12. Review

Preface This book is the result of over 15 years of research and experimentation. After 18 years of development and testing of my energy healing system, Crystalotherapy, I realized I had a problem. My physical healing processes worked very well but some of the people we healed kept repeating their illnesses or creating new ones. As I began to study them I realized they all were highly stressed or emotionally traumatized. How could I help them do emotional healing to keep from repeating their physical problems? I I had been a psychology major in college and became confused and dismayed by all the models or ways to analyze and treat emotional problems. I asked my professor, Is there no single method that will help all the problems? No, mankind is too complex for any one way to help everyone. In my heart I felt he was wrong but could not prove it. I could not get the answer from the textbooks so I went into my mind and asked my inner teachers. How can I heal the problems of the mind and emotions? And they replied, as usual by creating a dialogue. What are emotions? They are feelings, such as love, peace, joy, happiness or fear, anger, grief, unhappiness. Those are labels describing different types of emotions. But what are emotions? I dont understand. What do you mean? Of what are they composed? At their most basic level, how would you describe them? I thought about this for a while and then said, tentatively, Well, they are energy. And if they are a form of energy, they must have polarity, is this not true? This was an entirely different way to think about emotions. If they were energy they would follow the laws of energy. One of them was polarity. They would have a positive or negative charge. And I realized we even talked about emotions that way. We described them as positive or negative emotions. If they had polarity, then one unit of positive would cancel out one unit of negative. If we could find a way to identify where a negative emotion existed, and had a way to access that place, and had a way to bring in a positive emotion we could cancel out the negative, permanently. What a concept!

My prior research showed me how to identify where the emotions were stored in our memories and how to anchor those emotions in a place where they could be accessed. Other research into prayer gave me a way to generate a steady flow of positive energy which could be sent into the negative memory. Experimentation showed it worked and we were on our way to the most revolutionary emotional healing system every invented. Read on and see for yourself. All the methods suggested are time tested and work. This book is one of discovery and teaching. It is not a research paper. It will give you something to think about and experiment with. It is full of techniques you can use to prove to yourself these radically new concepts about emotions and behavior. Many times I will drop into the personal to talk about my experiences in learning how it works because that is how my research developed. These are my opinions and my conclusions. I offer you an opportunity to try all these techniques and concepts and prove to yourself does it work, yea or nay? Here is a thought and challenge for you. What if you were to make a list of all the strong negative experiences you have had in your life and dissolved their emotions, one by one. Then remove all the negative automatic behavior programs you do not like. What kind of person would you be if all the negatives in your memory and automatic systems were gone? Would there be anything you could not do? Good luck on your new adventure. DaEl Walker Copyright, 2008

Chapter One Psychology Behavior and Emotion

Psychology is the study of human behavior with the intention of understanding it and therefore learning how to change it to fit personal needs or desires. This can be interesting and sometimes offers rewarding information. Behavioral processes are identified and categorized and counter behavioral techniques offer the possibility for behavioral modification. The main focus is to change negative behavior into one that is either neutral or positive. What is lacking in Psychology is an understanding of what creates all behavior. What should be studied are the processes that we call emotion. What is emotion? Is there a way of identifying and changing emotions directly instead of through behavior?

Chapter 2 Physics of Emotion

Emotions create all behavior, good or bad. Try to take some action without emotion. It is impossible. You may think about doing something for a long period of time but nothing happens until you desire to do so. You can study balance and rhythm. You can think about ballistics and objects moving through space but none of that will make you ride a bicycle until you want to, or need to. All behavior is created by some form of emotion either consciously or unconsciously. It follows, then, the behavior created is either conscious or unconscious. Consciously, emotions are a part of any decision we make. Even creativity is a function of mind and desire or intention or impulse, all names describing emotion. All creative effort has some stimulus, either sensory or emotional. Think of art, a prime example of creativity. Painting, sculpture, ceramics, weaving, music, all have one thing in common: someone wanted to make it, was stimulated to create. By far the largest amount of emotional behavior is caused by unconscious, automatic stimulus. We decide to go shopping. We get into the car, insert the key, start the motor, fasten our seatbelts, release the break, shift into Drive and step on the accelerator, while watching for other traffic, or children, or dogs, and keeping a conversation up with our fellow passenger, or someone on the mobile phone. How much conscious decision is involved in all this? We make an emotional decision, a desire, to go to the store. Everything else is automatic. We run on automatic maybe 90% of the time. And this is great. Otherwise all our time would be spent thinking about all the steps we wanted to do and very little action would take place. Unconscious automatic behavior can be either positive or negative depending on the emotion attached to the behavior program stored in the subconscious mind.

Unfortunately, our negative emotional programs or patterns cause us negative behavior, reactions we do not want but seem helpless to stop. Your mother constantly nags you about your children. Why do you feel this anger, frustration, irritation perhaps a desire to hit her? You do not want to act this way, yet you do so if the right signals push your buttons. We all have automatic behavioral buttons. A skilled manipulator can push them and make you do what they want. We all have those people in our lives. Why is this? If we are creatures of free will and consciousness shouldn't we be able to eliminate these triggers and take control of our own lives? And live unafraid of anything anyone says or does because you are the master of your feelings? Yet we do react in ways we do not want. So we go to psychologists who seek to understand the nature of your problem but look in the wrong places. They observe behavior as the standard to work from when the problem is in the emotion and not what harm it has done. If you truly understood about emotions you would not care what caused the problem, you would only want to know where the emotions are. Then you would eliminate them and they would bother you no more. Try not look upon emotions as having labels. Emotions are a form of energy. Anger, fear, stress, grief, irritation, frustration all share one common thread. They are all Negative Energy. Just as happiness, joy, exultation, pride, victory, and love are all Positive Energy. They are all forms of energy because they conform to the basic definition of energy: that which creates change. Nothing creates more change than emotions. They govern all behavior, good or bad. They are the impulses behind all celebrations and all wars. They stimulate physiological changes in the body as well as psychological effects on the mind. And they share one thing in common with other types of energy. They have polarity which means they have a positive or a negative charge. We even recognize that, unconsciously, when we describe them as negative or positive emotions. Negative energy decreases or destroys. Positive energy increases or creates. Science and medical studies show us that emotions have a direct effect on our health. Negative emotions create stress and stress is the primary factor in all our debilitative diseases. Interesting word, dis-ease. Ease is an emotional state. If we look at emotions as energy some things become apparent. Most of our emotions are stored in our memories. And our memories are composed of thoughtforms which are sensory data, the information of our five senses, and emotions. Many of the negative behavioral patterns are linked to our memories. We see a picture of our mother and think of all the destructive things she said to us over the years and reach for the piece of chocolate, because it makes us feel better. It feels good because it has sugar which makes us happy. It also feels better because it is connected to eating and eating has more good or happy feelings attached to it than it has bad ones.

Automatically we try to counter the negative emotional response to the stimulus of the picture by bringing to us an object, chocolate, which has, attached to it, positive emotions. Our subconscious mind recognizes the need to reduce this stress and wants to do so by switching to a positive experience. The subconscious mind does this because stress causes bad things to happen to your body and your subconscious mind is in charge of keeping your body healthy. It is the reason a smoker lights up a cigarette when stressed. The nicotine breaks up the astral field, the emotional field of the smoker, and temporarily reduces the stress. Of course there are long term problems to smoking, but the subconscious mind is an automatic stimulus/response real-time computer which seeks results now, not later. It is not immediately concerned with the future. How can we look at this process in a rational manner? If we think of emotions as an energy we can look to physics to define it. Physics is the science of energy. Physics tells us all energy has polarity, as we have said. This means emotions have both a positive and a negative charge. Unfortunately, physics does not study the energy of emotions. They have a difficulty considering it as an energy form. Science relies heavily on electronic measurements to understand energy. It is true it is difficult, if not impossible to electronically measure emotional energy directly. However, you can measure the effect emotions have on the body and even on plants. A study was done in the 70s at Stanford Research Institute in California. The premise was simple. Can we affect the behavior and growth of plants with prayer and curses? Separate rows of similar plants were planted. One row was the standard and nothing was done to it except the same watering and feeding that all the plants received. One of the rows was prayed upon and sent affirmations of love. The third row was cursed and sent nasty emotional thoughts. The results were enlightening. Row number one showed normal growth. Row number two which received love and prayer grew 50% better than row number one. Row number three was much worse off than the first two. It showed stunted and dying plants. All started out the same and received the same physical care. The only change was Row number two received powerful positive emotions and Row number three received powerful negative emotions. Emotions can make changes in physical matter. Therefore they must be a form of energy. It behooves physics to study this energy. Most physicists would say emotions belong to the field of Psychology. Unfortunately, psychology does not study emotions as a form of energy, they study the behavior created by emotions. There is a serious lack of measurement of the energy effects of emotion. Most psychology models observe behavior and make theoretical guesses as to the cause and from that create processes to alleviate negative emotional behavior. Sometimes the processes work and sometimes they do not. Psychology does not know why this is so. What if we think of emotions as energy? Can we look at our automatic behavior as an energy process? The emotions which trigger automatic responses are stored in our mind. This is an easy deduction. They are stored in some part of our mind because they react instantly with

that mind. The major storage area is in our memories, and memory is a function of the subconscious mind. Our memories are composed of pictures and other sensory information plus negative or positive emotions. That's it. That's all our memories are, sensory data and emotion. They are bits of data stored in the mind and connected to the brain. They are no longer real, even though they seem very real when they are activated. They are a big, full sensory, video recording. The subconscious mind does not care if your memories are real or not, it will react when they are stimulated. Here is a philosophical observation. Memories are not real, they are just recordings. Reality is defined by our senses. However, the only reality is the moment of impact on our senses. Immediately after, they are recorded as memories. They may a big, full sensory, video recording, but they are not real. How does this affect our behavior? Think of it this way. Something stimulates our mind. Since our memories are composed of only sensory data and emotion, something we saw, or heard, touched, smelled, or tasted, or a combination of those, or some emotion, or both, can trigger our memories to release an emotion and cause psychological or physiological behavioral reactions or both. Usually it is a combination of both sensory and emotional stimulus and it can affect us both psychologically and physically. Havent we all had that experience? You are driving along, listening to your radio. A song is played which brings back a memory of a school prom or a special boy or girl. Your memories are vivid, in full color and full sensory and full of emotion. And you reacted, with thoughts and feelings and physical smiles or frowns. And it was all automatic. Your conscious mind did not cause it to happen. Let's look at that process. Sensory data, and/or negative or positive emotions will trigger your memory to release a negative or positive emotion which will create negative or positive behavior. That's very clear and points us to the solution for eliminating negative behavior. The activating factor is the emotion which is released. If we can change the polarity of that emotion from negative to positive, what would happen to the polarity of the behavior? Ah, but how to do that? To be able to make a change, we must be able to isolate and locate the offending emotion. And find a way to pump positive emotional energy into this negative charge. I found the clue to that when I began to do remote healing on people. I found out I must have something which has their primary vibration on it to be able to do my best healing on them. This is called a primary witness. If I had something of their body, such as hair, nail clippings, sweaty clothes, or a blood sample, or a photograph, or a sample of their

10

handwriting, I could send healing energy to them wherever they were, even thousands of miles away. The vibrations on these objects were like a direct hookup to the energy fields of their minds and bodies. I had been using the Light Invocation prayer as an impulse for healing for some time. The prayer is simple but powerful. "I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide." I could measure the energy change created within anyone who said this prayer and continued repetition increased the energy. I could dowse the change in their energy field or photograph the light emanating from their fingertips with a high energy field Kirlian camera, or the even more powerful GDV camera. It occurred to me I could use this prayer, combined with one of our healing techniques, the Direct Pulse, for working on stored emotions. The Direct pulse is a simple technique where we use an energy device for each of our hands. Use either two crystals, two Mandala Chargers, a Wheel of Life pendant and a crystal, two Wheels, or any combination of any of these. The best combination is the Wheel of Life and a crystal. We place our left hand with the Wheel of Life on the problem area, where the pain hurts. We put the right hand, with a crystal, on the opposite side of that part of the body. We say the Light Invocation three times and wait until all the heat and pulsing stops or until 10 minutes passes. Every time we do this, the pain or muscle tension reduces. Somehow we broadcast life force energy and cause physical changes to the receiver, sometimes at great distances. Other research indicated emotions could be attached to a piece of paper by anchoring the thought through writing or printing. We tested this by writing something which had a negative emotion in it, putting against the back of a subject and muscle testing before and after. Muscle testing is done by the subject extending their hand out in front of them and have a tester push down on the hand. The subject resisted by pushing their hand up as hard as possible. The tester could push harder than the subject could push up and soon would push the hand down. This tested the strength of the muscle. If we put an object on the back or chest of the subject we could muscle test to see if it increased or decreased the muscle strength or remained the same. We had consistent results of writing down either negative statements or positive ones and finding the muscles weakened with the positive and strengthened with the negative. It seemed logical to assume the emotion was attached to the paper. I wondered what would happen if I had my client write on a piece of paper a description of the experience which had created the emotional memory. I had her fold that paper and place it between her two filled hands just as though it was someone's body. We created an inner evaluation system by giving the emotion a value of 0-10, 10 being the most intense. Then she said the Light Invocation continuously for 5 minutes. (Ill.: Paper beween hands). I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide.

