My Mistake Your Willingness?
A big mistake of my life is to have spent years reading, absorbing information, thinking I was learning, whilst never immersing myself in the emotional experience, or doing the practical exercises. My confession is that I progressed at a snails pace compared to what I should have, and could have because I didnt do enough doing. This handbook will not complete the changes in your thinking necessary for total success, but if you play with me here honestly, a new deeper path in life will germinate for you I promise. The mind learns through changes of emotional state. Sitting attentively in a low energy passive state will program the mind-body connection to associate the information it is absorbing with the low emotional state it is experiencing.

words of the principles is different to knowing the principles. To really know means to fully own, to appreciate. This involves emotional connections to the information. Some of the language in the Handbook is creative and explorative. So please, take your time, and play with me here So I just want to check in with you and ask if you are able to really take your time with this handbook, and give yourself permission and the mental space to genuinely, sincerely reexperience the emotions that the Handbook refers you too? The Handbook provides a simple process but it requires direct experience, not just reading. If you have a print-out of the Handbook then I strongly suggest you use a pen and write notes on the margin as you read the Handbook. Just like me until a few years ago, there are so few people that actually do the work. They might want trimmer bodies but hell no will they exercise more or eat healthier! But great news exists hidden in that fact. People on the whole do ok. Things arent as

bad as we sometimes may say. We do not actually need to be masters or Wizards of selfdiscipline or magic to achieve spectacular and exceptional results. All we need to do for great results is some simple things that most other people avoid. This will with time give us results way beyond the norm. Principle 1 Simplicity Undercuts Procrastination Everything that at first seems complicated and overwhelming becomes simple after identifying the necessary steps. Everything that at first seems complicated and overwhelming becomes simple after identifying the necessary steps. Are you prepared to try out some new possibilities to re-experience those incredible child-like experiences? Terms used might be unfamiliar or seem strange, and this is done to slow you down a little so that your thought is fully engaged. But the underlying points are very simple. I just want to make sure you have the best chance of catching them. Are you ready?

Are you nervous? (my Thai Boxing trainer says that to me as I step into the ring for training) This is not 20 pages of information. These are the 9 permanent principles, of how to get what we are here for. People that read books fill their head with data. Learning only happens in applying and trying. Hands on experience. Thats why I called this a Handbook. If you use it as a reference book, or a report, it will not serve you. If you use it as a Handbook, a practical guide to steps that you actually take, with and through your emotional involvement, I can promise you spectacular results. Information does not equal knowledge. Experience creates genuine knowing. It took me years to distil and clarify these principled insights. (and I still updated the Handbook as my insight develops) Dont just read it, get inside it, and do it. Otherwise all that can be yours will be lost to you.

Your Emotional Center

Emotions of the past
As you begin to remember certain times of emotional enthusiasm you have had in the past, you increasingly connect with the memories that you now find yourself again a part of and things are going well. You can feel a swell of positive feelings including competence, confidence, pride and satisfaction that wash over your body as your mind puts you back in those places now. Confidence and self-assurance that you can deal with circumstances and navigate the shortterm successfully towards your longer range visions Confidence overpowers the insignificant pockets of fear. Fear helps create the excitement of life. Are you feeling the emotions of this? Have the words reached into your solar plexus to stir anxiety, or energy, and your breathing? [If you are not feeling any reaction then perhaps you are not concentrating. Go back to the beginning of this page and read consciously.]

Perhaps you need to look back to your school time, or at periods of your working life. Perhaps your most vivid memories reach right back into parts of your early childhood? What specific instances in your life can you remember where you felt powerfully confident, proud, competent, satisfied? Now that your mind is feeding you with more memories and you are re-living some of that emotion, consider the general chilhood experience:

Of course. And that is what you have been searching for all along. Principle 2 Your Purpose In everything that you do, a search is under way to seek reconnection with the feelings from those first 5 years of your life.

