____Please fill out your childs information on the class spreadsheet and be sure to put how your child will be getting home the first day. This is very important. ____Please look over your childs enrollment form. If there are any changes, please make corrections with a pen. (Please leave on desk) ____Help your child locate their lockers ____Put supplies in appropriate places Supplies to leave on desk: spiral notebooks folders school supply box ruler All other supplies please put in labeled areas around the room. ___Fill out the enrollment packet and leave on students desk. Or, you may take the packet and fill out at home. If you take them, please be sure to return them completed the first day of school. ___Visit Mrs. Riveras room where your child will also be learning!