11

At the end of 5 minutes the client unfolded the paper, reevaluated the energy charge and found it had decreased from a level of 10 down to 5. She continued to chant for another 5 minutes and checked again and the emotional level was 0. She could think about the experience but had no emotion about it. It was like viewing an old movie with no feeling. This emotional memory was the most intense, a level of 10, and it had occurred many years ago when she was a child. She had carried this painful trauma for over 30 years and it disappeared in less than 15 minutes. It appeared to be permanent. We checked at a later date and the emotions were still gone. We had previously noted the energy field of a person was expanded if that person repeated the Light Invocation. The expansion seemed to continue, the field getting larger, as long as the prayer continued to be said. By continuously repeating the prayer we judged there would be an unending flow of positive energy from the hands into the negative memory attached to the paper through the writing. No matter how big that emotion was, no matter how hot, or intense, it was still finite. When an infinite source of positive energy interacts with a finite amount of stored negative energy, which one will win? And so it has proven to be. Try it for yourself. Get the Wheel of Life and a crystal. Take a piece of paper and write down some emotional experience which still holds a considerable amount of emotion. Hold your paper between both hands and say the prayer for 5 minutes. See if there is a reduction of intensity of the emotion. If there is still some left, do another 5 minutes. If necessary, do a third 5 minutes. There are few emotions of such an intensity that 15 minutes can not eliminate. I suggest you get a kitchen timer to help you with that 5 minute limit. You may find the prayer slows down your brain waves to the point where you are in a trance. The ding of the bell on the timer will bring you back into your self. This technique was so amazing we called it Magic. Here is a question. If this technique works, why not make a list of all the negative experiences you have ever had that you want to be rid of? One by one knock them all off. Then go after your automatic responses you do not like. Simply describe them as you have observed them. Within that description will be the negative emotion which activates the behavior. Place that paper between your hands and change the emotion and thereby change your automatic behavior. And why not do this at the end of each day and eliminate any negative experiences you had during the day? Why keep them with you after you have understood what they meant? Bless them for showing you where you still had buried impulses and change those impulses. Until there are no negative emotions left within you. Now think of this. What would you be if you had no negative buttons people could push? How would you act toward the world if you had no negative memories to make you fear? What could you do, what could you be if there was no little voice of fear which kept you from making those life changing decisions? What kind of power would that give you? Let us begin with some definitions to help our journey in understanding the mind and emotions.

12

The general definition of emotions is that they are feelings. From the Free Library.com, emotion is defined as any strong feeling. If you go to the word feeling , according to the Encyclopedia of the Self, it says Any state or condition of emotion. So, emotions are feelings and feelings are emotions. It is a nice loop but does not describe the inner structure of emotions. Feelings and emotions are synonyms, different words for the same thing. One does not define the other. The Medical-dictionary.com defines emotions in medical terms. A strong feeling, aroused mental state, or intense state of drive or unrest directed toward a definite object and evidenced in both behavior and psychological changes with accompanying autonomic nervous system manifestations. This is the most descriptive definition I have found. It identifies emotion as something which affects behavior, creates psychological changes, and even affects the autonomic nervous system. As we look at my clinical work and theory, it will include everything said in this definition. After an exhaustive library and Internet search I can find no physics definition of emotion. Apparently they do not recognize it as a type of energy or else there would have been some research into it. Physics is the science of energy and should have had reams of information having to do with the energy of emotions. But I have found nothing. An email request to the dean of the Physics Department of a major university would not address emotions as a form of energy. His suggestion: See a psychologist. Was that a scholarly suggestion or a personal one? Want a general physics definition? Let us say emotions are an energy that affects the physical body, subconscious mind activities, and psychological behavioral processes. What are emotions? Psychology wants to quantify them and work with them by observing behavior. But behavior is not emotions, only what emotions create. What are emotions? If you accept the definition of feelings, you will have to ask, what are feelings? Most definitions will identify them as either physical sensation of touch, such as, I am feeling the surface of this stone. Or as synonym for emotions. I have feelings about my dogs. None of these describe the essential nature of emotions. Of what are they composed? What is common about all emotions, either good or bad. How do they operate in the mind? How do they react, and why? How do they affect behavior? How do they affect the body? Only when you understand the underlying nature of emotions can you truly know how to control and change what you want to change.

Chapter 3 Four Minds

13

Emotions are stored in the subconscious mind and function with the conscious mind. The subconscious mind operates like a computer. It stores information in memory and activates programs to take action. There are four different aspects of our minds. The conscious mind is where we do our thinking. This thinking is symbolic in nature, composed of pictures and other sensory information. It uses language for communication, based on sensory definitions. It takes in information, analyses it, compares it to its stored data from memory, and comes to conclusions. It can create action when it has emotion to activate and guide it. It is similar to a digital computer. It works within the third dimension of our physical reality. The subconscious mind has a different purpose and uses a different method to gain its results. It stores all sensations and emotions in its memory storage files. It uses automatic stimulus-response programs to achieve its primary function, which is to take care of the body. These programs allow the subconscious to control all the automatic functions of the body such as breathing, blood circulation, body temperature, blood pressure, and the hundreds of processes which keep us alive. It also controls our automatic behavioral responses, both good and bad. These automatic programs are composed of thoughtforms. They are thoughts which have emotion connected to them to give them form or purpose. The subconscious can be compared to an analog computer. It, too, takes in information, compares it to its stored programs. But here it differs. It takes action, automatically, without thinking. Like the conscious mind, it works exclusively within our physical reality but has access to the Unconscious Mind. The unconscious mind is linked to all other minds, all other intelligence, human or other, even to all forms of energy. Think of it as an Internet of minds, all connected together. Instantaneous communication happens as soon as you connect with the other mind. You communicate through telepathy and do distance healing at the speed of thought. All psychic phenomena, occurs in this dimension. Manifestation is done by the creative power of your mind, connected to and empowered by the collective minds of everyone. This is what psychologist Carl Jung called the Collective Unconscious. Here the mind works within both the third dimension of our conscious awareness and the fourth dimension of pure thought. All the processes of the unconscious mind operate instantaneously because there is no time or space in the fourth dimension. Distance healing occurs when the Conscious Mind directs the Subconscious Mind to send energy to someone through the Unconscious Mind. The Superconscious mind exists and works within all dimensions. It is the source of creative power and can enable us to create and change our existence. It is the source of instantaneous healing and spiritual power. As the unconscious mind is the connective Internet of conscious minds, the Superconscious mind is the Internet connecting all unconscious minds in all dimensions. It is, in essence, the Internet of all Internets. This multidimensional consciousness is sometimes called the God self. (show diagram)

Chapter 4 Emotions as Energy

Sometimes the best way to understand a subject is to reduce it to its lowest denominator. Of what are emotions composed? The simplest answer is energy. Everything in our universe is energy of one form or another. The simplest definition of energy is that which creates change. That certainly is true of emotions. Emotions create physical change in the body. Exhaustive scientific tests show emotions affect the physiological functions of the body and certainly the psychological reactions, especially behavior. If you think about it, all behavior is created some type of emotion. And negative behavior is created by negative emotion. But what type of energy is it? It is not the standard gross energy so well studied and quantified. Modern physics has delved deeply into this area and unlocked many of the mysteries of the energy of matter. It has identified and measured electricity and magnetism and even gravity. It understands the mystery of broadcast radio and television and how to focus light with lasers. But science knows little or nothing of the energy of thought or emotions or healing and psychic phenomenon. This is a very rich field which has suffered by the inability or unwillingness of physicists to examine it. The problem is not simple and is especially difficult for modern science because there are few instruments which can record or measure these energies and therefore it is difficult to set up studies which will allow them to be understood by scientists accustomed to measuring their test results. Most testing has been to validate the existence of these energies by some form of statistical analysis, such as the Rhine Institute psychic studies at Duke University. The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine is doing ground breaking work studying and quantifying subtle energy. ISSSEEM has worked since 1989 to bring some understanding and stability to this field.

Chapter 5 Memory
Perhaps looking at where emotion exists and what it does will give us some clues to the nature of the subject. I began a dialogue with myself. I asked myself a series of questions. Where are emotions stored? I realized all of my emotions, created from experience, were stored in my memory. Memory is a function of the subconscious mind. In what form were they stored? Memory experiences were stored as thoughts which held the emotions occurred in the experience. In reality they could better be called thoughtforms. Thoughtforms are

15

thoughts that have some form that takes action, and are composed of data from the 5 senses and emotion, either positive or negative. The power or intensity of a memory is caused by the intensity of either sensory data or emotion or both. Think about it. Your strongest memories are those with the most sensory detail and the most intense feelings. In all cases, the motivating force is emotion. Only emotion makes things happen. You can think forever and not take action until you want or need to do something. Wants and needs are emotions. Memory is stored in both short term and long term storage. Short term memory stores information to be used immediately and then discarded. Long term memory stores information to be used repeatedly over a long amount of time. All behavioral programs are stored in long term memory, still in the subconscious mind. It is thought that past lives are stored in a special memory file in the unconscious mind. The Hindus called this the Akasha. Again, all our emotions are stored in the subconscious mind in the area called memory. Memories are composed of thoughtforms. Thoughtforms are composed of sensory data and positive or negative emotions. The intensity of the memory is in direct proportion to the intensity and volume of sensory data and, or, positive or negative emotions. . Lets look at those questions again. What are memories? Personal experiences recorded in the mind. Memories are composed of what? This required some thinking but finally I analyzed my memories and realized they were composed, ultimately, of sensory data and emotion. The sensory data was what my senses recorded during the experience. The emotion occurred during the process and was either negative or positive. Could I express this as a formula, just for simplicity? Memory equals sensory data and positive or negative emotion. M=Sd +E(+/-) Refine this formula a little more. Memories are stored in thoughts plus emotion. The word which came to mind was thoughtform, thoughts which had form or purpose. After all, emotions give our thoughts purpose or direction. Using the word thoughtform allowed this to be used for other processes which used both sensory data and emotion, such as automatic behavioral programs. Now we have another addition to our formulae. It says memories are thoughtforms. We know this to be true because we access them with our thoughts. This allows us to further refine our original formula for memories to say:

16

Thoughtforms are composed of sensory data and emotion, either positive or negative. T=Sd+E(+/-) Look at all your memories. What do they have in them? What you saw, heard, felt, smelled, or tasted, isnt that so? Now add whatever emotions were created during that process. Emotions now have a place. They are stored in our memories. Recall What about recall and memory? Recall uses a name or other identifying data to bring up something from your memory. That name or statement uses sensory data to identify the specific memory you wish to recall. If the recall is not immediate you may offer other information connected to that memory to trigger that recall. Recall occurs when the memory is stimulated to activate its thoughtforms by releasing either sensory data or emotion or both. A name can create recall. A name is an overall file of collective sensory data, or information. It can have a picture, sound, smell, taste, or touch. What was the name of that singer we saw in a concert 10 years ago? Lets see. He wore his hair in long braids. He sang mostly country and blues. His guitar had a hole worn into it by his pick. He did concerts for Farm Aid. Oh, yes! His name was Willy Nelson. Some recall is so ingrained in your memory it comes quickly. What is 9 times 8? Your mind will immediately give you the answer: 72. Your times tables are very quick and totally automatic. Here is another example of repetition anchoring memory. After all, how did you learn your times tables? Constant repetition, remember? An emotion can create powerful recall. Attending someones funeral, or someones wedding, can bring back full sensory memories of them. Memory is stored as thoughtforms. Thoughtforms are composed of sensory data and emotions. We can use the name or other sensory data or emotions, or all to stimulate our memory thoughtforms to release sensory data and emotion. Sensory data, and, or, negative or positive emotions, stimulates our memory to release sensory data and emotion. This is how we recall information. Repetition Repetition increases the energy of both the sensory data and emotion in a thoughtform. When the energy of the thoughtform is high or strong enough it moves from short term to long term memory. It can activate a behavioral program or change an old one. The repetition of a thoughtform increases the intensity of the thoughtform. Our time tables are still the best examples of repetition increasing the strength of our memories. By constant repetition we anchored the tables so well we can use them

17

instantly by simply repeating the numbers together and getting the answer. We do the same for remembering poetry, or chemical or mathematical formulas.

Chapter 6 Behavior
The question is, what about behavior? Emotions create all behavior, good or bad. Upon examination it became evident most behavior is automatic, not deliberately chosen. Even when we choose to do something it activates many automatic patterns. You decide to go to the store to pick up some groceries. You get up, put on your coat, get your keys, go to your car and get inside. You put the key in the ignition, turn on the motor, put it in Reverse, back out, put it in Drive and go to the store. You interact with traffic lights, park your car, go into the store, choose your groceries, pay for them, get back in your car and drive home. How much of that action was automatic? You decided to go to the store. Almost everything after that was automatic. You picked up and put on your coat, picked up and put your keys in your pocket, walked to the front door, opened it, stepped through, and closed the door. You walked over to the car, pulled the keys from your pocket, unlocked the car door, got into the car and closed the door. You inserted the key into the ignition, started the car, turned on the lights if it was dark, put the car in Reverse, backed out while looking out for anything behind you, such as children, animals, bicycles, or cars. You put the transmission into Drive and drove down to the store, interacting with traffic, lights, people, and weather. And you did all of this while you were talking to your friend on your cell phone. How much of this was conscious effort and how much was automatic? Some have estimated we run 90% on automatic. And this is good. It leaves us with much more time to think about the secrets of the universe, or gossip on the cell phone. Automatic is usually good but sometimes we behave in ways we do not like. Someone says a certain word or has a particular facial expression, or wears a color and we react in a negative manner. We can be angry, sad, or fearful, we may shout or hit someone, or drink or smoke or do some other destructive behavior. And not realize we did so until later when we have calmed down. This is automatic behavior that we do not like. Yet we seem to be unable to do anything about it. We go to a psychologist to help us. Sometimes they can help us to analyze what we are doing and this allows us to learn to understand and live with it. Some methods help you to reduce the intensity of the emotions creating this behavior. Rarely are you able to eliminate it completely.