Catalysts for Appreciation

Perhaps when we find ourselves on a long holiday free enough of normal-day burdens or when we come to a crisis during some kind of trauma or loss or if we reflect on the magnificence of something like a family celebration of a new birth .. then we might - just might find ourselves experiencing clarity as to the real reason behind all of what we do. We are in some way or another always secretly searching and longing for those same largerthan-life experiences and care-free feelings from our youth. Had you figured the same already?
Page 5

Child-like experience
The child like experience can be identified as having 2 component parts which you can immediately recognize: 1. Larger-than-life experiences of exhilaration, wonder, and love. 2. Liberated care-free feelings of harmony and satisfaction. Key Question: If you had an experience that spanned 5 years in which you were fulfilled beyond your imagination and understanding, and then you lost it all rapidly, do you think it would leave a lasting impression, a hidden longing to have those 5 years of joy back again?

You hold in your hands (if its printed) the simple principles and ideas that can give you those experiences again, regularly. I 100% recommend reconnecting with and reliving those impressions of your child-like positive experiences every so often, perhaps weekly, by closed eye visualisation as well as rigorous physical activity. Regularly enjoy something energetically childlike such as physical exercise, running, your favorite sport, dancing, singing, rock climbing, playing with children, engaging in conversation with someone forgeign that youre attracted to in there language that you are trying to learn. Something that emotionally connects you with the excitement of your physical senses connecting the elements of nature with your body. Doing so helps draw that capacity and ability to the present again. Imagine yourself with the power, energy, and enthusiasm of your youth injected into your pursuits and interests and life today. What a powerhouse you are!

Principle 3 Experience vs Thought Dont just read it, get inside it, and experience it. Knowing comes from owning direct emotional experience.

Fulfilling that essence brings the liberated emotional freedom of those two child-like experiences; larger-than-life and care-free.

What would you do, have, or become, if you had enough money to fund your dreams? Imagine a BBQ in your new large home. Relaxing during the hot summer day, the smells of your favourite foods cooking. The laughter of your guests. Now continue to survey the scene, but let it become quiet in your mind as you step-back and hone in to how you have accomplished all this.. What do you do to finance it all? Do you: Empower others through personal training? Run some kind of physical healing practice or other small business? Sell information products on the Internet in Joint Venture Partnership with me? Create passive income where you do something once and get paid for a long long time, such as writing a best selling book, or a hit pop song, Network Marketing, or receiving rent from property investments. Trade in the stock market? What do you do to earn this perceived lifestyle and feel those wonderful feelings? Youve made it! Imagine the point in your future when you are sitting in the garden of your large home, having that BBQ with friends, and thinking to yourself:

Business Control
Do you work for someone else, or perhaps run your own business? Consider the importance of communication between people within that structure, the value of meetings (when done right), and the bottom line nature of business to: A: create and supply values in order to B: develop profits

Take a Journey
Imagine that you have just taken one of my other larger interactive ecourses for maximizing your life organization, and are now stretching out on a cushy recliner in the garden of your new large home sipping from a chilled glass of a refreshing exotic fruit juice blend. You are reflecting on the power, control and exhilaration you now feel that you always knew you could have, but didn't know how until taking that course. Imagine being amongst friends, family and associates; that summers day relaxation of confident certainty in knowing that YOU are your own boss, you and your loved one's are safe and financially secure.

You think to yourself I'm just so pressured for time, I've got my number 1 money making project, my number 2 money making project, plus I've got my normal job. Somethings gotta go!, and it's gonna have to be the job. Monday morning, I'm going to do it, I'm going to hand in my notice! And besides that, more important than money, I feel genuine deep peace with myself knowing that I finally see all the pieces that make up my own personal life success puzzle."

