Subject Code: CP PHC-1 (CLINICAL PRACTICUM PRIMARY HEALTH CARE-I) No. Of Units: 3 units (9 hours/week; 27 hours/rotation) Clinical Area: Pasay City Inclusive Dates: June October 2011 Goal: At the end of the 3 weeks rotation, the student will be able to assess the growth and development of school age group in the family through home visitation, to gain and demonstrate important knowledge and skills in providing basic health services for health promotion, maintenance and disease prevention at individual and family level guided by the health care process. jewelry (ring, earrings, bracelets, and necklace) is not allowed even during, after duty hours while in school/RLE uniforms. No using of Walkman/cellp hone/PSP/MP3 ,4,5/ IPOD and the like during duty hours. Must be in the area for at least 15 minutes before the time of duty No boisterous laughter or public display of affection (PDA)