18

But what if you were able to create another formula which governs the way behavior is created and how it causes you to react? Lets see if we can do that. Observe your behavior and identify what triggers your reaction. Here is an example which may help you. You are walking downtown and walk past a bakery where they are baking fresh cinnamon rolls. You inhale the fragrance, your mouth waters, you suddenly see a picture in your head of your grandmother in her kitchen wearing an old fashioned house dress with a flowered apron handing you a fresh baked cinnamon roll. What a wonderful feeling of love and pleasure when you see your beloved grandmother as you remembered her. Your stomach grumbles and you have an intense desire to go in and buy a cinnamon roll. Let us analyze this experience. It was obviously automatic because it simply happened instead of us creating it. We smelled the fragrance of the cinnamon roll from the bakery. Something triggered a full sensory emotional memory of grandmother in her kitchen with great detail. We had a visceral sensation in our stomach and a strong emotional desire to buy a roll. Smelling the cinnamon roll was sensory. It triggered a memory, or thoughtform, which caused an emotion or emotions which caused a physiological reaction in our stomach and a psychological behavior of desire to buy that cinnamon roll. Read it out. Sensory data triggers a thoughtform which releases an emotion, either positive or negative, and/or sensory data, which creates positive or negative behavior, either psychological or physiological or both. There you have it, a simple formula describing an automatic experience. However, the formula is not quite complete. Because we can remember when emotion, or a combination of sensory information and emotion caused an automatic reaction. You step out into a street and see a car coming at you very fast. You feel fear and immediately jump back out of the way. You see a man with a gun and find a place to hide. You see a party going on with people having a happy time and want to join them. You walk into a police station and the emotion stored inside the room makes your stomach tighten. Sensory data and, or, positive or negative emotion triggers a thoughtform which releases emotion, positive or negative, and, or, sensory data and creates positive or negative behavior, which can be psychological, physiological, or both. Once again, test this formula. Can you think of any behavior which does not fit? Why create formulas like this?

19

If we are to understand processes we need to describe them in the least amount of words. Automatic behavior is created by programs stored in the subconscious mind as thoughtforms, which are sensory data and emotions, either positive or negative. Automatic behavior, either physiological or psychological, is activated by either sensory data, external or internal, or emotion or both. The behavior will be either positive or negative depending on the polarity of the released emotion. Automatic behavior may have sensory data connected to the released emotion, but is usually just action. Behavioral programs are stored in long term memory and contain a larger amount of emotional energy. This will be important when we discuss ways to change a program or add a new one. Sensory data, and, or, positive or negative emotion, triggers programs which release emotions, positive or negative, and, or, sensory data which creates behavior, positive or negative, either psychological or physiological, or both. I have automatic programs I do not like. How can I change them? Automatic Programs A program is a thoughtform which has enough emotional energy to activate an automatic behavior process. It is always accompanied by some form of sensory data even though that may be masked and not immediately available. Programs are composed of sensory data and positive or negative emotions, just like memories. They interact with memories but have a greater emotional energy charge. Deprogramming the Subconscious Deprogramming the subconscious mind is necessary for changing the automatic behavior program. To do this you must eliminate the negative emotion in the old program and create a new positive direction for it to operate. Remember, programs are sensory data and emotion which are activated by either sensory data or emotion or both. The polarity of the behavior is determined by the polarity of the emotion within the program. You can remove negative emotions using the technique called Magic. When I understood the process of deprogramming and changing automatic behavior I looked at my own behavior to test the principles. I immediately thought of my mother. She had an absolutely amazing ability to push my buttons. Because of this I was reluctant to visit her. But, of course this gave her something else to criticize. Every time I went to see her she would begin with a recitation of my faults. First she would praise my other siblings to make me jealous and then she would start on my shortcomings. Why dont you have a big house like your brother? Why dont you have expensive furniture like your sister? Why dont you come and visit me more often? She was very good at manipulating me to get me to do something or else to simply make me feel guilty or less than perfect. I analyzed how she did it by visualizing the last time I visited her. I recalled the words she used, the sound tones and pitch of her voice, even her posture. I

20

used the Magic technique to neutralize every aspect of her behavior You can find more about this method in the chapter on techniques. I placed my Wheel of life medallion in the center of my left hand, the palm. I held my healing crystal in the right hand with the tip of the crystal pointing toward the fingertips. I took a photograph of her and placed it between my hands. I wrote on the back of her photograph, I am free of all negative behavior connected to my mother. I began the Light Invocation. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. I began repeating the Invocation continuously, like a mantra. I did this for 5 minutes, stopped, took a drink of water, and continued for another 25 minutes, in 5 minute segments. I did this every day for 7 days and then I visited my mother. (Ill: photo between 2 hands) You can use two quartz crystals instead of the Wheel of Life and a crystal. It will take longer because of the greater power of the Wheel. She immediately began to praise my brothers and sisters. I smiled and told her she was right, they were wonderful. She looked at me with surprise. She began to attack my shortcomings as she always did but each time I would simply smile and agree with her. After awhile this began to get to her and she commented on my behavior. Whats the matter with you? You are not acting right. No, Mom, I am acting fine, what I am not doing is reacting to your comments the way I usually do. What do you mean? she said. Always before you could say things which made me feel jealous, or guilty, or angry. But I have taken away the power from those words and they no longer affect me. No matter what you say I will just smile and feel fine. I dont know what you mean. I dont deliberately try to make you feel bad. Maybe not, Mom, but you used to do so. Now you can not say anything which will upset me. Go ahead and try to get me mad. You can not do it. She was quiet for a moment. You are sure getting to be a strange boy, she said. (I was 50 years old.) From then on our relationship improved. The results encouraged me to identify other behavioral programs I wanted to change. Slowly I began to rid myself of the control others had on me. Gradually I took control of my personal programs and my life. With experimentation I realized any negative emotion stored in your memory can be changed by simply writing down the experience that created the emotion, or writing down the emotion itself. Hold it between your Wheel of Life and your quartz crystal.

21

Repeat the Light Invocation continuously for 15 minutes. Do this for 7 days. Each day evaluate the memory and see if any emotion is left. Can you program positive behavior into your subconscious mind? Yes, these are called affirmations. Write down the behavior pattern you want and use the same method. Do this for 30 minutes each day for 30 days. Each days repetition will increase the emotional intensity in your new program. In 30 days you will have enough energy to make it permanent. Keep notes on your behavior and observe all changes. But lets look at a the technical stages of building a proper automatic stimulus/response behavioral program. Programming the Subconscious Mind What is a program? A program is a thoughtform which has enough emotional energy to activate an automatic behavior process. It is always accompanied by some form of sensory data even though that may be masked and not immediately available. They are in the same form as memories and interact with them. Programs are thoughtforms composed of sensory data and positive or negative emotions. The Magic method uses constant repetition to affect the subconscious mind and program it. Want to create a new program faster? There are eight stages to creating the fastest new behavioral program.
a. b. c. d.

e. f. g.

h.

Imagination What do you want to automatically happen? Be exact. Visualization See the new program as a video or a movie, in action, going from existing process to new behavior. Concentration See the video in full sensory detail, as real as you can make it. Emotion Fill it with emotion, especially the ending. Make the end behavior as emotional as you can. The intensity of the emotion gives the video the power to change the old behavior and anchor the new. Activation play the new video with full color, lots of action, and a powerful positive emotional ending. Acceptance accept that you are worthy of having the new behavior. Repetition remember the rule: repetition increases the energy of the thoughtform. To supersede the old behavior you must make the new video stronger than the old. Repeat the new video over and over for at least one hour. In addition, write down the new behavior you are creating, place it between your hands and do the Magic technique for a minimum of 15 minutes. If you follow this method you will build your new program so strong it will be a new automatic program in your subconscious. Write it down.

22

Put your new program on paper and then use the Magic technique to anchor it into the subconscious mind. i. Affirmations work quickly when written down and subjected to the Magic Technique. Through practice and repetition, positive energy neutralizes the negative emotions of the old program. Continual repetition creates a new positive program when the energy is strong enough. The rule of the universe is simple: The strongest thoughtform wins! What would be an example of creating your own new behavioral program? Perhaps you have difficulty speaking in public. Many people have this problem. Use your imagination to describe what you want. You want to be able to stand up in front of a whole room of people and feel no fear or anxiety. Visualize yourself on a platform stage with a lot of noisy talking people sitting in chairs around tables, with glasses and bottles of wine. You have a podium in front of you with a microphone. Concentrate on the sensory details. Look at the colors of the hair and clothes of the people. What is the color and design of the carpet? Listen to the sounds of the people and the background music. Smell the odors of the room. Touch the microphone. Take a drink of the glass of water on the podium. Fill your mind and your senses with details. Add emotion. Feel the excitement and eagerness of standing ready to tell them your truth. Having difficulty feeling anything but frightened? Think of a time, perhaps in your childhood when you were excited and happy, when you were eager to do something. Take those emotions and imagine you are feeling them. Make believe. Your subconscious mind will not care. It will simply accept the emotional energy. Think of the joy of their applause and happiness at hearing you. Activate the thoughtform. Feel yourself holding the microphone and announce yourself. Tell them a simple joke and listen to their laughter. Tell them what you have to say and feel the power of your words. Then listen to their applause as they stand and cheer you and come up to shake your hand and thank you for what you said. Be an actor and really live this experience, dont just watch a movie, be the star and play the role! But be a method actor and really feel the emotions. Accept with joy and satisfaction the applause and thanks you are getting. Feel the delight of having your words not only accepted but applauded. Feel the eagerness of knowing you will soon have the wonderful opportunity to do it again. Want to make sure the new behavior works permanently? Repeat the new program over and over again, each time feeling the joy and happiness of the applause and acceptance by the audience. Do this a minimum of 10 minutes a day for 30 days. More repetitions will simply speed up the transformation of timid soul to eager performer! For the maximum effectiveness, combine the Magic technique to neutralize all fears affecting the

23

new behavior. Write on your paper the fears I feel when I speak to groups of people. Hold it between your hands and repeat the Light Invocation continuously for 15 minutes each day.

Chapter 7 Stress
What about stress? Is it just emotion? Stress is anything that produces a weakening effect on the immune system. All stresses can be described as negative energy because it has a weakening affect on an immune system that runs on bioenergy and has a positive charge. Stress can and will affect all the energy systems of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Physical Physical is defined as any physiological action or reaction of the bodys functions. This can be nervous, circulatory, respiratory, or any other physical process. Stress can be created by a damaging physical experience. A car hits you from the rear and you feel serious pain. This creates a negative energy from the negative emotions connected to any negative physical experience. After all, getting hurt does not make you feel happy. Any blow or cut will create physical stress. Electromagnetic Fields, (EMF), cause a stress on the physical body. EMF stress comes from TVs, phones, computers, microwaves, even fluorescent lights. Taking toxins into the body is also a physical stress which creates stored negative energy. Toxins are any substance taken internally to which the body reacts unfavorably. Stress can be caused by extremes of temperature, hot or cold.. Emotional The subconscious mind will automatically react to detected emotions from either internal or external source. It identifies any negative emotion as a stress. Mental The mind is simply thoughts. They only become operational thoughtforms when they are connected with emotion. The minds ability to operate and create action can and will be affected by negative emotion. This is a stress on the mind and causes disfunctioning in the logic, reason, and memory functions of the mind. Spiritual

24

The highest form of stress is any separation of our spirit or soul from the Creator. This creates a sense of loss, an emotion so strong it permeates our entire existence. It is the basis of most addictions. Burnout Maximum stress reduces the immune systems positive emotional state to the point of neutralizing the ability to feel compassion and take positive action. Remember, negative energy can be created by something physical, such as a blow, cut, or break. It may be toxins in the body. It can be caused by pollution in the air, in water, even in sound. It can be the result of disease which affects the physical body. It can be emotional, perhaps fear, or anxiety, or grief. It can be electromagnetic. All electronic equipment, such as computers and office equipment, television, telephones, fluorescent lights, and microwave ovens generate a negative energy magnetic field. The environment causes negative energy within us by pollution of the air, water, and sound. Even bad weather can cause us emotional stress. Negative mental thought patterns can generate a negative energy. A sense of separation from God, a great spiritual emptiness, can cause powerful emotional pain. Burnout occurs when you have too much emotional stress, aided, perhaps, by other negative energies weakening the body. The mind and emotions go on overload, paralyzing the ability to feel concern for others and making it difficult to take positive action.

Chapter 8 Tools For the Mind

Disclaimer: The Wheel of Life, the Mandala Charger, and quartz crystals are not medical devices. We make no claims of healing. We simply report experiences we and others have had with the energy created by these tools. They are not a substitute for sound medical practice. We suggest it may be a simple way to enhance any medical or healing practice. The Wheel of Life The Wheel of Life medallion generates great power. If it is worn around the neck it will charge up the body, balance the chakras, and fill the reserve energy of the Etheric body. It will reduce pain and tension, reduce stress, and aid the body in the healing process. It will create a protective shield of positive energy that will neutralize any negative emotion either sent to you or stored in buildings or objects.