So how are the communication channels at present between all of your different departments? How are the departments of your life including your health department, the wealth, security, intelligence, romance and career departments? Your Life as Your Business

Consider your entire life as a business, conducted to generate those largerthan-life and care-free profits by contributing to your own and others well being. Nothing is more important than those 2 emotional profits you make in your life as business. Consider your life desires as 'profit centers'. Consider your dream career. Now consider you as the owner of your life. (when you wake up, look in the mirror, and know that youre talking to the Boss). Consider that in life we must control certain areas to fulfil our desires, i.e. generate 'profits'. So consider that your life is a business, and you are the CEO. Become the Chief Executive Officer of your time, your actions, your thoughts and feelings, your whole entire life.

Distraction through time steal our dreams. Desire often turns to frustration. Positive expectations becomes replaced with negative expectations Applying the 9 principles will break that cycle. Principle 4 CEO of You Incorporated Consider your life as business in the pursuit of profits through proper control of, and communication between, the various departments of your life. You are the CEO of your life. You are the decision maker at the head of the boardroom table for You Incorporated.

What are the principles and techniques for really becoming CEO of your life to direct it into those magical childhood profits? Oh, thats easy But before you turn the page I just want to check in with you again Have you correctly focussed on the emotional reflections, or are you only looking for the intellectual distinctions? The degree to which you can honestly say yes to that question probably represents the degree to which you have understood the first part of the Handbook.

What are the 3 Keys to Self-Clarity that make possible ALL life advantages?
Principle 5: The 3 Keys (the million dollar principle) There are 3 keys for achieving self-clarity in acquiring the child-like profits for You Incorporated: Expectation, Mindfulness, and Willingness. The combination of those 3 keys create our Intent.

Copyright 2006, 2010 | Missing Principles Handbook

Page 10

The Missing Principles Handbook

Key 1: Expectation
I used to think the first key was Desire. I quickly realized I needed to expand on that because everyone has desire, so I sought for something more powerful, deeper, more meaningful. The handbooks introduction reveals the essence of our desires. But what was beyond that? The difficulty with accepting, owning, and planning on our desires is expectation. And hence the key to desire, comes from the persons level of expectation in fulfilling those desires. A lack of expectation causes us to suppress our desires and settle for less.

Key 2: Mindfulness
Awareness, preparation and organization to achieve intent. My main aim with the Handbook is to help you develop your existing level of mindfulness. It can be thought of as self-reflective awareness. Which to me means our awareness of the detail and meanings of life reflecting on your own relationship to those things in becoming aware of your place and influence on life. Noticing the details of life, desires, projects, experiences, learning processes, situations Key Point: Whenever you realise you are far from those child-like experiences, it is because you are not developing or using mindfulness as explained in the 2nd third of the Handbook. A lack of mindfulness means distraction from your real intent.

Key 3: Willingness
We can have clarity of desire, as well as mindfulness of those desires (they can constantly play on our mind), but it doesnt mean that we take action, does it? Willingness represents our capacity to actually choose the next steps necessary for your lifeas-business projects. Goal setting is not the same as goal striving or goal achievement. Lack of willingness brings procrastination. I dont want that for you. Together, through the Handbook, I want us to give you some definite and doable activities, that help to increase your positive expectation and your mindfulness so that your willingness increases and you have an upwards spiral of greater and greater Life Advantages and Life as Business profits. You are already a third of the way through this report. What are the key points to you so far?

Key 2: Mindfulness
Principle 6: - Mindfulness Mindfulness develops out of awareness of our desires and our environments, and our actions within those environments in how they relate to our desires.

Know Thy Self

Do you have any dreams/projects/tasks that you would like to do faster, more of, or better? - Of course you do. Doing those things in the most efficient and effective way imaginable represents the quest for Iron-Grip Control (IGC). The closer we get IGC the more emotionally liberated we become. What basic platform develops such thinking? Knowing purpose will draw your thoughts into clear focus, which paradoxically allows wider flexible thinking. That combination of lazer specific and broad flexible thinking builds mindfulness for IGC. How do you know you know your purpose? If you 1. feel clear and expectant of what you want, 2. mindful of it, and 3. achieving it bit by bit, then you can be assured you are living by your purpose. The full details of your purpose will continue to unravel before you whilst you reach wider with those 3 keys. So puruse your purpose with everything youve got!

