gpud Firewire 1814 audio drop out (with a click).

Straight after reinstalling the driver on Thursday we had one session using audio with logic with no drop outs and thought our troubles were over buttoday, Saturday, I managed to start getting into some detailed editing when I had a drop out solved once (or maybe twice cant remember) with an SR rejig but then that stopped working I relaunched logic and only a few minutes later: The audio dropped out as this dialogue box came up. This was the first drop out after logic was relaunched a few minutes into the editing I was doing with some tracks soloed changing the velocity in hyper draw in logic. From the drops outs after I initially launched Logic and the first drop out after the second time I relaunched logic; each time it dropped out I heard a click as I changed a velocity value to individual beats by dragging the mouse down on <apple V> (using pointer and velocity for the mouse control). Order of progress computer was on steve was on ebay, first I quit firefox. Then I switched off Airport as last time I worked without Airport on (the first session since reinstalling the latest 1814 driver update {as recommended by you} during which time there was no audio drop out [on Thursday]). We thought the new update had worked but I switched off airport just in case. By looking at the console messages I hope you can see the timing within which the first drop out occurred since I first launched logic and then the subsequently much smaller time periods I had of work between the next SR rejig. After the second SR rejig this failed to resolve the issue. That is when I quit logic and maudio and relaunched logic. I only got a few minutes then this dialogue box came up so I decided to put this together to send to you. I wont send the last session I had as that was with the previous driver. Dialogue box says: Logic Pro System overload. The audio engine was not able to process all required data on time (-10011)

N.B. This message doesnt come up each time that the audio drops out. It dropped out 5 times without bringing up this dialogue box. This is the second time I have seen this dialogue box since this problem started. Console messages preceeding and including attempts to rejig SR and then Quit & relaunch Logic to bring back audio drop out. Instead of sorting it out the above dialogue box came up. (console messages prior to this below).

This is the console messages list from the day that we uninstalled the previous driver and then reinstall the new one Im not sure exactly where in this process we were when this list of console messages begin. We ran the repair disk permissions after uninstalling the last driver then installed the new one, we only ran repair disk permissions once. There was no earlier option in console so I went from the top of the accessible messages i.e. the earliest time still available in console until the last thing I did (above). I hope this is useful to you. This is now chronological from then to before I started using audio (B-F). (Then finally it goes to the message page above (A) which I hope covers the dropouts from today). I see that we have some disk permissions differ messages and then some warning SUID files not repaired messages before the permissions repair complete. Does this mean that we have conflicts that need to be resolved? if so we have no idea how or does the permissions repair complete mean that despite the earlier warning messages that it is all repaired or not? I thought that providing the complete list including and since the uninstall/reinstall process as well as the drop outs that this should give you some clues into what is going wrong with our set up even after we have installed the new driver.
