07-11: For four years, I was part of a student ministry team in an urban community that worked with 300 students. I led the Sr. High ministry and was responsible for supervising 4 employees on the Ministry team as we focused on creating a weekly program, student leadership, small groups, and developed local and global mission trips. Through each of these environments, I saw dozens of students understand that God not only wanted to change their lives but to use them to Be The Transformation in their world. 05-07: I served for three years as the youth pastor in a rural setting helping the ministry grow to over 190 students. I was the only staff working with these students. Here, I established a student leadership team, led a building renovation for after school programs, established a branch of S.W.A.T ministries, and trained 20 adults and 40 students to serve as mentors and small group leaders. God radically grew 50+ students into life changing leaders that impacted their schools, families and student ministry. I also navigated the students through a church split. During this time, I solidified the youth program at FBC and started a new program at the Northpointe church plant. 03-05: I was in charge of all youth and childrens events. I created a student leadership team and developed the adult leadership team. I was also responsible for coaching the teachers for the students and childrens worship environments. I also led building

renovations for both ministry areas. God grew this ministry from 15 students to over 50 devoted and active leaders in their community.

Be The Transformation ministry environments

Each area is a key component used to develop students in their faith and finding their present and future purpose in life.
Regeneration Through creative and interactive teaching, the students hear the Gospel message woven throughout Scripture and understand its relevance in their lives and the world around them. They learn that this Gospel of grace not only transform their lives but also calls them to Be The Transformation in their world. Gods love transforms us to be the Gospel in other peoples lives. Refuel The students cant stop at just hearing the message. It is essential that they be plugged into smaller groups of students and adults. These groups are safe places for students to struggle, share, and support each other as they learn how to take the messages and apply it. It is vital that students learn to live in a community centered around the Gospel where they are free to love and be loved by others. Reveal Then, the students learn that God has given them a purpose in life. Now, they must be given opportunities to live out the Gospel and Be The Transformation in the world around them. In these local and global experiences, the students learn how to live out the Gospel in the world and apply this self-less, servant attitude in their daily life.