Focus
Noticing the details of life gives you the ful flavour of life, because the drama is in the details. Immersing yourself fully in lifes experiences you will not miss anything and you will gain the energy necessary to carry your Mindfulness into Willingness which will "Thinking is the very essence of, and the most raise your Expectation.
difficult thing to do in, business and in life. Empire builders spend and then all the good you can imagine will be hour-after-hour on mental work... whilst others party. yours. If you're not consciously aware of putting forth the Simply said: Making real conscious choices, effort to exert self-guided and directing your thoughts, feelings, and integrated thinking.... then actions fulfils your role as CEO of You you're giving in to Incorporated. laziness and no longer control your life." David Kekich

This completes the cycle between the 3 keys,

Kick-start your new Mindfulness

1st step a list of desires, any old list will do To get started, all you have to do is write down a selection of important things for you that you have either: Started but not kept up with Have wanted to start but haven't found (made) the time for yet

This breaks a person out of automated living to survive mode and in to physical prosperity and the 2 emotional profits of childhood.

Perhaps something that you already spend time for and want to focus on more

2nd step is to look at current results What are you really trying to accomplish here? What is the point of this? What does it lead to? What have you done so far? What do you want? Why are you doing that? What has gone well? What has allowed those things to go well? What needs to be done? What can not be done until other things are done first?

I'm sure you can write down a brief list. Grab a sheet of paper and spend a few minutes doing this now. When you write down such a list you complete a step in fulfilling your most expanded vision of your dreams and desires that most people never do. This is the essence of why they fail. You can right now tip the scales in your favour. Brian Tracy identified that the top 3% of successful people were people that specifcally took time to write down the things they wanted. And it's sooo easy, and so so effective... Just get a piece of paper and write down a few thoughts in answer to the questions in step 1 and step 2 above.. Then you will be grounded for what comes next.

Your Regular 10 Minute Focus

Consider the obvious: By having a dedicated pocket of time every day that we use to focus on what things we are currently spending time on and what things we want to spend time on we can move increasingly towards Iron-Grip Control. Experiment with this by setting aside 10 minutes in the morning, of quiet time just for yourself, to reflect on the things you want to be mindful of throughout each day; your projects, desires, focus points. Below are some example of review areas and questions for the 10 minute focusing. These focus questions are temporary techniques that you can change to suit you but careful consideration led to it so try it as is at first. Print out or photocopy the next page and keep it beside your bed for when you wake each morning. Get your emotions involved. Stir up that motivating energy and conviction that you can and will succeed. Asking yourself a variety of questions regulalrly corresponds with the business executive meetings of you as CEO of You Incorporated.
As for the 10 minute focus, I use this nearly everyday, it is an easy habit and very addicting. What I am finding is that I'm starting to visualize the links from what I can already see to creating something that I couldn't quite see how it would happen. - Kathy von Duyke

10 MINUTE SELF-REVIEW
1. Focus on Self
Body: Feel the pleasure of existing. Get in touch with the physical sensations of your environment. Get sunlight if available. Centre your self on the here and now. Give yourself permission to feel human. Breath, stretch, and drink some refreshing water Mind: Write your automatic stream of thoughts that are going on inside your head right now. Particularly good to do first thing in the morning for 5 minutes. Also, create a magic diary in which you jot down your dreams when you wake up from them

5. Focus on Ideally Organized Living

Use a notebook called your Magic Diary to write down short descriptions of ideal situations and new inspirations Who do you want to be? Pick out a couple characteristics or types of behaviour and step inside that vision to emotionally feel the experience What do you want to do and have? Clearly imagine some things that you would like to do and have in your ideal situation Read from your portrait of a winner your description of you as your ideal self

6. Focus on Projects
Big list of current projects Have a list of the current most important things in your life that you are actively pursuing and imagine them 100% completed to your satisfaction

2. Focus on Yesterday
The focus on yesterday serves as the foundational building blocks for the future Sometimes you will focus on specific details and consider your appreciations / gratitudes Sometimes you will tap an emotional impression including whether you are satisfied with yesterday What went right? What can I learn from yesterday? What can I be grateful for and appreciate?

