Spread over 150 acres of land, it's the best of both worlds: a peaceful locale within easy reach of the amenities of city centre. Ropar is a diverse, multicultural city of most prosperous state of Punjab in the north of India, which enjoys a high quality of life amid an abundance of arts, old historic monuments and entertainment events. Rayat-Bahra Bio-technology centre at Mohali spread over 100 acres of land, is about 15 KM away from the Mohali Urban centre. Being part of the Tricity, Mohali enjoys a unique status amongst the prestigious locales of Punjab state. It is the hub of educational activity in the northern region of India that attracts students and faculty from all across the country. Our Nano- technology Campus at Hoshiarpur is the much sought after place for the students of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Being close to this inter-state border and situated at a locale, which has been an education dry zone with respect to the availability of opportunities for higher education, the Rayat- Bahra campus has come to be known as the education city of the area. Situated on the Highway, about 10 KM from the city centre, it is easily accessible by private and public transport. It has been attracting all those intellectual faculty members of the region who had migrated to other regions of the world in the absence of opportunities to work. Hoshiarpur is a typical Punjab town, deeply immersed in the culture and historic traditions of the state; there is a lot to explore and enjoy.

Training
In the modern competitive corporate world, when the business houses are expanding their wings over the Global Nest, need arises to produce a quality talent pool which possesses the skill set & the caliber to match the requirements of the employers. A student graduating with a professional qualification has many expectations in terms of a good job, learning atmosphere, work environment and above all the remuneration. The dream with which he takes up a specific qualification cannot be fulfilled unless and until the student is equipped with the desired skill set which is required in the relevant field. This creates a gap between the academia and the industry. The endeavor thus remains to make the student employable in addition to evolving his skill set. Keeping in mind this urgent need of industry, Rayat Bahra Group has initiated a Comprehensive Training Program which aims at preparing every student to be the best human resource available.

Centre of Excellence
Innovating excellence to make our students knowledgeable, deployable and employable.
The concept of Centre of Excellence is a revolutionary step towards ideal industry-academia interface. At Rayat Bahra Group, we strongly believe that it is important to develop the subject matter and skill set which is relevant to the industry when the learner passes out. To establish a meaningful interface between industry and institute, we have commenced this journey to formulate the ideal blend of academic course content as per the requirements of modern day corporate world. Centre of Excellence would encourage the concept of Forward Integration whereby activities are expanded to exercise control over direct deployment of students in respective industry clusters. Rayat Bahra Group has entered into unique association with Punjab Infotech and has set up Rayat Bahra Punjab Infotech Finishing School which would act as Intellectual Gymnasium to impart training to the students as per Industry requirement. Some of the important Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) indicating our diverse interest in different industry clusters are listed below for reference.
