Procurement Services
ADEN Services has developed a very wide range of partnership throughout Asia. We are now able to draw the best routes for you and help you find the right partners for your shipments. Our Purchase and Logistic department has a dedicated team that can find, negotiate, buy and ship for you. We are particularly expert in the procurement of food items and camp-related equipment. All means of transport are available depending on your site location.
Pre-Operation Support Services are rendered by experienced professionals providing: Set up procedures including visa, immigration, employment of local labor Planning, budgeting and implementation of soft services- catering, cleaning, laundry, entertainment, food storage, stock control Identification of suppliers, monitoring of their quality standards
Our tailor made solutions include: Selection of the camp constructor Camp size and layout definition (accommodation, catering, recreation) Construction monitoring (quality, conformity, test prior to acceptance) Business risk assessment
