R&SCMW-KW200 (1203.0951.02)
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (release 6) waveforms generated by using the R&S WinIQSIM2 PC tool can be enabled on the R&S CMW500/R&S CMW280 by means of the R&S CMW-KW200 option. In addition, the R&S CMW500/R&S CMW280 must be equipped with the ARB and realtime baseband generator module (R&S CMW-B110A option). R&SCMW-KG200 (1203.0500.02)
The R&S CMW-KG200 option makes it possible to generate GSM/GPRS/EDGE (release 6) downlink signals via the user interface of the R&S CMW500/CMW280. In addition, the R&S CMW500/R&S CMW280 must be equipped with the ARB and realtime baseband generator module (R&S CMW-B110A option). R&SCMW-KM200 (1203.0551.02)
The R&S CMW-KM200 option offers the vector signal analysis of GSM/GPRS/EDGE (release 6) signals and the analysis of bit error ratios in the uplink. The bit error ratio measurement in combination with the equivalent downlink generator allows loop-based receiver quality testing in the non-signaling mode. Transmitter measurements The transmitter and receiver measurements in the R&S CMW500 are implemented on the basis of the 3GPP TS 51.010 test specifications. The following transmitter measurements are supported: power measurements burst power power versus time spectrum measurements modulation switching modulation accuracy error vector magnitude magnitude error phase error frequency error I/Q origin offset I/Q imbalance timing error GSM450 band 460 MHz to 468 MHz GSM480 band 488 MHz to 496 MHz GSM750 band 747 MHz to 762 MHz GSM850 band 869 MHz to 894 MHz GSM900 band 921 MHz to 960 MHz GSM1800 band 1805 MHz to 1880 MHz GSM1900 band 1930 MHz to 1990 MHz range 47 dBm to +55 dBm at RFx COM (increment 0.01 dBm; see also the ranges quoted in the data sheet) range 50.00 dB to +90.00 dB (increment 0.01 dB) range 0.00 dB to +34.00 dB at RFx COM (increment 0.01 dB) range 100 MHz to 3300 MHz/optional 6000 MHz (increment 0.1 Hz) sources power trigger (received RF power) frame trigger according to defined burst pattern free run (untriggered) external trigger fed in at TRIG A connector external trigger fed in at TRIG B connector threshold 50 dB to 0 dB delay time (number of GSM timeslots) 0 to 7 maximum waiting time 0.01 s to 167.77215 s 1 slot to 7 slots minimum duration of the power-down periods (gaps) between two triggered IF power pulses repetition single shot continuous stop conditions none on limit fail methods gap pattern range 1 to 1000 burst type normal burst access burst modulation scheme GMSK 8PSK types TSC 0 to 7 any dummy