7. Focus on Now
Imagine yourself behaving today with some of the juice youve got in the vision of your future ideal self, drawing some of that energy into the present Decide on the next actions, the tasks at hand to initiate your day, and write them down Go for it!

3. Focus on Today
Think of the approximate outline / schedule for the day Today is a new day and you have the choice to live in the direction of your ideal self, or to just let the day go by without mindfulness; tip-toeing safely through to bed time again Youve got to keep making that choice every day until you are in the habit of full willingness to live as you really want to live, with energy, passion, dedication, purpose, and happiness

4. Focus on Civilization
Touch momentarily on your view of the current status of the world Touch momentarily on your vision of a better, greater, safer, freer world Right / wrongs that you are involved with or interested in influencing

THE TWO STEPS

We can not think widely or deeply if we try to do it all in our head. Have you heard the scientific explanation that we can only store about 7 bits of information in our short-term consciousness? One creative idea is already that many bits of information. Your thinking becomes stuck. In creative inspirational thinking, bits of information can move around our mind faster than superman or Neo when he needs to save the girl from imminent danger. Did you notice how many bits of information flew past your mind as you read that? So, can you remember what I was talking about or has it, or my questions about it, thrown you a bit? How about now? Are you even more confused? Im playing around, yet I am making a serious point. If you do not utilize the think on paper method when you have Nothing is more dangerous than an idea ideas, your thinking will always be stunted, when it is the only one narrow, restricted, and limited because the mind your have Emile easily loses track of this and becomes confused.
Chartier

Principle 7 The 2 Steps 1. Think on Paper 2. Think about it often With 2 simple steps and an occasional 10 minutes self review I can move towards iron-grip control and emotional liberation Wow, I can do that! You may be thinking 'but this seems rather simplistic and a bit too easy to promise such extravagant life experience benefits.. If thats what you're thinking, I totally agree. It does seem simple, and this is why I missed out on the benefits myself for years. I didnt bother with exercises or disciplines like this, until I had learned so much with not enough gain that I decided the Simple, clear purpose andonly thing left to do was to actually do the principles give rise to complex and intelligent practical application of what I had been reading behaviour. Thats just the way the mind works. Thinking on paper gives you more and greater capacity to think, and therefore more choices about how to organize and manage your life. Step 1 includes writing down your current projects or desired activities and desired future. Step 2 maintains satisfactory awareness on the small details and big picture of those projects.

obvious power of those two steps? If you are, then continue reading. If you are not, then either you are skimming and not reading this report carefully, or you already are clear about those 2 steps. Let me ask you this; If you are clear about them, are you currently doing those two obvious simple steps already? If so, when could you use it more? What life areas could you apply it to that you are not as yet? This completes the section on Mindfulness, 2nd third of the Missing Principles Handbook, the 2nd Key for acquiring lifes profit potential.

Key 3: Willingness
Willingness goes WAY beyond merely desiring something. Desire is what you want. E.g. to be thinner, to do more exercise, to not get angry, to blah blah blah. To acquire the identifications made in the 1st third of the Handbook. What was Mindfulness as per the Key 2 section about? About how much you THINK about those desires, the pains of not having your desires fulfilled, and the pleasures of fulfilling them, as well as the awareness of the steps and actions and projects required to fulfil them. You are mindful of what you desire quite often I presume, but youre still more lazy, irrational, and mystical about those steps, projects, and desires than you would like, right? Just think of any bad habit or characteristic or irrationality, laziness, or mysticism that you have got, and you can become very clear about the difference between desire vs mindfulness vs and willingness. So Willingness goes further, beyond the desire, beyond awareness of the desire, to the point where you are free enough of laziness and irrationality that you can actually be committed; genuinely committed to take action and actually follow-through on your desire. That is willingness Principle 8 - Willingness Willingness means the mental state of being committed to action: To be committed to take the next steps. This is the hair-line distance away from actual action. If you really take a moment to understand what this means, youll probably become physically still as your mind searches for situations where you have got a The pain of discipline is desire for something (key 1), have got the better than the pain of mindfulness about it and know what the next regret - Jim Rohn step towards it would be (key 2), but for some There are risks and costs reason, you actually.

that the activity will generate.

