Miss Casino Filipino 2011 Rules and Regulations 1. Applicant must be a Filipina residing in the country for the last six months prior to her registration. She will be required to furnish two identification proof supporting eligibility. 2. She will not be required to pay an entrance fee to join the pageant. 3. Applicant agrees to abide by all rules of the Branch-level and National Miss Casino Filipino programs. 4. Applicant must be single (has never been married, divorced, annulled or is cohabitating with a male). 5. Applicant must not be pregnant or has never been pregnant. 6. Applicant must be at least 18 and not more than 25 years of age as of August 13, 2011. A copy of her birth certificate will be required. 7. Applicant must be of good moral character and must not have been convicted of any crime. 8. Applicant shall possess poise, personality, intelligence, talent, and inward and outward charm.
9. Applicant shall choose an advocacy which she cares deeply about and of relevance to the country. Winning applicants will use their stature to promote their advocacy among community service groups, business and civic leaders, media, among others.

10. For the talent competition singing, dancing, playing a musical instrument, dramatic reading, among others may be considered by the contestants. All talent presentations must be performed live and must be limited to a maximum of 90 seconds. 11. Applicant agrees that if she will be selected at the Branch-level, she will participate in the Miss Casino Filipino grand finals to represent the branch from where she was selected. 12. Shortlisted candidates at the Branch-level will be provided with appropriate means of transportation and lodging in Metro Manila for the Grand Finals.

13. Applicant agrees that if she bags any of the top awards, her duties will commence on the coronation night until a new Miss Casino Filipino is chosen on the next coronation night. Thus, she must perform all her duties nd responsibilities as a spokesperson and a image model for Casino Filipino.

14. Five (5) winners will selected during the Grand Finals (The Miss Casino Filipino titleholder and four runners-up). 15.The Top Five winners will receive cash, awards and other prizes.
16. The Miss Casino Filipino winners will not be allowed to sign a management contract with any individual or corporation. She is not allowed to endorse any merchandise or commodity, have her photographs taken in line with any advertised product or service without the permission of PAGCOR.

1. Talent selection is on first come, first served basis. If your preferred talent has been chosen by someone else, you will be asked to choose something else.
2. Talent selections are final. What you specified during the talent registration is what you must perform at the pageant. Do not choose a presentation that you may not be able to do.

3. Practice BEFORE the pageant. You are guaranteed five minutes of on-stage rehearsal with sound/lighting the morning prior to the pageant. You will receive your rehearsal time after orientation. 4. You are not allowed to bring microphone, sound equipment, among others for use in the pageant. 5. You are not allowed to use any props that will not be directly used in your performance. 6. All talent presentations must be presented in a 90-second format.

repeated in upcoming letters.

The Contestants Application Form is your first opportunity to demonstrate to the judges why they should consider you as Miss Casino Filipino. This two-page document along

with your Advocacy Statement comprises your entire application for Miss Casino Filipino. Any items that do not meet the criteria or are submitted after the deadline will not be given to the judges. Use your best judgment on what you think the jurors should know about you. You may write down as many items as you desire. However, the entire form must fit on two pages with 1 margins on all four sides using the Arial size 10 font style. Use your space wisely. Do not attempt to change margins, font, size options, or deviate from the requested criteria. Your signature is required at the bottom of the application. Your signature verifies that all information you indicated are true and accurate. If proven that you falsified any information, you will be disqualified. Overview of the Advocacy Issue Statement
The Advocacy Statement is your opportunity to explain your chosen advocacy to the judges and why it is important for the Miss Casino Filipino/PAGCOR Organization to embrace such advocacy.

In addition, it should explain how your advocacy will further the Casino Filipino brand to the public. Write what you think is critical about your advocacy and why it is necessary for you to be considered as Miss Casino Filipino to promote this cause. Your essay may include some of the following items (this is not to be meant as an exhaustive list):
A clear definition of the advocacy and a plan on how you will promote such advocacy; How your advocacy will move the Miss Casino Filipino organization forward; Significant accomplishments you have made with regard to your advocacy issue.
