THE CHALLENGE: The Company was undergoing accelerated expansion, a lot of new people were being hired and integrated. A career pathway was developed internally tracking individual progress from entry level to senior leadership and ultimately the CEO. We were asked to design and deliver a comprehensive programme to equip the individual contributors, managers and executive leaders. THE RESULTS: A customised Leadership Academy bringing together a number of capabilities including some functional ones such as finance, marketing, and strategy.
