2. Baragarh 12 - Sohella, Gaisilet, Paikmal, 245 1041 1,75,000 3 ULBs affected where 19 wards are affected. Crop
Attabira, Baragarh, Bheden, land affected - 11,000 hectares. House damaged-
Jharbandh, Padmapur, Barpali, 18790. Livestock lost - 35. No. of cattle affected
Batli, Ambabhona & Bijepur. 6500. 252 roads and 124 embankments have been
breached in different blocks of the district. 5 free
kitchen centers opened by district administration
where dry foods and pouch water being supplied. 12
boats are deployed in the district and 3 medical
teams are engaged to serve the people.
3 Bhadrak 4 - Bhandaripokhari, Chandbali, 47 209 2,52,991 4 death cases have been occurred in the district. 3
Sadar & Dhamnagar major road communications between Bhadrak-Aradi,
Dhamnagar-Sendhapur and Bhadrak-Chandbali State
Highway have severely been damaged. 30000 hectares
of crop have been ravaged. House damaged-999,
Cattle affected-75000.

5 Boudh 3 – Kantamal, Harabhanga & 30 120 70114 One ULB i.e. Boudh NAC where 14 wards are affected.
Boudh 2 relief camps opened for population of 81 marooned
villages. Till now, water is flowing 4 ft above on the
Kapasira road. 63 free kitchen centres provided by
the government in 3 blocks to cover 20196 people.
Rs.10 lakh has been provided to Dist. Administration
for relief operation. 480 houses are damaged and
10181cattle are affected. 9175 hectares crop areas
have been affected. 31 roads breached and 7
embankments are breached.
6 Cuttack 14 – Athagarh, Tigira, Baramba, 219 820 8,79,920 In 2 NAC and 2 municipalities 42 wards have been
Sadar, Tangi, Baranga, Niali, affected. Human casualty – 15. Cattle lost-21, Cattle
Kantapada, Salepur, affected – 80190, House damaged-more than 22765,
Nischintakoili, Narasinghpur, Crop lost-80162 hectares and number of villages
Dampara, Mahanga & Banki marooned so far-109. Roads cut-off at Athagarh-
Narasinghpur, Cuttack-Banki and Niali-Kantapada. 51
roads are breached and 13 embankments are
breached. 30 relief camps opened and 78861 people
being accommodated there. 125 free kitchen camps
organized in district. 31 medical teams deployed and
6 cattle camps opened for 2209 cattle.
7 Gajapati 1 - Kashinagar 2 2 350 One NAC and 3 wards been affected. 300 mtrs. of
PWD road connecting between Kidigam to Kashinagar
washed away. One relief camp opened at Kashinagar
where one medical team deployed.

Government. 44 relief camps opened where 38579
persons accommodated. 21 cattle camps opened. 16
free kitchen camps opened and 9 medical teams have
been deployed.
9 Jajpur 10 – Bari, Binjharpur, 118 470 5,17,375 In 2 ULBs 43 wards have been severely affected.
Dasarathpur, Jajpur, Korei, Marooned GPs – 65 where marooned villages – 322.
Dharmasala, Rasulpur, Dangadi, Human casualty – 7. Crop area affected – 46486
Sukinda & Badachana hectares. 3,41,232 population are marooned. 340
roads breached and 6 embankment breached at
Naranpur in Baitarani river, Nimapatna in Kharasrota,
Palatpur in Kelua river and Rampur in Nuanai river. 38
free kitchen centres have been arranged for 11000
people. 10 medical team deployed and 400 metric ton
cattle feed also supplied.
10 Kalahandi 13 – Bhawanipatna, 240 781 20,000 In 3 ULBs 23 wards have been affected. Death cases
Dharamgarh, Golamunda, reached at 4. House damaged – 1279 and crop area