Why do you lack the willingness to see through the actions of your desire? A question that taps the root cause of failure vs success: What are the reasons that you do not act on the things that you want to? I thought it may be useful or interesting for you to see the answers that I would give. These are true answers based on my current situation whilst writing this.

Find new place to stay in Bangkok as my time runs out at my current location in 15 days from now. Choice between travelling up North or getting an apartment in Bangkok, or even travelling South to the islands. Not sticking to the 5 Mental Movements of my mini-day schedule system. Doing the dishes in good time so that quality of home environment (when Im in one place for more than a few days) would be nicer. Phone call to NTL who was supposed to cancel my Broadband account but didnt!

including learning, reading, writing, product development, researching, etc. Wont the world just leave me alone! Not sticking to mini-day: Well its because I have a belief (and I dont know if right or wrong) that sometimes when there are high priority projects happening, the balanced mini-day schedule will make me spend time on less important things, so I drop it for a little while and work solidly on just a few things. Dishes: Eek, home chores are things that others should do for me. My time is more important than my living comfort. Push on, keep going, work, learn, discover, create; the damn dishes can wait! NTL: Sod the white-collar hoax incompetence. Be darned if Ill waste 15 minutes of my life on their mistakes. Well, Ill have to sooner or later so they dont keep ramming up the bill, so why am I not doing it? I dont know.

Thats all I can think of right now that I judge Im in too much inaction with. Writing Exercise: What are your current areas of inaction?

Reasons for inaction?

Here is my own self-talk Mortgage: Hmm, I feel messed around by them, and dont feel like facing explaining to my mother why Im re-mortgaging our shared investment property. I hate the feeling of spending time on anything except my projects. New living location: Sounds exotic, but its troublesome as I just want to focus on my work 15 hours a day right now without hassle of moving around etc. Im very happy with my daily schedule

Writing Exercise: What is the mental self-talk that you have about why you dont act on your areas of inaction? Maybe your own answer includes time constraints, or maybe money constraints, or maybe lack of motivation. Im sure there are an abundance of reasons, many legit and rational, many irrational.

A way past inactivity

What are the real deep psychological reasons that you and I do not act on the things that we want to, that wed rather have out of the way, dealt with, behind us, forgotten, or things that wed rather be benefiting from, enjoying, once weve done them?

I am researching for a definitive answer to that question for my current writing project on Self-Clarity. However I do have a technique that will move you way beyond whatever level of willingness you currently do have, regardless of understanding the specific psychological causes of procrastination or inaction. Writing it all down fulfils Step 1 so that you can then develop the Mindfulness of Step 2; and so build your willingness. This points to the process through which we can eliminate much of our inactivity Principle 9 The 2 Steps Builds Willingness The technique for developing the required psychological/ emotional energy to have the willingness to act on any mindful desire is the 2 steps method of Principle 7. Please please answer to yourself about the degree in which you are doing the 2 steps consistently, regularly, and thoroughly. If you are not doing them, then perhaps you will not do them even after reading the Handbook. If thats the case, you desperately need to ask yourself some very deep questions, because such clarity of mind in terms of what you should be doing combined with the hazy mist of inaction suggests either a very potent frustration inside you; or a numbness to life that suffocates dreams. The journey towards organizing your ideal lifestyle means becoming rid of inaction. And yet the answers are simple to see through learning the Handbooks permanent principles. I wrote this guide initially for myself, because I ended up being a person with great insight but little follow-through, and the internal conflicts that

