PERINGATAN PENTING Latihan Industri ini dijalankan dalam tempoh semester khas dan merupakan keperluan kursus di Fakulti

Alam Bina. Ianya mengandungi dua (2) bahagian iaitu:

Sekiranya bercuti dengan kebenaran (kerana sakit atau kecemasan), sertakan sijil sakit (MC) dan nyatakan dalam diari log pada tarikh berkenaan. Pelajar tidak dibenarkan bertukar tempat latihan tanpa kelulusan Penyelaras dan Ketua Jabatan. Seorang pensyarah akan melawat pelajar dan membuat penilaian prestasi semasa tempoh latihan. Prestasi anda akan dinilai oleh majikan/penyelia tempat anda menjalani latihan melalui Borang Penilaian Latihan Industri (LI -2/07). Pelajar harus mempastikan borang ini diisi oleh majikan/penyelia dan di fax serta diposkan ke jabatan pada minggu ke 7 dan selewat-lewatnya pada hujung minggu ke 8.

Pelajar diminta tidak memandang ringan latihan ini dan hendaklah sentiasa menjaga nama baik universiti. Senat Universiti telah meluluskan satu garis panduan tindakan bagi pelajar yang tidak memenuhi keperluan Latihan Industri mereka. Antara kandungan garis panduan tersebut ialah:

Latihan Industri dengan sepenuhnya, dan alasan yang diberi tidak dapat diterima oleh pihak jabatan, pelajar berkenaan TIDAK akan menamatkan pengajianya kecuali menjalani Latihan Industri semula.

PANDUAN MENYEDIAKAN REKOD LATIHAN INDUSTRI 1. PENGENALAN Panduan ini bertujuan membantu anda memenuhi syarat syarat dan peraturan menyediakan Rekod Latihan Industri.

2) Jika seseorang pelajar telah menjalani


Latihan Industri dengan sepenuhnya tetapi tidak menyerahkan Rekod Latihan Industri atau pelajar berkenaan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan tidak menyerahkan rekod tersebut, pelajar dikehendaki mengulangi keseluruhan Latihan Industri. PERKARA PERKARA PENTING DALAM LATIHAN INDUSTRI

2. FORMAT REKOD 2.1. Rekod latihan hendaklah ditaip dengan


rapi seperti kehendak berikut:

a. Kertas taip berukuran A4 dan berat


minima 70 gram. b. Pada sebelah muka sahaja.

Pastikan pelajar melengkapkan Kad Maklumat Pelajar Semasa Latihan (LI 1/07) dan poskan kepada Penyelaras Latihan Industri Jabatan masing-masing dalam masa dua minggu dari tarikh penempatan. Pelajar hendaklah membuat catatan rekod latihan setiap hari bekerja di dalam dairi log yang disertakan. Dapatkan pengesahan penyelia pada hari bekerja terakhir setiap minggu. Sekiranya bertukar penyelia, sila maklumkan kepada Penyelaras Latihan Industri Jabatan.

c. Langkau 11/2 barisan (one and one


half spacing)

d. Font bersaiz 11 dari jenis Arial. Bagi


carta dan graf, sebarang saiz dibenarkan mengikut keperluan format dan ruang.

tape binding dengan pita hitam. Tidak perlu ring binding atau hard cover. Tebal rekod hanya lebihkurang 30 mukasurat sahaja.

b. Pengenalan - surat menyurat diantara universiti dan pihak syarikat c. Kesimpulan latihan industri oleh pelajar dalam tidak lebih dari 1000 perkataan. Kesimpulan boleh mengandungi perkaraperkara berikut: i. Jenis-jenis kerja yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan aktiviti syarikat. ii. Kaitan kerja yang dibuat dengan kursus yang diikuti. iii. Perkara perkara yang dipelajari dari penyelia, pekerja dan bahan bahan rujukan semasa menjalani kerja tersebut. iv. Perkakasan, kelengkapan peralatan dan perisian komputer yang digunakan semasa melaksanakan tugas tugas yang diarahkan. v. Masalah masalah yang dihadapi semasa perlaksanaan kerja dan cerapan umum tentang kecekapan dan pegurusan pelaksanaan kerja.

4.1 Naskah asal rekod yang telah lengkap


hendaklah dikemukakan kepada penyelia latihan di jabatan pada waktu bekerja minggu terakhir Latihan Industri. 6 KEHENDAK JABATAN SENI BINA Keperluan khusus untuk pelajar Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains Seni Bina adalah seperti berikut: 1. 4. Pelajar

hanya perlu melampirkan pengenalan atau latarbelakang atau tajuk penuh kepada projek-projek yang berkaitan (separuh mukasurat untuk satu projek) dengan kerja-kerja ketika latihan industri tersebut. Tidak perlu melampirkan apa-apa lukisan.

Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab pelajar untuk mempastikan supaya rekod dan borang-borang LI-1/07 & LI-2/07 sampai kepada pihak jabatan pada masa yang ditetapkan. ----------@@@@@@@@@@@---------