11 Kendrapara 9 – Kendrapara, Derabis, 137 518 6,71,823 Kendrapara Municipality and Pattamundai NAC has
Marshaghai, Gardapur, been affected under ULBs where 40 wards are in
Pattamundai, Aul, Rajkanika, affect. Human casualty – 15. 21 breaches occurred on
Rajnagar and Mahakalpada. roads and 7 breaches occurred at embankments. 128
villages are marooned so far. Crop area affected –
97287 hectares. 73202 people evacuated to safer
places. 65 free kitchen centers are opened and Rs.150
lakh has been provided by the Government to provide

12 Keonjhar 1 - Ghasipura 1 2 900 Human casualty is 1 due to falling of tree. 2 relief
camps are opened where 900 people have been
accommodated. Rs.52 lakh has been provided to Dist.
Administration for relief operation and one medical
team deployed there.
13 Khurda 10 – Balianta, Balipatna, 82 401 2,99,524 In Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation 2 wards have

Chilka, Banpur, Bolgarh, Khurda livestock lost is 12. House damaged - 4424.Crop areas
& Tangi affected – 21282 hectares. 55 roads breached and 5
embankments breached. 18 medical teams are
deployed in the affected areas. 8 free kitchen centers
opened for 4020 persons. Emergency relief materials
are being provided with life saving medicines.
14 Nayagarh 3 – Gania, Khandapara and 18 113 79,613 3 human casualties have been occurred in the district.
Bhapur 7 free kitchen centers are opened for 9342 people. 17
medical teams have been deployed. Cattle affected
36828 and 58 livestock lost. House damaged 3168.
Crop area affected 5486 hectares. Road breached 6
and 3 embankment breached. 4 cattle centers also
opened with 34160 cattle. 17 relief camps opened
where 20,000 people have taken shelter. Rs. 10 lakh
have been provided to Dist. Administration by state
government for relief distribution.
15 Nuapara 3 – Boden, Sinapali & Khariar 15 29 2574 50.00 quintal chuda and 2.5 quintal guda along with
necessary dress materials have been provided the
government to the victims. Polythene sheets
distributed and free kitchens are arranged in 3 blocks
of the district.
16 Puri 10 – Kanas, Delanga, 140 883 8,45,456 8 human casualties have been reported in the district.
Brahmagiri, Satyabadi, 56 numbers of villages are marooned so far. Crop
Kakatpur, Astarang, Nimapara, areas affected – 46514 hectares. 5 breaches occurred
Gop, Pipli and Puri Sadar in the district. 11 road communications including 203
NH have been disrupted. 133 m. ton cattle feed
supplied. 6 free kitchen centers have been opened for

13725 people. Emergency reliefs with life saving
medicine are being provided by the Government.
17 Rayagada 10 - Rayagada, Kasipur, - - 250 Human casualty reached at 3 in the district. 130
Chandrapur, Muniguda, persons have been accommodated in the relief camp.

Bissumcuttack & K. Singhpur
18 Sambalpur 3 - - 2109 7110 houses are damaged. 1 ULB have been affected
in the district. Crop area affected – 200 acres. Human
casualty is only 1. All nalas and causeways have been
flooded and chocked in the city. 4 people are rescued
from a collapsed house. 4 relief camps are opened
where 1821 people are accommodated. 2 free kitchen
centres also opened. Emergency relief materials and
Rs.10 lakh have been provided by Government to Dist.
Administration for relief operation.
19 Sonepur 6 – Binka, Birmaharjpur, 48 244 56,000 3 ULBs have been affected. 10 villages are still
Dunguripalli, Sonepur, Tarava marooned. 7110 numbers of houses are damaged
and Ullunda approximately. 4 breaches have occurred in the
district and 41 road communications have been
washed away. 34 free kitchen centres are opened
where 12,113 beneficiaries are getting the service. 9
medical teams are deployed by the Government and 7
cattle camps also running.

Total: Blocks – 137, GPs – 1603, Villages – 6481 and Population affected – 42,08,161.