causes are huge. Recognize in what ways that exists in yourself, and know that it is ok, for now, and that you will eliminate it; purge it from your system, and you can do that now, through implementing and understanding this Handbook. You dont even need to understand it. You just need to experiment with it, experience it, and benefit from it. Do you already do some kind of daily Focusing/planning session? What do you do, what works with it? Is there anything that doesnt work with it? If you don't do those 2 steps, yet see it as obvious and easy, we come to the very serious and grave question of 'why don't you'? [digital pause for dramatic effect.] The best answer Ive come across that people can give for that question is simply I dont know. Its the only one that ultimately can not be reduced. Why dont you know? Because I dont know Well if you did know, what might it be? Sometimes that question gets an inspired answer. What would be your reasons that you think of when I ask you that question? Take a moment on that now

The point of the Missing Principles Handbook is not to explore the reason for a lack of willingness however. It is designed to crunch together the principles that will actually allow you to build up the necessary internal, emotional, psychological energy, to automatically generate that willingness, with only a little push of effort where needed.

contains. I tend to focus on current projects, and go through the rest less often. I do this when I get up, open the curtains, do a few physical exercises to wake my self up fully, and do my 10-minute Focusing Mini-Day. And dont make it a I should do that blasted 10 minute review. Thats not the deal here at all. I dont do the review every day and now I do it officially on a monthly basis whilst the questions and principles drum away at the projects of my life consistently. I did it enough times that the selfquestioning is very strong in me now. Are you willing to do this yet? To commit to some kind of application of the 2 Steps, better, more consciously, controlled and focused than you have been until now On a scale of 1-10 how do you rate your willingness at this time?

Find your level of Willingness

How willing are you at this point in your life to: spend an initial hour or so determining what things you want to gain control over, and Step 1: keep an up to date written list of important projects, desires, responsibilities, AND Step 2: spend some time reviewing and monitoring these things on a general daily basis? I suggest you spend some initial time, say an hour or so, to establish this program by writing out a large amount of things that occur to you about your life. And when you do start writing, things will definitely occur, perhaps slowly at first, and speed up as you go. And then give your self permission to take a 10 minute Focusing Session regularly at morning times or evening times from now on. The 10 minute review is a temporary technique to help integrate with the 9 principles. Everything comes from asking questions Jay Abraham

You have a choice: Some people will choose something like this: Lights out, shows over, go home, blank out this thoughtfulness, and then blank out the blank out so they can safely return to a habitual comfort zone of zombification. These are the types that are all talk. Porch lights are on (they look and they see), dogs barking (they talk), but in actual fact, theres nobody home (they arent mindful of their actions in relation to their important values and desires). Or you can

And I regularly spend time before I sleep at night, or sometimes in the mornings, writing answers to such questions as the 10 Minute Review

Leap head first into a new self-agreement for bit-by-bit progress and a most expanded feeling of general satisfaction with your life by using the Handbooks 3 Keys, 2 Steps, and 9 permanent principles. The choice is yours. As of [ todays date ], my level of willingness is [ ? ] on a scale of 1-10 to carry out the 2 Steps in applying the principles.. The higher the commitment the greater the magical progression of your life. It doesnt matter where your willingness first begins from. What matters is a score so that tomorrow and every day you can measure your progress. I hope my Missing Principles Handbook will continue to inspire and help you gather your existing strengths of clarity, mindfulness, and willingness, and move them all to the next level and ever beyond. Please write me and let me know what happens for you. Yours, www.gavrielshaw.com PS. The Handbook is not something to read one time. It has a number of layers built in to it that will reveal new awareness and ahas each time you read it with several days or weeks or months of real life experience in between each reading. Ultimately, because the principles I am sharing are inherent to our real natures, we all deep down know what they are. Some of us forget, some