25

How does it do that? The design and the construction of this device will help us to answer that question. Outwardly it simply looks like a piece of jewelry. It is cast in sterling silver or gold. It is shaped like a Wheel with a green stone in the center and 6 red stones on the outer rim at the end of the six spokes. The silver Wheel has 6 red cabochon-shaped garnets on the rim and a cabochon emerald in the center. In the gold version it has 6 faceted red rubies on the rim and a faceted emerald in the center. The shape is a hexagon, a six-sided pyramid within a circle. The Diamond Wheel has 6 clear diamonds set on the 6 spokes of the 22K gold Wheel. Using a special process this geometry is activated and creates a gate, a doorway to the dimension of universal energy, the energy that holds together the universe. In the new science terminology of the 21st Century, it is called scalar energy. When the doorway is opened, this scalar energy is changed into bioenergy, the life force that keeps all living things alive. That energy is further modified by the stones and their color, and the type of metal, either silver or gold. We experimented with other metals, including copper and platinum. We tried all the colors of the rainbow and most of the minerals and concluded the best combination was red garnets for the outer perimeter of the silver Wheel and a green emerald in the middle. With gold, the red stone became rubies and the green remained an emerald. Even here the shape of the stone had some significance. With the silver Wheel, all the stones were cabochons, the shape of a sphere cut in two. It was flat on the bottom and curved on the top. The shape resembled the moon. For the gold Wheels, all the stones were faceted, like the rays of the sun. Silver is recognized as moon, feminine, yin energy and gold is sun, masculine, yang energy Into this energy matrix we put special programs in the form of thoughtforms or commands. They came from prayers, mantras, and affirmations, which we had observed had a specific effect on the mind, emotions, body, or spirit. Our Wheel became a personal computer that directed the subconscious mind to balance all the chakras. This happens within 30 to 45 seconds. The one who wears it becomes grounded and centered, eliminating the spaciness so common today. The mind becomes clear and more focused. Concentration is better and creative thinking is increased. Stress is lessened and the emotions become calmer. Psychic sensitivity is increased, and the mind becomes aware of the spiritual unity of all things. Within less than one minute a ball of light surrounds the body to form a protective shield against the negative emotions embedded in rooms or emitted by people. A buffer zone surrounds the wearer and keeps others from drawing their energy away from them. The special programs create all of these effects. They are stored in thoughtforms, thoughts that have a form or direction. Since they are in thoughts and not words, they bypass the logical mind and go directly to the subconscious where they are absorbed as commands and automatically activated in the body and mind.

26

The Wheels come in three sizes in silver. The largest is about one inch in diameter. The medium size is about 3/4 inch, and the smallest is about 1/2 inch. The gold Wheels are sized the same as the medium and large silver wheels. The 14K gold Wheel is the same size as the medium silver. The 18K is sized between the 14K and 22K gold Wheels. The 22K gold Wheels are the same size as the large silver. By special order you may also have them in White Gold. Again, by special order, you can get a 22K Diamond Wheel. Not only is it stronger in energy but it has special programs which allow you to communicate with spirits of the mineral kingdom, vegetable kingdom, animal kingdom, human kingdom, the dimension of Masters and Inner Teachers, and the dimensions of the angels and archangels. When a person wears a silver Wheel around the neck, it rests within the Heart Chakra area and stimulates the thymus gland which affects the immune system. It charges up the body, balances the chakras and the excess energy is channeled into the Etheric body surrounding the person. It expands and stabilizes as a protective sphere of energy that goes out from 50 to 60 feet with the large silver Wheel.. The field is about 40 feet with the medium and 25 to 30 feet with the small. All measurements are with a dowsing rod. Dowsing, scientifically known as radioesthesia, is the interaction of the mind and the energy of something from which the mind wants to get information. The unconscious mind has this information and transfers it to the subconscious. The subconscious transmits this to the conscious mind through a system of signals from the dowsing rod. It may move to the left, or right, or move up and down. The movement is a coded signal, understood by the conscious mind. There are many types of dowsing tools, from the professional Aurameter to the simple bent wires. For more information on dowsing, contact the American Society of Dowsers, Danville, Vermont. www.dowsers.org or the British Society of Dowsers, at www.britishdowsers.org. The Wheels are like a computer for your mind. They have special programs inserted as thoughtforms consisting of prayers, chants, mantras, and direct commands. These programs go directly to the subconscious mind and cause the immune system to become charged with the energy emitted by the Wheel. It fills up the Chakra energy centers which control the movement of bioenergy through the meridians or biomagnetic energy channels. Within less than a minute all the chakras are filled and the excess is passed on to the Etheric body, your reserve energy field. It continues to expand until it reaches its maximum effect. (Ill. Body outline with light radiating from it) This forms a protective shield of pure positive charged light which neutralizes the negative emotions emitted by people or stored in rooms or other objects. A calm zone is formed around you and keeps your mind clear. Other programs reduce your emotional stress. Within 10 minutes of wearing it you will feel more calm and relaxed. It also clears your mind and strengthens it. Students report the Wheel makes it easier to take tests. The anxiety and stress are minimized and concentration is increased.

27

Additional programs increase psychic sensitivity and creativity. Your inner awareness is intensified. There is a special prayer which opens your awareness of your interconnection with the universe and the Creator. It expands your spirituality. All of these special programs make it an invaluable tool for working on your emotions. The gold Wheels are much more intense than the silver. When we dowse the energy field of someone wearing the 14K gold Wheel it measures over 200 feet. Wearing the 18K increases that field to over 1500 feet. The 22K Wheel can be measured at up to 3000 feet. If we place a silver Wheel on an acupuncture point it takes as little as 5 minutes to break through the blockage, compared to hours with the needles. That is quite dramatic compared to conventional acupuncture. However, the 22K gold Wheel will break through in 10 to 20 seconds. The difference in intensity is obvious. The Diamond Wheel starts as a 22K gold Wheel and adds a second internal grid of 6 diamonds with the same emerald in the center. This double grid increases the energy of the Wheel and opens the mind up to dimensional healing. We use the Wheel because it has an intense amount of positive charged bioenergy that can neutralize and eliminate negative emotions stored in our subconscious mind and connected to our physical body. It is very effective in healing the physical body as well as the emotions. Quartz Crystals We use quartz crystals because they have the ability to communicate and interact with the body, emotions, mind, and spirit of anyone who touches them. They can amplify your mind, help it to focus, transmit thoughts and energy to people, either close or at a distance. They can store and transform energy for use at a later time. They can detect negative energy and let you know when it has been neutralized. They are excellent for any healing activity, physical, mental, or emotional. They are great channeling tools and open the mind to anyone using them. This can allow the individual to communicate directly with their own Spiritual Guides and Teachers. Any member of the quartz family can be used. It can be a clear quartz, smoky, rose, amethyst, rutilated, or tourmalinated. They all will work. Our choice is the clear or partially clear crystal because it is the Master Quartz. Because it is clear, it contains all the colors, the same way clear light prisms into the rainbow colors. For practical and psychological purposes we prefer a crystal which fits comfortably in the hand. In size we like it to be from 2 to 4 inches long and reasonably slender, perhaps no larger than one inch in diameter. This is simply our preference. You can work with any piece of quartz, as small as a piece used for jewelry or as big as you want. However,

28

psychologically, you probably do not believe a small crystal is as powerful as a large one, and if it is too large it can not be held easily or carried around with you. Light Invocation Our next tool is a prayer. It is called the Light Invocation. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. This prayer is simple but very powerful. Think of the words. I invoke the Light of God within. Invoke is a word of command not petition. You are commanding your Spirit, the spark of God within you. You are not humbly asking, you are calling upon God within you. I am a clear and perfect channel. You are declaring yourself as a channel for Gods healing power to come through you. Your ego steps aside and you become a clear and perfect channel for God to work through you. Light is my Guide. Not your will, but Gods Light will guide you. This is a prayer of unconditional love and surrender to the will of God. This is a prayer of power. When it is said it causes the energy field of the speaker to increase, more than double. Each repetition increases the energy even more. We use it for a minimum of three times. The persons energy field will be increased by as much as ten times. This energy can be transferred to other people or objects by touching them during or after saying the prayer. It can even be broadcast to someone at a distance by using a photograph. We use this prayer extensively for emotional problems because the intensity of the positive energy enables it to dissolve even the deepest traumas and emotional programs. Crystal Mandala Charger (Mandala Design) The Mandala Charger is a device that will charge any object with life force or bioenergy. It is an intricate design imprinted on paper and plastic laminated. It uses the principles of sacred geometry to create a doorway into the dimension of universal energy. The pyramid shape has shown us how geometry can create an energy field. When you build a foursided pyramid with the proper dimensions and orient one side to magnetic North, energy appears which can affect and change matter. The pyramid will generate this energy if you have the correct dimensions, no matter what material you use to make it. The shape, the geometry, creates the energy, not the materials. You can make a pyramid out of metal, wood, glass, even plastic. The energy will appear in the pyramid as long as you have the dimensions correct and orient one side to magnetic North. Different types of materials will increase the energy but the energy will not appear without the correct geometric shape. If we consider all matter as energy, atoms locked into a pattern, we can see geometry is simply energy in a specific form. Since physics is the science of energy, geometry can be called the graphics of energy. Energy expressed in three dimensions.

29

Hindus and Buddhists use geometry to create yantras and mandalas that affect the consciousness and energy field of those who use them. The 2 dimensional designs cause an energy effect. The Mandala Charger is a 2 dimensional design that causes a 3 dimensional bioenergy to appear from the 4th dimension. The design for the Mandala Charger came as a vision while meditating. After it was printed, I noticed a charging effect when I held my hand against the design. Further experiments established the design we know as the Mandala Charger. The design is more intricate than it first appears. At the center are six crystals in the hexagonal shape. As it expands outward you can see four more crystal hexagons interlocked with each other. The predominant colors are magenta, green, and pink, representing life vitality, balance and harmony, and love. This may activate the archetypal symbol which represents all crystal formations and their energies. The design is printed on both sides to double the energy output of the Mandala Charger. The Mega family are much more advanced designs that greatly increase the energy from them. There are seven different sizes and intensities of Mandalas: the 1 inch Mini, 1 inch MiniPlus, the 1 inch Mini3, the 3 inch Pocket, the 6 inch Family, the 7 inch Mega and the 8 x 11 inch Mega 2. The energy of Mandalas have a positive charge and can be used for healing, as well as eliminating negative emotions in your memories and automatic programs. You can even use it to help people who are some distance away from you. There are several emotional healing techniques which will reduce stress and eliminate negative emotional energy.

Chapter 9 Chakras and Emotions Taming the Wild Endocrine

The chakras are energy bands surrounding the body, which govern the transfer of energy from the reserve field to the cells. Energy moves in and out of circular openings in the front and back of the body. Chakra is a Sanskrit term meaning, literally, wheel. The ancient clairvoyants saw spinning vortexes of energy at each of these openings that looked like wheels of light. (Illustration: body showing openings) Dr. Robert Becker, MD, author of The Body Electric, has charted and measured these energy centers and verified, scientifically, that they were right where the ancients said they were.

30

The chakras take bioenergy from the etheric or prana field that extends from 6 to 18 inches all around the body. These chakras stimulate the endocrine glands that control the chemical balance of the cells. The glands create hormones that govern the chemical processes of the body. And they have a direct affect on the emotions. Women know this because they experience strong emotional changes each month as they go through their menstrual cycle. It is, therefore, beneficial to use methods to balance the chakras and stabilize the glands. Stabilizing the glands controls the hormonal secretion affecting the emotions, calming them and thereby reducing stress. They also use that energy to stimulate the nervous system to help run the electrical and electronic systems of the body. Emotions are vibrations. They keep the bioenergy pulsing at a rhythmic rate. Imbalance or negative emotions cause an improper rhythm and an incorrect stimulus to the glands and the nervous system. This causes tension and loss of energy. Balancing the chakras allows proper energy flow to the cells which increases energy and relaxes tension. Many times, this balancing can reduce stiffness and pain significantly. The seven major chakra bands begin at the base of the coccyx, the tailbone, and go to the top of the head. The first chakra, the root or groin chakra is a band that goes from the groin to a point half way to the navel. The second chakra is called the sacral. It extends from that half way line up to the navel. The third, or solar plexus, is a very wide area beginning at the navel and going up to the sternum, the juncture of the breastbones. The heart chakra begins at the sternum and goes up to the hollow of the throat. This is the fourth chakra. The fifth is the throat. It begins at the hollow of the throat and extends to the base of the nose. The sixth chakra is the brow. It begins at the base of the nose and goes up to the hairline. Inside the brow chakra is a unique psychic facility called the Third Eye. The seventh chakra, the crown, is a cap over the top of the head, at the hairline. Remember, the major chakra areas are bands around the body. The five minor chakras are the left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot, and the medulla oblongata. The hand chakras govern all areas of the hands and arms. The left hand is the eighth chakra. The right hand, centered in the palm, is the ninth chakra. The tenth chakra is the left foot, centered in the arch. The feet chakras govern all areas of the feet and legs. The eleventh chakra is the right foot, again centered in the arch. The twelfth chakra is the hollow at the back of the head where the brain stem meets the spinal column. It is called the medulla oblongata. Chakra Balancing Here is a simple method for using visualization to balance your seven major chakras.

