Dear Siglo Members, The following will be our agenda and flow of discussion for today: Agenda for General Assembly/ Siglo Block Hopping (Scheduled on the 2nd week of classes, June 13-17, 2011) A. Siglo membership duties and privileges Each member is to contribute 10 pesos, in form of cash, to Siglo Treasurer Vanne Balboa. Membership in organization assured by Secretary Estephanie Fernandez recorded and compiled inclusive of the Siglo Files to be acquired in the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for any necessary requirements needed by any member or officer. Likewise, all members are required to pass a copy of their UP Form 5; officers are required to pass 1 copy each of their UP Form 5, copy of grades of the previous semester, and a 2x2 picture. Privileges of becoming a member includes, but is not limited to: Free event-organizing workshop to be done by September in preparation of different events to be organized or co-organized by the organization. Right to suffrage for any decision-making processes and agenda concerning the organizations scope Right to be an appointee or volunteer to any event or activity organized by the organization Right to join any activity by the organization for free (other fees not included) Right to refer the organization in any job application or resume processing matters. B. Batch Book Siglos year book can be shouldered by a percentage of the profit from Siglos Otaku Fest event. However, an affirmation is needed to immediately form the Batch Book Committee comprising of individuals that will work with the batch book from June 2011 until completely published. Financial concerns regarding the details of payment for the batch book can be settled later by the committee through a proposal agreed and voted to by the members. Table below shows the official tally of votes for the batch book proposal:

C. Calendar of Activities

D. Otaku Fest Project Theme Contest and other details Event Organizing Workshop for Otaku fest The scheduled Otaku Fest was decided to be on February of 2012 to accomodate other events to be organized by Siglo and to give ample time of preparation for the organizers and the sponsors. Budget for Workshop: 1-3k, which was agreed to be solicited from Siglo Funds. Schedule for Workshop: Week after Intramurals on September Who can attend the workshop: Organizing Team and any Siglo member Rachel Sindo, Hugpong Chairperson 2010-2011, shall be contacted to smoothly coordinate with this event. Otaku Fest Trailer on Cookout Details and contents are confidential and to be announced yet in due time. Otaku fest Project Theme Contest Proposal-making contest duration: June15-July15 prize: otaku shirt and the honor to have his concept be actualized for next year's otaku fest! who can join: any UP student mechanics will be posted via online poster on the 15th of June Criteria for Judging: Creativity... 10% Relevance to event... 40%
