Course Description The Wind River Linux 3.0 and Workbench Fundamentals course provides engineers with a fast, cost-effective way to acquire the knowledge necessary to configure and utilize components of Wind River Linux 3.0. After this course, participants will be able to do the following: Configure, build and validate Wind River Linux kernel and file system using RPMs. Configure and build the Wind River Linux kernel and file system from source. Use layers and templates effectively. Install and build run-time and kernel packages. Understand guidelines for creating a new board support package (BSP) from an existing BSP. Design, develop, debug, build, and test applications in a target-host development environment with Linux. Analyze applications and system performance using Wind River Workbench.