of us ignore, some of us evade, and some of us at some point switch on our full conscious guidance and make the primary decision to make other conscious decisions based on these eternal and simple principles of how our minds work towards success. If you havent yet made the firm decision to start, or if you havent written properly for the questions asked, were you going to, about to now that youve completed reading the Handbook, or do you think you were more likely to close or file the Handbook and think to yourself yeh, ok, I get it, and Ill do it later. Well, come on, prompt prompt, nudge nudge, it'll only take a few minutes, the distractions can wait for your attention a little longer because your Happiness is more important than your comfort zone and old lazy habits right?... grab a pen and a sheet of paper, or open a text file, that's it you can do it, rah rah rah... sheesh isn't it terrible that sometimes we need so much prompting to do simple easy yet obviously important, and powerful things... what was your willingness rating above? Come on, finish reading this page if you want, but then take the 1st step, you can do it, I'd like you to do this step of writing down just a start to the selection of important projects, responsibilities, and choices that you want to have better success with. Don't blank it out, focus, remember this Handbook is not to give you more information than you already have. Its about getting you the things you want by showing you a system of focus through permanent principles. PROVE to yourself that you're serious, go for it, do the exercise right after reading the last words of this page. That moment is coming real soon.) Those that dont apply the 2 Steps will remember this Handbook in the weeks to come when they feel any dissatisfaction or overwhelm and

remember the displeasure the Handbook made them feel but at that point perhaps they will be ready to come back to the Handbook with a higher level of self-honesty and integrity). Youre ideal organize life is waiting with its childhood profit centers of care-free feelings and larger-than-life experiences, available via Key 1: Identify desires and current level of expectation Key 2: Develop Mindfulness of Key 1 using the 2 Steps Key 3: Thus increasing your Willingness to act on the developments of Key 2 to acquire what is in Key 1 My final words to you for the Handbook are these. In memory of Ben
May 18th 2006 2 days ago I received word from back home in England that friends of mine were in a car accident. A friend died in that accident. Another required surgery to his leg and sustained broken ribs and fractured hip and I have still not been able to get through to him on the phone. This Handbook is a book of eternal happiness. A celebration of the possibilities of life. The current tragedy of life is that we often seem to recognize the great abundance that each and every day provides us, only at times of difficulty and loss, through which we tap the mindfulness of the details, meanings, contributions, shared experiences, and possibilities that combine into the opportunities of our life. The real catalyst for the Handbook is that you find a central core inside YOU that recognizes the inherent beauty of nature and your choice to act within it. Take anything you can to appreciate that your life is far better than our negative emotions make us believe. Take the power and happiness that is rightfully yours as much as you possibly can during your one brief flicker of life in all eternity. May we gain the time needed to succeed in raising the lifestyle of enough people that politics is abandoned, and Biological Immortality preserves ours and our loved ones health for eternal happiness. It is time for a new grand creation. Let there be life!

David, I wish I was there for you on this day brother. We will eat olives and drink green tea and toast to Bens influence in the years to come. Ben was a good man, fighting the good fight in life. His goal of achieving full clarity with disciplined integrity will be accomplished. With a tear of lifes hard lessons, I appreciate my opportunities to look forward to a new dawn. The rise of a new, abundant, safe and secure civilisation. Dear reader, seize your life, seize the day, seize each moment. I beseech thee Read from the heading Catalysts of Appreciation on page 5.

Technical Appendix on the Focus Areas

Possible epistemics of the 10 minute review: The 10 minute review is not an arbitrary good sounding collection of ideas to think about, they are an attempt to assemble a wholistic approach. I identified the following ideas whilst trying to find worth while connections. I offer them as worthy of consideration but not as key distinctions, let alone clear ones.

1. Focus on Self Reflection of present through internal perception 2. Focus on Yesterday Reflection on past through conception and perception 3. Focus on Today Reflection on present through conception. 4. Focus on Civilization Reflection on external conception 5. Focus on Ideally Organized Living Reflection on future of internal perception of ideal self and external conception of living 6. Focus on Projects Reflection on present / future conception / perception crossover 7. Focus on Now Reflection on current conception / perception
