separate the crystal definitions into a new thread, please post names of crystals you want definitions and uses for. Place above the head higher crown in a chakra layout with rose quartz on the heart and lapis amethyst on the third eye, and citrine on the sacral mid rift and smoky quartz on the earth chakra base of the feet for relaxation, clarity and grounding.

Calming ones I find are good are rosequartz and hematite also Chrysophrase is a deep meditation stone. You can get crystals from crystal shops there are a few in covent garden on neals street the astrology shop and the one parallel to it monmouth st shop called mysteries.
