indian companies assigned by the instructor and critically analyse them and report the differences in the CG practices of the analysed companies. Select a movie that you know involves people having to make ethical decisions in the organizations. Critically analyse the decisions taken and comment upon the appropriateness of the decisions. The movie will be allotted by instructor and presentation will be given by students on the same Group
