5.)
Always comply with safety instructions and danger warnings before start-up and during operation!
1.)
When lifting and lowering the dynamic in-line pipe mixer, always use suitable lifting equipment / tools, so that the dynamic in-line pipe pipe mixer remains in equilibrium and rests in a stable position when deposited.
2.)
The dynamic in-line pipe mixer must not be operated until the inlet and outlet fittings are connected to appropriate devices (e.g. pipes, hoses, valves, etc.), which will eliminate the possibility of foreign bodies (e.g. human limbs, pieces of clothing, etc.) being cut by the mixing paddels rotating inside the dynamic in-line pipe mixer concerned.
3.)
The operator of the dynamic in-line pipe mixer must ensure before initial start-up that there are no foreign bodies inside the dynamic in-line pipe pipe mixer which might damage important in-line pipe mixer components (mixing shaft, mechanical shaft seals, etc.) when the dynamic in-line pipe pipe mixer is started up or during subsequent operation. inlet and outlet lines must be cleaned before being fitted to the dynamic in-line pipe mixer, to make sure there are no residues inside. Never allow the dynamic in-line pipe mixer to run dry, as this is particularly bad for the shaft seals. When taking in liquids from a dry state, a dry running period of max. 3 minutes at minimized speed is permissible.
4.)
To preclude the possibility of liquids being sprayed out, the in-line pipe mixers operator must ensure that before any threaded unions are unscrewed the pipes on the inlet and outlet sides of the in-line pipe pipe mixer have been depressurized by appropriate measures, and at the same time make sure that the electrical equipment (e.g. geared motor connected) has been de-energized.
6.)
If liquids at temperatures of more than 60 (1 40 are being delivered, or if the inC F) line pipe mixer is being steamed after a cleaning procedure, the user should keep at an appropriately safe distance, or provide a suitable protective feature to prevent persons being burnt when touching the hot surfaces of the dynamic in-line pipe mixer and pipes. Before touching or opening the dynamic in-line pipe mixer, first make absolutely sure that the in-line pipe mixer has cooled down to a temperature below 60 (140 e.g. by flushing with cold wate r or some other appropriate C F), method.