31

Hold your Wheel of Life pendant in your left hand and your crystal in your right. Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, to be sure your crystal is cleared of all negativity. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Touch the top of your head with your thumb. Visualize a half-round energy meter. (Illustration: round disc with numbered markings and indicator needle. See Crystal Book) There is a mark in the center that represents perfect balance. See a pointer, like an arrow, move to the center and stop, to indicate perfect balance of the seventh chakra, at the top of the head. When you can see the indicator holding steady at the center mark, move your thumb down and touch the sixth chakra, the Brow. Once again, see the energy meter and watch the indicator move to the midpoint of perfect balance. Move your thumb down and touch the throat, the Fifth Chakra. Visualize the energy meter and see the indicator go to the center for perfect balance. Move down to the center of the chest, the fourth, or the Heart Chakra. Picture the half-round energy meter and watch the indicator arrow point to the center, signifying perfect balance of the Heart Chakra. Now move down to a point just above the navel. This is the Solar Plexus chakra, number three. Touch this point with your thumb and see the energy meter indicator move to perfect balance. When you feel the balance is complete, move down and touch between the navel and the groin. This is the center of the Sacral Chakra, number two. Once again, see the energy meter and the indicator move quickly into the center, for perfect balance. Now touch the groin and connect with the first chakra, the Root, or Base. See the energy meter and watch the indicator move into the center for perfect balance. Can you feel the difference? Do you feel more relaxed, with less stress? When all the chakras are in balance, your physical and emotional bodies are balanced. Think of what you did to achieve that balance. You touched the top of your head. Electric sensory signals raced to your brain and informed it of the location of that touch. Imagine the computer of the subconscious mind processing that information and (in effect) replying. Crown chakra located, next command. The language of the mind is symbols, pictures. You direct the mind to see a half-round energy meter. From its memory banks it finds one and puts it on the computer screen of your inner vision. You direct the indicator of the energy meter to go to the center mark that is perfect balance of that chakra. The computer processes this new information and replies Crown chakra energy center balanced. Next command. At that point you move your thumb down and touch the brow. The computer of your mind acknowledges this new information. Brow chakra located, next command. Once again, through visual symbols, you tell that chakra to go into balance. The computer replies, Brow chakra balanced, next command Using this same method you go through all the chakras, telling your subconscious mind to cause all these chakras to go into balance. And they do. This is a good, simple, personal way to balance all your chakras, very quickly. When you are stressed, stop, close your eyes, touch the top of your head with your thumb and

32

visualize the energy meter going into balance. Within minutes, you will feel much more relaxed and centered. You will be able to continue your work with a clear mind. The Chakra Balance is the simplest and fastest way to balance your own chakras. Try it and see how it relaxes you and calms down your stress. This technique balances the seven major chakras. This technique may be used for balancing the chakras of others. The Chakra Charging technique is more intensive for working on clients. In addition to balancing the 7 major chakras, it also charges them and continues on to charge and balance the 5 minor chakras. These are the left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot, and the hollow at the back of the head, the medulla oblongata. Enter the Chakra Get yourself in a comfortable position, body relaxed. Hold your crystal in front you and look at it. It has six clear sides and a faceted tip. Close your eyes and see your crystal in front of you looking like a miniature house, with six sides and the tip like a roof. Come in closer. As you move in see your crystal house getting closer and larger until it is as large as a house. Go inside the open door. Look up at the ceiling and see light and color shining down on the walls and the floors. In the center is a table with a cup of your favorite hot beverage and a bell. Walk over to the table and pick up the cup. Bring it up to your lips and smell it, your favorite hot beverage. Take a sip and taste it and feel the warmth move down your throat and into your stomach. Set the cup down, pick up the bell, and ring it. Set the bell down. To the right, you can see an open doorway. This the Healing Room. To the left is a platform and in front is a pool of pure color. Walk onto the platform and turn around. As you look at your body, you can see the circular openings of the chakras, like caves. The first circle is at the groin area, the base. The second chakra opening is halfway between the navel and the groin. The third circle is on the stomach, between the navel and the sternum, the juncture of the breast bone. The fourth is in the center of the chest. The fifth is a circle at the throat. The sixth is an opening in the brow chakra. The top of the head is the opening for the seventh, or crown chakra. Focus your attention on the first chakra, at the groin. See the circle of the opening. Come in closer. As you get closer the opening gets larger and you can flow inside the chakra. Look at the ceiling, the walls, and the floor. They are covered with crystals. Some of them are bright and some of them are dark, covered with a coating of negativity. In your hand is a large and very bright light. Turn it on and begin spraying all the crystals with light. As you spray the crystals you can see the dark negativity sliding off and into the elimination system taking it out of your body. The crystals are now brighter than before. All the crystals in the chakra cave are now bright and shining and warm. Let that light lift you up and out of the cave of the first chakra and float up to the second opening, the Sacral Chakra. As you flow inside, you can see it, too, is covered with crystals. Some of them are bright and some are dark, covered with negativity. Turn on

33

your bright light and shine it on the ceiling, walls, and floor. Watch the light make the darkness slide off the crystals and into the elimination system. One more spray brightens all the crystals in the chakra. Let that bright, warm light take you out of the cave, lift you up and take you into the opening of the third chakra, the Solar Plexus. You can see this cave is very large and filled with crystals, like the others. Some are bright and some are dim, coated with negativity. Turn on your light and spray all the crystals with light. Watch the dark negativity slide off and go out the body with the elimination system. When all the negativity is gone, spray the crystals again until they are all bright and shining and fill the room with their warmth. The light lifts you up, out of the 3rd chakra, up and into the opening in the center of the chest, the fourth, or Heart Chakra. This cave is large and filled with crystals. As with the other chakras, some of the crystals are bright and some are covered with dark negativity. Spray your bright light on all the crystals of the ceiling, walls, and floor. Wash off the dark negativity and see it leave the body. Spray light on all the crystals until they are bright and full of energy. Let that energy lift you up, take you out and up to the fifth Chakra, the Throat. Flow inside and spray light on all the dark crystals. See the negativity slide off the crystals and out the elimination system. Light them all with your light until they whole cave is filled with light and warmth. That warm light picks you up, takes you out of the 5th chakra, up and into the center of the brow, the sixth Chakra. Spray light on all the ceiling, walls, and the floor of 6 th Chakra. Watch the entire darkness slide off and out the elimination system. Spray the crystals again until they are all very bright and pulsing with energy. In the back of the cave is another opening. Inside is another room with nothing in it but a large eye. This is the Third Eye, the vessel of your inner vision. The eye begins to open and a beautiful golden light fills the room. Absorb that golden light in your body. Look up and see an opening in the ceiling. Float up into a very large room with a beautiful crystal in the center with a thousand facets. This is the crown Chakra. The golden light from the Third Eye now fills the crown chakra opening different facets of mind and consciousness. As your mind expands and shines with the light of Consciousness, feel yourself come out of the crown, back into your body, and step off the platform. Walk back through the door of the Healing Room into the center of your crystal. Walk through the crystal doorway back into your body, back into this dimension. And when you feel comfortable, open your eyes. Check your emotional state. Is your stress lessened? Do you feel a quiet and calm? Has your mind stopped talking for the moment? Do these exercises as often as you want to help you relax.

34

Chakra Charging You may balance all the chakras in a sequence, starting with the root or base chakra. Hold your crystal in your right hand and your Wheel of Life pendant in the left hand, in the normal way, gemstones showing, and crystal pointed toward the fingertips. Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, for protection. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Place your left hand near the groin area and the right hand over the base of the spine, the tailbone. Repeat the Light Invocation, again, three times, to activate the healing process. Time yourself. When you have reached 7 minutes, gauge the intensity of the heat and pulsing. As soon as you feel a change toward cooling down, move your left hand up to a point halfway between the groin and the navel, the second, or sacral chakra. Move your right hand up to match your left. Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, and wait 7 minutes, and then when the energy changes, move up to the third chakra. Your left hand will be above the navel, and, of course, your right hand will move up the back to match your left. Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, and wait 7 minutes. Wait until you feel the energy begin to cool down and move up to the heart chakra. Place your left hand in the center of the chest, and your right hand in the middle of your upper back. Repeat the Invocation to activate the healing process. Time yourself, and when 7 minutes is over, watch for the cooling down. The next move is to the throat chakra, number five. Left hand goes on the front of the throat and the right hand is on the back. Once again, repeat the Invocation to activate the process and wait 7 minutes. When the cooling down is complete, move your left hand and Wheel up to the center of the brow. Your right hand is on the hollow at the back of the head, the medulla oblongata. Repeat the Invocation, wait 7 minutes and then watch until the cooling down begins. Brain Balance Seventh Chakra Your last chakra is the Crown, the seventh chakra. Balance this by standing behind your client and doing the Brain Balance, with the left hand on the left temple and the right hand on the right temple. Much has been said about the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Current brain research seems to verify the theory of separate but complementary functions of the two sides of the brain. The functions of logic and reason are located in the left side and the intuitive, automatic functions are on the right. The left side of the brain is deductive, the right is inductive. The left brain is male and the right brain is female. The left side is like a digital computer that uses sequential reasoning to arrive at a conclusion; the right side is like an analog computer that operates under stimulus and response and does not reason, it knows. There is a strong movement to eliminate this division, a desire to merge the left

35

brain, male, logic, with the right brain, female, intuitive, and bring them together as one, unified, whole brain. When we use the Wheel of Life and a crystal, we bring powerful forces into play to work for that unification. Hold your Wheel of Life pendant in the palm of your left hand with the face up. Hold your crystal in the palm of your right hand with the tip directed toward the fingertips. Protect yourself and your patient by repeating the Light Invocation, three times. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Remember that the Light Invocation creates a powerful positive field that prevents transfer of any negativity between therapist and client. Stand behind your client. Place the left hand, with the Wheel, against the left temple of the client. Adjust your had to cover the left ear. Place the right hand, with crystal, against the right temple, with the crystal pointing down to the right foot of the client. Once again, be sure the hand covers the whole right ear. (Illustration 8: back of head with left hand on left side and right hand on right side showing crystal pointing down) Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, to activate the healing cycle. Continue the technique for 7 minutes. The Brain Balance unifies both sides of the brain, but has other benefits. Between the two hands, in the center of the head are two glands, the pineal and the pituitary. The major functions of the pineal are to control the timing systems of the body, the inner clocks. It also takes in light and prisms it into color and distributes it throughout the body. The pituitary gland is the master gland for the whole endocrine system and produces the human growth hormone for healing and anti-aging. Holding the hands over both ears allows the energy to move through 134 acupoints, affecting all the major meridians of the body. This sends an extra energy pulsing to the whole body. It produces a very relaxing sensation, reducing stress and tension. The Brain Balance is excellent for reducing headaches, even migraines. It has been known to stop a migraine headache in the middle of the process. Dr. Gloria Dodd, DVM, is a retired veterinarian. She had frequent migraine headaches, sometimes the most intense, color flashing type. She had the Brain Balance done to her while a migraine was just beginning. My migraines were always fierce and unstoppable. Nothing I could do would help them much. My medications had very little effect. The best thing was to simply lie down and endure it. Then DaEl did the Brain Balance on me. It took about 5 minutes and suddenly the pain went away. It was astounding. I could not

36

believe it. I thought it was simply a coincidence until he did it again about 6 months later. Once again, the pain stopped within minutes. You can do this for yourself. Simply hold the left hand Wheel against the left temple and the crystal against the right temple and repeat the Light Invocation, three times. Use of this technique has a major effect on the emotions because it balances the glandular system through the pituitary. It has been well noted that the hormones created by the glands have a significant impact on emotions. Balancing the glands will help to balance the emotions. Hand Balance Chakras 8 & 9 As usual, hold your Wheel in your left hand and your crystal in your right. Repeat the Light Invocation for protection. Hold the clients right hand in your left hand and their left hand in your right, the center of your palms should be over the center of the clients palms. Repeat the Light Invocation to activate the healing process. Observe the energy changes. Your left hand, with Wheel will feel warm very quickly. The right hand, with the crystal, will feel colder than the left. As you continue, your right hand will get hot, until it is as hot as the left. You may feel a pulsing or rapid vibration. In a few minutes you will feel a calming and cooling effect and that will signify the balancing is complete. If you feel nothing, continue for 20 minutes. (Illustration 10: hands holding clients hands) Neurological Balance Chakas 10 & 11 Follow this with the Neurological at the feet, for the tenth and eleventh chakras. This touch method works by pulsing energy through the meridian flows connected to the chakras. Most of the meridians, the inner magnetic flow lines of the body, exit at the feet. These lead to the organs of the body. The feet are prime places to start if you would release blocks and revitalize the neurological systems of the body. To balance the neurological system, you need your Wheel of Life, a crystal, and the Light Invocation. Have your client sit or lie down and take off both shoes. Hold the Wheel in the palm of your left hand, face up, and the crystal in your right hand, the point directed toward your fingertips. Repeat the Light Invocation, three times, to protect yourself and your client from exchanging negative energy. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Grab the right foot so the Wheel of Life is in the center of the arch. Hold the left foot so the crystal is in the center of the arch and the tip is pointed toward the heel

37

of the left foot. Repeat the Light Invocation, again three times, this time to activate the healing process. (Illustration - bottom feet showing Wheel against right and crystal against left) Since the purpose is to balance the feet chakras, all you need to do is hold on to the feet for 20 minutes. The twelfth chakra is the medulla oblongata, the hollow at the base of the skull, where the brainstem meets the spine. Place your left hand, with Wheel on the medulla and your right hand, with crystal on the brow. Repeat the Invocation for activation, hold in place for 20 minutes, and wait until everything cools down. You have now balanced every chakra. You began with the 7 major chakras and finished with the 5 minor ones. The effect is a major stress and pain reliever. Every cell of the body will be tonified and charged. The only disadvantage is the time. It can take up to two hours to complete this process. It would be advantageous to take a 5-minute break at the end of the first six chakras. Then finish with the Brain Balance, the Hand Balance, the Neurological, and finally, the medulla.

Chapter 10 Meditation and Emotions

Meditation is something of a mystery to the Western mind. It has been a staple for thousands of years in the East. It is barely understood and often poorly practiced in the West. It is even mentioned in the Christian Bible but is not taught in most Christian churches. What is meditation? Meditation is a way of stilling the emotions and quieting the mind. It can be done many ways. One of the simplest and oldest techniques is called the Breath Meditation. It is taught all around the world. It is very simple yet may be very hard to do. Lie down or get in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Relax the muscles in your body. Start at the top of the head and deliberately tense and relax the muscles. Tense the face and release the tension. Tighten the neck and relax the muscles. Tense the shoulders and then the arms, and release the tension. Tense and relax all the way down your body to the bottom of the feet. Observe your breath, the inhalation and exhalation of air from your lungs. Pay attention to the rise and fall of your chest and the movement of air through your nose and your lungs. Do nothing but observe your breath. As time passes, your mind will become bored with nothing to do and begin to bring in thoughts. Do not try to stop the thoughts, let them go and continue to observe your breath. Pay

38

attention to the air taken into your lungs and exhaled. Gradually the mind will fill up with nothing but thoughts as it continues to observe this boring process. When you notice you are no longer observing your breath, only thinking, stop and start over. Observe your breath until once again the mind takes over. Stop and start again. Continue this exercise for one hour. With practice the mind interference will be less. You will notice the thoughts being less until a time appears when you only observe the breath and your mind becomes very quiet and your emotions are stilled. Light Invocation Mantra You can have a powerful meditation with the help of Crystal Mandalas and using the Light Invocation as a mantra. Use a comfortable chair for your meditation. Remove your shoes. Take four Mega 2 Mandalas and place one on your chair and sit on it. Place another under each of your feet, and hold the last between our hands in the prayer position. Chant the Light Invocation continuously for half an hour. Within 10 minutes you will feel yourself relax and your physical senses disappear. A great peace and calmness will fill you. You may find yourself going into a trance, or even a sleep state, as your brain wave frequency goes deeper and deeper. Continue for the full 30 minutes. As you continue to practice this meditation, gradually increase the time until you are doing it for one hour. Feel the great calmness, the lack of tension, and the quiet mind. Speed up the process by writing these words on a piece of paper. Dissolve all the negative emotions that affect my mind. Fill me with calm and peace. Put the paper with the Mandala in your hands, hold them and begin chanting the Light Invocation. Continue for 30 minutes.

