The Fruit of the Spirit: Patience

Patience is when you have to wait for something without complaining.


Draw a picture of a time when you had to wait for something.

Patience is when you endure painful things said to you.


Draw a time someone made you angry

Patience is when you are calm and do not get angry over little things that do not really matter.
Write how it made you when your friend made you angry

Draw a picture waiting for something at school.

Patience is waiting for help when you teacher is helping a friend.


Write about a time when you waited what seemed like a long time for help.

Patience is waiting in line without grumbling for your turn at the water fountain.

God wants to help us be patience with each other.

He wants us to be kind, loving, and endure things that we do not always like. He will help us to do that!
Write the names of those whom you want to be kind and patient with.

Being patient will help us grow in the Fruit of the Spirit. We will become more like Jesus.
Write a prayer asking God to help you be patient.

God that HE will help us to be patient even when we do not feel like it. Thank you, God, for your patience. Help me to be more like You.
