Coconut pastry cream, bananas and espresso ganache layered on a pate
brisee crust.

Berry Cobbler
Raspberries, blackberries and marionberries baked with a sweet cornmeal
streusel. Available with or without vanilla ice-cream.

Black Velvet
Rich brandy and espresso mousse wrapped in genoise cake, glazed with
dark chocolate.

Boccone Dolce
Swiss meringues drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate, layered with fresh fruit
and chantilly cream.

Carrots, walnuts, coconut and pineapple in a cinnamon-spiced cake with

Kahlua and espresso-soaked sponge cake with bittersweet chocolate-ricotta
filling.

Classic New York style poached cheesecake made with cream cheese and
sour cream; a seasonal choice also offered.

Chocolate Hazelnut Torte


Chocolate truffle cake, hazelnut-chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache
wrapped in almond joconde cake.

Georgian Peanut Butter Mousse


Peanut butter mousse layered over chocolate buttermilk cake, encased in
milk chocolate ganache.

Lemon Chiffon Cake


An airy lemon cake layered with lemon curd and crème fraiche. Finished
with lemon-Italian buttercream.

Chocolate Mousse and hazelnut-praline cream piped between layers of
toasted hazelnut meringue. Topped with crème fraiche and French
vanilla-chocolate.

Panna Cotta
A smooth custard of heavy cream and sour cream, dotted with raspberry
sauce and a rolled cookie.

Pumkin Gingerbread Torte


Moist pumpkin-gingerbread cake filled with maple-mascarpone mousse and
iced with sweetened whipped cream.

Raspberry Gateau
Fallen chocolate souffle topped by whole berries and red current glaze.
Bordered with bittersweet chocolate ganache.

St. Moritz German Chocolate Cake


Chocolate buttermilk cake layered with coconut pecan praline and finished
with milk chocolate ganache.

almond joconde cake and bordered with espresso ganache.

Any of our cakes are available to go with 24 hours' notice.

Wedding Cakes
We custom design cakes for any size wedding. Please ask about an appointment with our Catering Director.

We make all of our own desserts, using the finest ingredients available to us. Desserts are available by the slice,
or in their entirety with adequate notice. A portfolio of our wedding cakes is available for your perusal - just ask
your waitperson.