Chapter 11 Emotional Healing Techniques

Magic This method will allow you to erase negative emotions from your memories and even help you change behavioral patterns you do not like. Take two pieces of paper. On one of them write the Light Invocation prayer. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. On the other one write down any experience in your memory that still has some bad feelings. Make it brief but be sure to write it in such a way that it includes the emotion. On that same paper write down your opinion of the intensity of the emotion on a scale of 0 to 10. Fold it up. Hold a Wheel of Life medallion in your left hand with the stones showing. It does not matter if it is silver or gold. In your right hand, hold a crystal with the point toward the

39

fingertips. Place the folded paper between your two hands so that the Wheel and the crystal touch the paper. Read and repeat the Light Invocation prayer continuously for 10 minutes. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Pull your hands apart and open the folded paper where you have written your emotional experience. Read what you have written. Is there any emotion left? Check it with the intensity level you put on the paper. Compare it to what you are feeling now. Has it changed, reduced, or is it gone? If there is no more emotion there, take another piece of paper and write down another emotionally charged experience. If there is still some energy left, fold up the paper and place it between your Wheel and your crystal and say the Light Invocation again, continuously for another 10 minutes. After the second 10 minutes, unfold the paper, read it and check the intensity numbers. Is it down to zero or one? If it is 2 or more, repeat for another 10 minutes. Here is a suggestion. Get a kitchen timer and set it for 10 minutes. At the end of that time it will ring and you can stop and check your paper. Most emotions will be gone at the end of 10 minutes. Even traumas have been eliminated within 20 minutes of this exercise. How does this work? Several new sciences are involved. In the left hand is the Wheel of Life. It is a power tool for the mind using the science of Sacred Geometry and mental programming. It generates a powerful energy field. In your right hand is a quartz crystal. It is tuned to your subconscious mind and it is also an energy generator and projector. When you write something down, they are your thoughts and your personal soul vibration is attached to it. So is the emotion in your memory. It is actually connected to the paper. When you place the paper between your hands, the energy of both the Wheel and the crystal begin to go into the paper and the negative emotion on it. Then you say the Light Invocation. This prayer creates a powerful energy of unconditional love pulsing from hand to hand and filling the paper with this power. The memory experience you have written down has a negative emotion in it. The paper connects to this same memory in your subconscious mind. As the powerful positive energy charge pulses into the paper, it goes back to the memory in the subconscious and begins to dissolve the negative emotional energy connected to it. Constant repetition keeps flooding the negative emotion with positive energy and canceling it out.. It is then simply a matter of time until the negative emotion is totally gone and you can not feel it any more. Here is the good news. You can not fail with this technique even if it takes some time because the memory has a finite amount of emotion stored within it. But you have an infinite store of positive emotion because you can continue to repeat the Light Invocation until it is all gone, even traumas, and even phobias. All you have to do is write down some experience, object, place, or name that has a strong negative emotion attached to it. Please start with one experience at a time, because it can probably be eliminated within 15 minutes. It is better to dissolve the emotion of one experience at a time with someone

40

like your mother or father rather than just place their name down. The name alone may have a lifetime of negativity experienced with them. It might take too much time and you would lose interest because you could not seem to make enough change to make it worth your effort. Take it slow and knock them off one experience at a time. When you become confident enough in your ability you can do two or three experiences at once. Start slow and gain confidence first. If you are successful, why not work on eliminating all your negative memories? After all they are just left over garbage, nothing you need to keep. What would it be like to have only happy memories? Can you change your negative automatic behavior processes? Why not? Remember the automatic programs are stored in the mind as sensory data and emotion. If you could identify your behavior and write it down so it included the emotion which powers it, you could introduce a positive charge into this equation and eliminate the impulse energy which causes the behavior to operate. Let us try an example. You have a serious fear flying in a plane, a real white-knuckle passenger. On a piece of paper you write down the fear I have of flying. Fold the paper; place it between the Wheel of Life in your left hand and the crystal in your right. Begin saying the Light Invocation, continuously, for 10 minutes. Think about flying and your fear. If it still exists, say the Invocation for a second 10 minutes. And even a third repetition if you need to. Continue to do this exercise until you feel absolutely no fear when you imagine yourself seated in a plane and the plane taking off. Test it by taking a plane trip, but keep your paper, Wheel and crystal with you in case it reappears. While riding on the plane, repeat the Invocation and continue to put positive energy into the thoughtform. When you reach zero on your intensity rating, continue to add positive energy and create a positive feeling about your former fear of flying What about patterns of eating? Do you like to snack late at night and you do not like the weight you have put on? Write down, The emotion I feel which makes me want to eat late at night. Place it between your hands and say the light invocation for a minimum of 20 minutes, every night, for 7 days. Check yourself each night to see if the need to eat is still there. When it is gone, add this affirmation, I eat no snacks at night and my body is happy. Want to add more speed and power to the process? Add a photo of yourself and, on the back, write down what you want to accomplish in the form of an affirmation. Place it between two Mega Mandalas, and put this combination between the Wheel of Life and your crystal. Again, repeat the Light Invocation continuously in 10 minute segments. The added power of the Mandalas allows you to neutralize the strongest negative memory. When you are not using the Mandalas, leave the photo between them and the energy from the Mandalas will continue to be broadcast to you, day and night.

41

The key to behavioral modification is identifying the emotion in the process of the behavior, writing it down in such a way as to contain the emotion and then working through the paper to reduce the emotion until it is gone. Change Your Past This technique works very well when you know the details of your negative experience. Review the memory as though you were watching an old movie or video. This is easy to do when you remember all your experiences are recorded and stored in your memories, much the same as your videos or dvds. . Play the movie and watch the process until you come to the moment of impact when the emotion is created. Stop the movie. Bring all the actors together around a conference table and rewrite the script so you have a new ending which leaves you feeling happy, victorious, or at peace. You know how you do this anyway. You automatically review your experiences and say, if only I had done this or that I could have won or felt happy. Here is your chance. Rewrite the script so everything is the same except the ending. It must have a positive emotion of happiness, or victory, or peace. Then use your imagination and play the new script. Remember, you are the major star of this drama, so you must really put yourself into this new memory. Become a Method actor and make it very real! Have 3 or more rehearsals of this new play each day. Be sure the ending has a fabulous and powerful positive emotional ending. You want it to be happy, joyous, or peaceful. If you can, make a celebration where everyone is dancing and laughing and happy. After each day, play the old memory and see if there is any emotion left. The constant repetitions of the new movie will rapidly dissolve the negative emotions of the old one until very quickly you will find it impossible to bring back the old feelings you once had. I used this method to treat a veteran of the Vietnam War. He had tried all the therapy methods available as a veteran. On his own he had investigated other methods. Nothing had helped. Each night he had the same nightmare. He was on patrol and his whole team was killed, including his best friend. The experience was so traumatic he could not get away from it. The strength of his memories was in direct proportion to the intensity of the emotions. I had him play the movie of his memory of that night and stop just before the ambush that killed his friends. I then had him rewrite the script to give it a good ending where nobody was shot, everyone ran away and got back to camp and had a big, happy party, because they had survived and the next day they would leave Vietnam and go back home where their loved ones would greet them and hug and love them. I had him rehearse this new script, substituting it for the old one. Within one week, all the nightmares and bad feelings were gone. Do the same technique for changing behavior patterns. Picture the last time you observed your own behavior and change the ending so you are victorious, powerful, and happy. Repeat this movie 3 times or more, every day. Within 7 to 30 days you may totally change your behavior.

42

Substitution This works best when the negative feeling are focused on a person, a place, or an object. Identify the parts of the memory that are emotionally charged. As an example, suppose the client had a fear of large dogs. What parts of the dog would be emotionally charged? Size, color, claws, teeth, or bark may all be parts that make of the whole fearful dog. If we change the parts into something which is no longer fearful, the sum of the parts would create a dog that was no longer to be feared. How to do that? Tell your client to shrink the dog down so tiny you could put him in your coat pocket. Die his coat pink, put mittens on all his paws, change his teeth into soft rubber, and make his bark the two toned sound of the Avon saleswoman, ding, dong! Tell the client to describe the dog to you and tell you what he thinks of the new dog. The last test will be to have them remember any time they had been fearful of big dogs and see if any emotion was left. Lets take an example from personal experience. My workshop sponsor gave a small reception to introduce me to her friends. There were questions from the group about my experiences as a forerunner in lecturing and teaching about alternative healing to a world committed to standard medical practices. Who were your most difficult opponents, DaEl, was it doctors, or physicists? Those were difficult, I replied, as well as electronics experts and biologists. But the most difficult, by far, have been the fundamental Christians. The others, at least, use logic and debate to try to put me down. But the fundamentalists are not interested in debate, only in having me agree with them. Their method is simple. What I am doing is of the Devil, therefore I am doing the Devils work, and that work is evil. The only way I can redeem myself is to do as they say, because God is on their side. As I said the word Devil, I noticed a young woman flinch. So I said it again. Devil, Devil, Again, she flinched and shrank away. I focused on her. I noticed you reacted very strongly to the word Devil. Is that true? Oh yes, she said, I have been afraid of the Devil since I was five and my priest said the Devil would get me if I was not a good girl. Without thinking about it I asked her if she would like to get rid of this fear. Oh yes! But this has been with me most of my life. I have even been in therapy and nothing has changed. I dont know how you can do anything. Just relax and lets find out about your problem. You are afraid of the Devil, isnt that so? Tell me, what does the Devil look like? Surprised, she said,, Well, I dont know. I have never thought about it before. If you were to create a picture of the Devil, what would it be?

43

I guess he would have horns, and a tail, and hoofs. Would he be wearing a red outfit? Yes, that fits. Describe his hair, and skin, and teeth. He has long, dirty, scraggly hair, and really rough, scabby skin, and sharp, yellow fangs for teeth. He has long, pointed, fingernails, like claws. And a long, pointed chin. And big pointed ears, like a bat! And a long pointed nose with a big wart on it! Can you smell him? Oh! He smells like burning sulfur but with something rotten, too. What does his voice sound like? Real gravelly and mean What color are his eyes? A scary, burning red. How tall is he? Very tall, at least 7 feet tall. Oh, and he has a tail! OK, lets describe him. He is 7 feet tall, has a tail, and hoofs for feet. He is dressed in red, with scraggly hair, scabby skin, sharp, yellow fangs for teeth, claw-like fingernails, a pointed chin, a long pointed nose with a big wart on it, big bat ears, and red eyes. He smells awful, like burning sulfur with a rotten edge to it. His voice is gravelly and mean. He sounds really ugly. He looks so awful, we need to do some plastic surgery to make him look better. Lets start with those teeth. Take out those fangs and give him a new set of beautiful, even, white teeth. Now have him smile and see a beautiful set of teeth inside that ugly face. Now, lets change that rough, scabby skin. Take a piece of sandpaper and smooth down the roughness until his skin is soft, smooth, clean, and pink. Thats an improvement, but his fingernails are bad, so give him a manicure and cut those nails nice and square on his smooth, soft, pink fingers. He looks much better. Next, reshape his bat ears so they are round and smooth and fit his new face better. Oh, by the way, shorten his long pointed chin and reshape it with a nice dimple in the center. Shorten his long nose, remove the wart, and make it a nice looking, balanced nose. Now

44

put in some beautiful emerald green contacts to hide those scary red eyes. Oh yes, cut off that ridiculous tail. Give him a bath to take away that awful smell. Spray his whole body with a nice masculine cologne. His voice still sounds bad. Remove his voice box at the base of his throat and replace it with one which makes his voice sound like a professional actor, very smooth and musical. Hes looking better. He has emerald green eyes, a shortened nicely shaped nose with no wart, a really nice chin with a dimple in the center, clean, smooth skin, beautiful teeth, and trim, round ears. But his hair looks terrible, he has hoofs for feet, and he really needs a new suit. So lets give him a shampoo, a trim, and a permanent, with a curly, black Afro style. And put those feet in a beautiful, tan pair of Tony Lama cowboy boots. Now he is looking better but he needs new clothes. Take off those ratty red clothes and put him in a light blue elegant three-piece suit with a silk shirt and vest. That is very good. Now lets look at him. Tell me what you see. I see a tall, man with black, curly hair. He has emerald green eyes, nice ears, smooth, pink skin, and a nice nose. He has beautiful white teeth, a well balanced chin with a dimple in the center, and his nails are nice. He smells very nice and his voice is very pleasing. He is dressed in a very elegant suit and wearing tan cowboy boots. Excellent. Now tell me, when you think of the devil, what do you see? I see a tall, good looking man, in very nice clothes. And what do you feel about him? I feel fine. Oh my God! I dont fear him any more! This is amazing. I have been afraid for over 35 years. And now its gone! And it was gone forever because we changed all the trigger points of her image from fearful to nice and thereby changed the whole thoughtform and thus her program of fear. We substituted positive charged emotions attached to those trigger points and that changed the whole equation. Look at the process. Her automatic behavior program is composed of Sensory Data and emotion. The emotion was very clear and very powerful. It was so strong it still deeply affected her and had for over 35 years. She was terrified of the Devil and physically and emotionally responded even when the word Devil was used. When asked to describe the Devil, she made him big and ugly and very scary. The key parts of her sensory information were all ugly, scary, or bad. Substitution allows us to isolate the negative

45

parts of the whole program. By changing the sensory data just enough to attach a good emotion to it, the collective image or thoughtform is changed from negative to positive. Her subconscious mind had a total image of the Devil which had negative emotional energy attached to all pertinent sensory data. By changing the emotional charge to each part, she changed the emotional charge of the whole program. Furthermore, when she changed the emotions in the program she changed the behavioral reaction from negative to positive. Oh my God! I dont fear him any more! This is amazing. I have been afraid for over 35 years. And now its gone! One woman came to me for therapy because she was terrified of frogs. I had to smile because I had a hard time coming up with something scary about a frog. So I asked her to describe a typical frog that might frighten her. What color is the frog? A sickly green. And what does the skin feel like? It is awful. It is cold and slimy. What else? What do the eyes look like? They are very large and black. What do the feet look like? They are webbed, and an ugly yellow, and I think they have claws. And I am sure he has sharp teeth. Very good. Lets make some changes. First of all take out those teeth and leave him with just empty gums. Put a red wig on his bald head. Paint red and white polka dots on his face and cover that body with a soft, beautiful fur coat. Make it mink. On his feet put some large rubber red and white polka dotted clowns shoes which squeak very loud when he walks. Pick him up and feel his soft fur. Mink is so nice. Set him down next to your leg. Immediately he tries to bite you but he has no teeth so he gnaws at your leg with his gums and they tickle so much you laugh. He becomes so frustrated he keeps shouting at you with a tiny voice, Give me my teeth! Take him down to your nearest water and set him loose to swim away, holding his mink coat above the water so it will not get wet.

