10. DRAFT AGENDA TUNZA INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN & YOUTH CONFERENCE BANDUNG, INDONESIA - 27 SEPTEMBER TO 1 OCTOBER 2011

Monday 26 September 2011

Arrival (In Jakarta or Bandung) Desk for receiving participants at airport (Jakarta?) if this is the case, it could be very difficult. We can only set a table inside the VVIP room. I suggest the Ministry of Environment (MoE) set up the table or the event organizer (EO) comes up with a method to gather all international participants coming to Indonesia. Bandung airport is small (Bandara Husein Sastranegara) and basically is this an air force base but part of it is being use for commercial purpose. Participants from Malaysia (using airasia) have a direct flight to Bandung. Will a shuttle bus be provided or on standby for participants coming in through Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta) to Bandung?
