Your reservation will include a well-trained and professional staff, pressed white or black table linens, centerpieces, and three complimentary bottles of champagne for your head table (weddings only).

ier one includes your choice between three entrees, one freshly prepared salad, three hot side items, one cold side item and dinner rolls. Tier one includes refreshments with your choice of iced tea, soft drinks, and coffee as well as the use of our vintage china, glassware, silverware, and stem ware obtained from the Admiral Casino. Price per guest is $23

Tier Two
ier Two includes your choice between two entrees, one freshly prepared salad, two hot side items, one cold side item and dinner rolls. Tier Two includes refreshments with your choice of iced tea, soft drinks, and coffee as well as the use of our vintage china, glassware, silverware, and stem ware obtained from the Admiral Casino. Tier Three
ier three includes gourmet sandwiches with freshly sliced deli ham & turkey with American & Swiss cheeses. Sides include potato chips, potato salad and coleslaw. Tier three includes refreshments with your choice of iced tea, soft drinks and coffee. Dinner is served on high-quality paper goods and disposable silver-colored utensils. Price per guest is $13

Carry on the tradition with our tempting version Vintners Salad Poached in wine, eggs take on a pink tinge. They are served warm atop fresh spinach tossed in Hot Bacon Dressing Copper Dock House Salad Iceberg, romaine, and red leaf lettuce tossed with cherry tomatoes, red onions and fresh mushrooms. We also offer a limited hors doeuvres menu. However, these items can not be served as part of your tier choice. Toasted Beef Ravioli with Marinara 5 lbs (Approx. 120 pieces) $50 Chicken Wings Hot, Honey Barbeque, or Dry-Rub 5 lbs (Serves Approx. 10) $29 Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip A traditional hot favorite for your dipping pleasure. Desserts
We do not offer wedding cakes. Therefore, you are welcome to provide this item. However, we will gladly serve your guests New York style cheesecake. your choices are: Strawberry, Raspberry Swirl or Plain for $2.50 each

Beverages
We offer the following beverages to you and your guests: Domestic and Imported Bottles and Cans, Premium Liquors, Wine, Champagne, Soft Drinks and Bottled Water Draft Beer is available to your guests Our half-barrels are $275 each and must be pre-paid by the host (Approx. 100 servings) A champagne toast is a wonderful addition to any celebration. We will provide each guest a flute at their place setting. Price varies according to champagne choice. Our bottles start at $21. As an alternative, we would like to suggest that you visit our wine store and select a bottle of wine for each table of 4 guests. We will include wine glasses at each table setting at no additional charge. We also offer an open bar to your guests. The dollar limit is determined by the host.

Policies
An 18% gratuity will be added to all food, beverage and bar expenses. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion. Please understand that copper dock winery abides with all state alcohol-related laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that no minors consume any type of alcoholic beverages on our premises. We will only serve guests who can produce valid identification. Any guests caught violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately. Copper dock winery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto our property. You, as the host, are responsible for conduct of all your guests. Copper dock winery is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property of host or guest during or after your event. With the exception of wedding cakes, all food will be prepared by copper dock winery. Any left-over items will remain the property of our establishment. We will not package any take home items. We do not allow confetti of any type. Parties may bring decorations, however, the use of nails, screws, glue or any affixing material/agent is not allowed. You, as the host, are responsible for any physical injuries or damages that occur to your guests, our staff or our property. Our reception hall will be available to you at 8:00am for decorating the day of your event. You will be responsible for the removal of all personal items immediately following your event. Our hall closes promptly at midnight. It is your duty to ensure that all guests have departed no later than 12:15am. This does not include persons who are assisting you in the collection of your personal items. Our lake side bar hours will accommodate any persons wishing to extend their visit. All events require a signed contract, a valid credit card, and the reception hall fee as your deposit.

Policies Continued
Copper dock winery requires that you contact us no longer than 14 business days prior to your event with your final guest count with entree choice. Your deposit is non-refundable within 90 days of your scheduled event. If cancellation is necessary, you must speak to a member of management in person or by phone. If you choose to cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your event, a 25% fee of your total cost will be added. If you cancel less than 7 days to your event, a 50% fee of your total cost will be added. If a cancellation occurs on the date of your event, 100% of contracted event cost will be collected. Any balance owed on your reservation is due 7 days prior to the event. For your convenience, we will accept payments, in which you determine. Any additions made to the contract can be discussed with Event Coordinator upon request Any increase in final number will be due with final payment