46

Tell me, when you think of frogs, what do you feel? It makes me smile. And the negative emotion, the fear of frogs, was gone. Six months later a review showed the fear of frogs was still gone. Can you think of a fear that is so visual this method of substitution would work? Here is a way to eliminate unknown fears, emotions you cannot identify or know where they came from. Hot Sun Imagine yourself at a beach on a very hot day. Think of the bad feelings you have but cannot identify. Feel the emotion as a dark wet mass. Take that wet mass and place it on a hot rock with the mid day sun shining on it. Immediately see the vapor coming up from the mass and watch it dry up and shrivel until it is just dry dust on the rock. Bring in a strong wind to blow the dust out into the ocean and watch it disappear into the water. Check your emotions. How much is left? The Ship Our life experiences create emotional links which can be like stones weighing us down, restricting our choices, and keeping us captive. With this exercise you can release the past and make a new future of personal choices without the past restrictions. You need to do this with all the people with whom you are connected, even your family. Then you may walk together or separately and know that it is good either way because it is your unrestricted choice. Find yourself standing on a dock next to a large passenger ship. On the stern, the back of the ship, see the images of all the people with whom you have had an emotional connection, either bad or good. Include all your family and those with whom you are presently emotionally connected. Tied around each of their waists is a rope. The other end of the rope is wrapped around your waist. Begin loosening and untying the ropes around your waist and drop them in the water. Watch them sink and disappear. Untie all the ropes around the waists of those on the ship and see them drop in the water, sink, and disappear. Continue doing this until all of the ropes are released and have disappeared into the water. Now, watch the ship begin to move away from the dock. Wave goodbye to all those on the ship.

47

Know that you have released all the ties of the past which bind you together and you and they are now free to walk your own paths. Choose now to walk together or separately. You are free, no longer bound to each other by your past. You can now make your own future. Color Pool and Paint a Rainbow Color is a vibration and is connected to your emotions. Use this technique to balance your emotions and relieve your stress. Think of your stress level. On a scale of 0 to 10, how much stress do you have? Go with your first impression. Take your quartz crystal and hold it in front of you with the point up. Notice it has 6 sides and a tip. It looks like a 6 sided crystal house with the tip as the roof. Close your eyes and see the six sided crystal house. Come closer and see it getting larger and larger until it is as big as a house. There is an open doorway. Go inside and find yourself in a large room. In the back of the room is a another doorway. A sign above the door says Healing Room. In the back of this room is a large pool. Instead of water, it is full of color, all the colors of the rainbow, swirling all around. Take off your clothes and jump into the pool and feel the colors flowing through you and filling your cells with color, all the colors of the rainbow. When your cells have all of a particular color they need, that color will disappear. Observe the colors filling you and watch as they disappear, one by one. When all the colors are gone and the pool is empty, look over to one side and you will find buckets of paint with paint rollers next to them. Pick up the red bucket and roller. Dip the roller into the red paint, the red of fire truck, the red of an apple, the most beautiful red you have ever seen. With the roller, paint a wide band of bright red all around the wall of the pool, starting at the base. See the wet, shiny band of red all around the wall of the pool. Set the roller down and pick up the bucket of orange paint and its roller. Dip the roller into the orange paint and paint a wide band of orange, the orange of pumpkins, the orange of the fruit, the nicest orange you have ever seen, just above the band of red, all around the wall of the pool. And see the wide band of wet, shiny orange just above the band of bright red. Set the roller down and pick up the bucket of yellow paint and its roller. Dip the roller into the yellow paint and roll a wide band of yellow just above the band of orange. It is a beautiful yellow, the color of canaries, or lemons, of buttercups. It is bright and wet and shiny and is a wide band just above the orange, which is above the red. And you have 3 bright, wet, shiny bands of color. There is red on the bottom, orange just above, and then yellow. And your color bands reach up to the center of the wall of the pool.

48

Set the yellow roller down and pick up the bucket of green paint and its roller. Dip the roller into the green paint and paint a wide band of gorgeous green just above the yellow. This is your favorite green. The green of new grass, the green of pine trees, a gorgeous green which pleases the eye. See the green band just above the yellow, and orange, and red. And you have four bands of wet, shiny paint. Red on the bottom and orange above it and then yellow and the top band is a lovely green. Set the green roller down and pick up the bucket of blue paint and its roller. Dip the roller into the blue paint and paint a wide band of bright blue just above the band of green. And you can see this is your favorite blue. It may be light blue or sky blue or the deep blue of the ocean but it is your favorite shade of blue. And you can see it shine just above the band of green and below that is yellow, then orange, and at the bottom, a beautiful red. And now you have five bands of color. You have red at the bottom, orange just above the red, then yellow, green, and bright blue. You are almost at the top of the wall of the pool. You only need one more color. Set the blue roller down and pick up the bucket of purple paint and its roller. Dip the roller into the purple paint and roll a wide band of lovely purple on top of the band of blue and up to the very edge of the wall. And you have a beautiful rainbow of colors. Purple is at the top, just below it is blue, then a gorgeous green, and bright yellow, a very nice orange, and a beautiful red. See the shiny, brilliant colors. At the bottom is a band of red. Just above the band of red is a wide band of orange, then a row of yellow. Next is green, then blue, and finally a lovely band of purple. Stand back and see them again. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. With all these colors vivid and vibrating within you, come out of the pool, put on your clothes, step out of the crystal, back into your body, and when you feel comfortable, open your eyes. Remember your emotional stress level? On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you evaluate yourself, now. Has the level reduced? This is an excellent exercise to reduce your stress and you can easily lead someone else into this meditation. Can you close your eyes and still see the bands of color? This has the added benefit of increasing your general psychic sensitivity and specifically your clairvoyance. Many of these next techniques are primary techniques for physical healing. They are part of the Crystalotherapy system. However, these physical methods flood the energy fields of the body with positive energy which reduces negative emotional mental states. Stress, both physical and emotional, is reduced.

49

These next four techniques are predominant in our physical healing process. We noticed a significant drop in stress and negativity as the result of doing them and now include them in our emotional therapy techniques. The are called Brain Balance, Neurological, Three Way, and Four Square Brain Balance The Brain Balance has previously been used to balance the 12th Chakra. Now it is used to reduce stress and calm the emotions. Put your Wheel of Life pendant in your left hand and your crystal in the right. Stand behind your client. Place the Wheel against the left temple just in front of the ear. Place the right hand crystal against the right temple in the same area but with the tip of the crystal pointing down toward the feet. Hold in such a way as to cup the ears with your hands. There are over 100 acupoints on the ears and including them charges up the whole immune system. Repeat the Light Invocation three times. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Keep your hands in place for 10 minutes. Ask your client to tell you the difference in their emotional or stress state. This has a secondary physical benefit of reducing headaches, even migraines. The Brain Balance balances the right and left hemisphere of the brain and balances the endocrine system through the pituitary gland, which is directly in the path of the energy. The endocrine glands are known for their connection to emotions. You can do this for yourself by placing the left hand, with Wheel, against your left temple and the right hand crystal against the right temple but pointing toward the top of the head. Use the same method of repeating the Light Invocation three times. Be sure to cup the ears. Neurological Balance The next technique reduces stress a different way. It works through the minor chakras of the feet. All the meridians of the organs of the body exit at the feet. By sending positive energy up those meridians you clear the negative blockages and charge up the organs. This technique is very difficult to do for yourself. It is used to help someone else. Because you are working on someone else, remember to protect yourself against the negative energy of the other by repeating the Light Invocation, three times. With the Wheel of Life in the center of the left hand, place that hand on the bottom of the clients right foot with the Wheel touching the arch of the foot. Hold the right hand crystal against the arch of the left foot with the point toward the heel.

50

Repeat the Light Invocation three times to activate the positive energy healing process. Hold your hands in place for 15 minutes and ask the person you are working on to tell you the difference before and after doing this technique. Note: This technique is best done with the client sitting or lying down. We do not recommend having them stand. You may have noticed this technique was used to balance the 10 th and 11th chakras Many of our techniques have multiple uses for either emotional or physical therapy. Three Way This technique uses two therapists working together on one person. One therapist is behind the client, holding the Wheel of Life medallion in the left hand with the stones facing out from the hand. The therapist places the Wheel of Life against the left temple in such a way the hand covers the ear. The right hand holds a quartz crystal against the right temple and also covers the right ear the same as the Brain Balance. The second therapist is at the feet of the client, also holding a Wheel of Life and a crystal in the left and right hands. The Wheel is placed against the arch of the clients right foot. The crystal is placed against the arch of the left foot with the point of the crystal toward the heel of the foot. This healing technique is the same as the Neurological Balance. In essence, you are working the Brain Balance and the Neurological at the same time. Both therapists repeat the Light Invocation three times in unison and hold in place for 15 minutes, minimum, or a maximum of one hour in three 20 minute segments. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. The Brain Balance pulses energy between the right and left hands and stimulates and balances the pituitary gland which controls the glandular systems whose hormones affect the emotions. The Neurological Balance technique pulses bioenergy through the energy centers at the feet. Most of the acupuncture meridians of the body exit at the feet. The energy moves up these meridians and begins to dissolve negative energy causing muscle tension and blocking the flow of bioenergy to the cells. This allows more energy to move to the tension places on the body. Negative emotions are connected to tension. When the tension begins to reduce, the client feels much more relaxed, a clear sign the negative emotions have also reduced.

51

The Three Way technique causes both the glandular and the neurological system to be affected at the same time which, in turn, affects the emotions. Two people increase the total energy in the process and make changes much faster than a single therapist. I feel so relaxed! This is amazing! The tension just melted away. Ellen Courtney, RN Four Square Use a treatment or massage table, or even a recliner chair to let the client stretch out. Remove the shoes. Place therapists at the head and the feet, as we did with the Three Way, and then add another two therapists for a total of four working on the client. One is at the head, the second is at the feet. We add one on each side of the client. The person on the left side places their right hand crystal on the left hip of the client and then places the left hand Wheel on the stomach. The person on the right side puts their left hand Wheel against the hip and the right hand crystal on the back of the left hand of the other therapist so both are holding their hands on the stomach, one on top of the other. In unison, all four repeat the Light Invocation, three times. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Keep this in place from 15 to 60 minutes. The longer period is for people with major emotional problems. It may be a way to clear negative emotional energy out of people who are so dysfunctional they cannot cooperate mentally. This has great potential and should be used in a more technical study to determine how effective it can be. With the Four Square we increase the amount of therapists, the amount of energy available, and work on more energy systems than before. This reduction of negative energy makes it faster and more powerful than the other healing techniques. I was teaching a class in Crystalotherapy energy healing and we were practicing the Four Square technique. A woman came charging into the room, called the names of two of the students and they went to talk to her. They came to me and explained she had emotional problems and they were getting more severe. They wondered if there was anything they could do. I told them to put her on the treatment table, have four chairs arranged around the table for each of the therapists to sit in and begin the Four Square. I asked them to be prepared to stay for as much as one hour doing the treatment. No one would be allowed to break the process. They agreed and began. An hour later, they pulled away and she lay on the table, apparently asleep. I came over and told them to let her lay there and process the healing they had done. My experience told me she was not asleep, but instead was in a deep trance state. Prior testing had shown this phenomenon to be caused when the clients brain frequency was predominantly in theta. We continued with the class. Two hours later, she opened her eyes and sat up. Her friends immediately went to her side and talked to her. They brought her up to me. She thanked me for the healing and explained she had been gradually getting worse and worse. She had become

