Should also have hands on working experience in Networking (LAN / WAN) troubleshooting and implementation of effective security systems. Should be able to plan computer related work for company and will introduce new technologies which would make job process more efficient and beneficial to the end-user. Should be able to professionally lead the IT function & train / mentor staff accordingly.