52

paranoid, afraid to even leave her house. But now she was completely back in charge. All the stress and fear was gone. She was fascinated because she was a clinical psychotherapist. I encouraged her to continue treatment by her friends and she said she not only would but wanted to learn this technique so she could use it in her practice. Unconditional love Unconditional love has a great power to cancel negative emotions. Have you noticed how good you feel when you hold a baby in your arms and it smiles at you? That feeling can eliminate a whole month of depression! The real power of this can be seen when you see a 200 pound man turn into silly, gibbering fool just to get that baby to smile. You get the same experience with a puppy or a kitten. There is something so loveable about them it floods your body with a good feeling and the stress and negativity simply disappear. This works very well with depressed or emotionally disturbed children. Again you are using a positive emotion to eliminate the negative. Try this. When you are feeling upset and your emotions very intense, imagine you are holding a small baby and tickling their mouth until they smile. Feel that sweetness and warmth as you see that happy face smiling at you. Hold that sweetness and warmth for several minutes. Observe your emotions. How do you feel? Have they calmed down? Try the same with a puppy, one who wags his whole body when you touch him. As you hold him in your arms he licks your face with total love and affection. Feel that sweetness, that delight, and hold it for several minutes. How do you feel? Have your emotions changed? Do you like kittens? Little ones who prance and play and love to climb up your body into your arms and lick your face? Feel the roughness, the raspiness of that tongue as it gives you cat kisses. Feel that warmth, that feeling of sweetness, of unconditional love, and hold it for several minutes. How do you feel? Has the intensity of your emotions become calmer? Unconditional love is a feeling, a sweetness that will fill your whole body and help you relax. If the emotions are just a recording and are stored in your memory, bringing in an opposite emotion into your memories or your experience should reduce the intensity of those emotions. And so it does. I love the puppy kissing me. I was so upset after arguing, heatedly, with my mother. I remembered this exercise and visualized holding a squirming puppy in my arms as it licked my face, and I laughed. Just like that, all the anger disappeared. I felt so good I went out and bought a puppy. Anne Mintner, Massage Therapist

53

Aerobic Exercise Simple exercise causes the body to sweat, reducing toxins, and brings in extra oxygen which converts to bioenergy which has a positive emotional charge. This will automatically reduce stress. Many people exercise regularly because they love how good they feel afterward. Dont have any exercise equipment? Walk or run up and down stairs or a hill. Keep it up until you are breathing hard and break out in sweat. Do this anytime you are feeling stressed or depressed. Do it every day and gradually reduce your overall negative energy. A lady called me after one of my students recommended me. She was becoming so paranoid she had difficulty going out of her apartment building for shopping. I had no time available for another client, so I recommended some visualizations she could do by herself. She said she could not visualize. I told her to get some comedy videos and laugh. She could not go out to shop except for food. Finally I told her to go up and down the stairs from the ground floor up to her room as quickly as she could and continue until she broke out in a sweat. I wanted no more excuses so I told her not to call me until she had done as I asked. Two days later I received her call. She was feeling much better. She began to enjoy the exercise after a poor beginning. Now it was part of her daily routine. She began to go out to dine and to shop for more than just food. She even went to a movie. Personal sessions helped her eliminate the problem and she became a happy, productive person. The best aerobic exercises are walking, running, dancing, swimming, stairs, and bicycling. These types of exercises increase oxygen, which adds positive energy to the body and reduces the negative emotional wherever it is in the body. It stimulates sweat to take out toxins, and activates the lymph glands to remove cellular wastes and fight against disease. Hug Therapy This seemed so silly I almost ignored the idea. In the spirit of trying anything once, I stood in front of a mirror and wrapped my arms around my chest, closed my eyes, and recreated the feeling I had when I had last hugged a very dear friend. I did this for about three minutes. I felt good. I wondered why. I realized it was a way I could project a good feeling from one experience into another. I took a positive emotion from my memory and put into the experience of hugging my self. It changed my immediate emotional state. Here was an interesting area for further study. Try it. Inner Videos If you have ever had good emotional experiences, they are stored in the library of your memory. When you are disturbed or emotionally upset, sit down, close your eyes and pick one of your good videos and replay it. Feel that good ending, all over again. After playing that video several times, open your eyes and evaluate your emotions. Have they reduced?

54

You dont have any memories of good times? Borrow someone elses. Strangely enough, it will work the same. Put yourself in their place and feel that emotion. Remember a movie or television show when something very happy happened. Put yourself in the actors place and feel that experience and the happy feeling. Remember the last time you were at a happy party. Perhaps it was a birthday, or a wedding. Remember all the laughter and dancing and music. Put yourself in the party. This will rapidly change your emotional state. Spotlight The Spotlight is a way to reduce the negativity of more than one experience, all at the same time. Hold up your Wheel of Life pendant. Notice it is round. Imagine it is a round spotlight like the ones used to advertise grand openings, or movies. They generate a very intense light, so intense you could throw a piece of paper into the beam and the paper would burst into flames. Write down at least 3 negative experiences you want to change. Think about each of them. See them as a movie. Take experience number one and play the movie until you come to the moment of impact that creates your negative emotion. Focus the spotlight on the paper and watch it start to burn. Think of experience number two and take a photo of the impact time. Focus the spotlight on number two until it breaks into flame. Go back to number one and check it. Has it been consumed by the flames or is it still burning? Look at number two and make sure it is still burning. Go to the next memory. Take a photo of the impact moment and focus the energy of the spotlight on it and see it beginning to burn. Review each of the memories. Has number one been consumed? Can you feel any emotion when you look at the past memory? Look at number two. Has it been burned up or is it still burning? Look at number three and see how far the burning has gone. Continue to check all your memories until all are nothing but ashes. What if your flame goes out? Simply focus the spotlight back on the remains of that photo. Finally, check the emotional content of all the memories. With practice you may even be able to eliminate more than three negative emotions stored in your memories. Distance Distance is sometimes called absent or remote healing. It is a method of broadcasting positive energy to anyone at a distance.

55

Our tools are the Wheel of Life, a quartz crystal, Mandalas, and the Light Invocation. We access the subconscious mind of the subject with something which has their individual vibration. A photograph , a part of their body such as hair, nail clippings, sweat, blood, spit, even the less desirable, urine and feces. These are called Primary Witnesses. They are the primary vibrations unique to all living creatures. They may be the energy patterns of the DNA. This is necessary because we are broadcasting and need a subject or a target. Think of a primary witness as a phone number. With it you can communicate. Without it nothing happens. We have several methods of working on emotions from a distance and we can use several combinations of tools. Mandalas We can use two Mega 2 Mandalas, one for each hand. Use a photograph or something your target has written, for a primary witness. On a piece of paper, write down the negative state of mind of your target or any specific emotion you want to help them reduce. Place the paper between the two Mandalas. Hold them between your hands. Chant the Light Invocation continuously for 15 minutes. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Repeat this procedure once or twice a day for 30 days. Check with your client to see what changes have taken place. How does this work? Crystal Mandala Chargers generate bioenergy. The design opens a doorway into the dimension of unlimited energy. This has been called the Fourth Dimension of pure thought. Some scientists call this zero point. Others call it scalar. Or, simply, the universal dimension. When this doorway is opened, this Fourth Dimensional energy steps down into the our Third Dimension of vibration and bioenergy comes out. The Mandalas are connected to the Fourth Dimension through these doorways and can broadcast energy to anyone or anything. That energy travels at the speed of thought. As long as you have a photograph, or something they have written, or some part of their body for a code to get the energy to the target. This is called a primary witness. It is something which has their unique and individual vibrational signature. If you use two of the Mandalas, you can send energy, as well as thoughts and emotion, for healing of either the body or the emotions or both. A photograph is the most useful. It is easy to obtain and a full body picture can be used to target specific areas for healing. If a photograph is placed between the Mandalas, the energy produced by them will be broadcast to the person in the photo. It goes through the frequency of pure thought and enters the subconscious mind. The information, including the emotional charge, is taken in and the subconscious reacts, creating physiological and psychological change. If we say the Light Invocation, that positive energy charge is broadcast along with the rest of the energy and increases the change in the emotion

56

within the note. That positive charge neutralizes the negative emotion continuously as the prayer is chanted. Every 5 minutes we check the intensity of the emotional charge in what we have written. This gives us positive feedback so we will continue until all negativity is gone. Wheel of Life Add the Wheel of Life to the Mandalas and increase your capability to affect someone at a distance. The Wheel is held in the left hand when used for healing, with the points up. A quartz crystal is held in the right hand. As you did with the Mandalas, write down some negative emotional experience. If you are doing this for yourself, you may write down the intensity of the emotion to observe changes in the emotion. Hold the paper between the hands, touching the Wheel and crystal. Chant the Light Invocation continuously for 5 minutes and then check the intensities of all the emotions. Repeat until the emotional energy is gone. You may also notice physical pain and tension disappear at the same time. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. Combine the Wheel of Life and the Mega Mandalas and you have enough energy to neutralize as many as five major negative emotional memories, all at the same time, in 15 minutes or less. The amount of problems neutralized at the same time will be determined by the intensity of the negative emotions in each problem. You may also work on more than one person at the same time. You can work on 5 problems of yourself or others simultaneously. Write down on a piece of paper five different negative memories you want to be rid of. Be sure to evaluate the intensity of each memory. Add a photograph of yourself or someone else or both. Hold the paper between to Mega Mandalas and the Mandalas between the two hands. Chant the Light Invocation continuously for 10 minutes and then check the intensities of all the emotions. I invoke the Light of God within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my Guide. The healing power of the Wheel is amplified and broadcast along with the emotional memories you want to change for yourself or someone else. A very powerful positive charge allows multiple emotional experiences to be reduced. The Wheel, Mandalas, and crystal will broadcast all the emotional problems. The Wheel will also heal the physical. Stacking

57

Want to work on more than one person at a time? You can dissolve negative emotions from as many as 5 people by placing a primary witness of each one, between two Mega 2 Mandalas. Want more than 5 people worked on at the same time? Add another 5 pictures or other witnesses on top of the two Mandalas and cover them with another Mandala. You now have a sandwich of problems. Add 5 more problems and stack another Mandala on top. Stacking Mandalas increases the total power of the stack and enables you to work on many people at the same time. If you have more than one person, always have a picture of each one, with their problems written down and attached to their picture. Remember to use the Wheel and crystal on the outside of the stack. Best Friend Do you have difficulty loving yourself? Do you have low self esteem? Here is a fun exercise. It works, but only to the degree of commitment you give to it. Imagine your best friend is coming to town. You have not seen him or her in years. This opportunity to be together may never come again? What will you do? Would you buy them flowers, take them out to dinner, a play or a movie? Would you buy them an expensive gift? What would you do? Make yourself your best friend. Be a method actor and pretend you have just arrived. Take yourself out to dinner. Buy yourself some flowers. Go to a popular play you have been interested in seeing. Go to that first rate movie you have seen advertised. Buy yourself an expensive gift. Do this for 7 days. Make it as real as you can. When I tried this it was very strange. I bought myself some flowers. I never bought myself flowers. Always they were for someone else. I took myself out to dinner at a very nice restaurant. I ordered two dinners. I explained to the waiter I was an actor and practicing two roles. I sat, back and forth, eating both dinners and talking to myself. The waiter was not upset at all. We were in San Francisco, California and there were many actors there. I went to a play and bought two tickets and spent the time enjoying the play with my best friend and looking forward to the time when we would discuss and critique it. I was really getting into the role. Probably the most difficult time was buying myself an expensive coat I had admired and wanted for some time but could not justify spending so much money on myself. What a strange but great pleasure it made when I tried it on and bought it. At the end of 7 days something inside me changed. I realized I was worthy of being loved by my best friend and my best friend was me. I no longer thought of everyone else first and me last. I realized how important it was to feel good about and be loved by myself. Happy Music

It has long been recognized that music affects the emotions and behavior of people. Martial music is used by armies. Musical scores are an important part of triggering emotional responses in movies. Even department stores use it to create a particular atmosphere. Were you aware music can cause both types of emotions to be activated? Angry clashing sounds create a negative stress. Melodies and dance music create a good feeling. The most effective is Latin dance music, Polkas, Irish/Scottish jigs and reels, Bluegrass, Dixieland, Disney, and Gospel music. In essence, the best music makes your hands clap and your feet tap. Try this for fun. Pick a day when you are very stressed. Put on some happy music. Better than that, dance! Even if you do so by yourself. Sambas, other Latin dance music, Polkas, jitterbug, disco, Irish Step Dances, country clog steps, rock and roll will all make you dance, sweat, and smile. Happy Songs (Get list to recommend. Talk to long time disc jockeys.) Sing songs with happy lyrics and up tempo music. Disney is good. Look for show tunes where the lyrics are upbeat and the music up tempo. Seek out comedy songs which make you laugh, or gospel tunes which really make your feet tap. See what happens when you sing a happy song. You can not stay sad when you sing happy. Emotions are connected to music. If you listen or sing happy songs you will absorb positive emotional energy into your subconscious mind and reduce the negativity stored there. Dance Dancing reduces negative emotions and stress. Pick music and dancing that is happy music. Let the dance be strenuous, a celebration. Try Latin dance music such as the Samba, the Rhumba, or the Tango. Any Latin music makes for happy dancing. (Ask Charles Schultz estate for permission to use Snoopy dancing.) Ever danced a polka? It is pure fun. Learn to do the clog. It is a group dance but can be practiced by one person. Irish/Scottish jigs, reels, and other dances make you smile. The Jitterbug, popular in the 1940s is a lot of fun and can be very athletic. Disco is another strenuous fun dance. Maybe you can think of others. The only rule is, it must be fun! A good friend of mine was in a very depressed state and telling me about the tangle that was her family. She asked me for advice. I told her to dance to Latin music for one hour each day for 7 days and then get back to me. She called me three days later and was completely out of her depression. Nonetheless, I asked her to continue for the rest of the 7 days to bring out the positive person who had been buried by all the negative emotions.

Laugh Laughter is the best medicine. Have you heard that? Do you have any idea of the power of laughter? You can be feeling depressed for 6 months and have a good belly laugh and all that sadness disappears. A friend of mine called me from New York. She was feeling very depressed. Her work was having problems. Her daughter, sister, and mother were having problems. Her health was being affected. She asked me for help. I had her go into her room and laugh for 30 minutes. She was bemused by this request. What a thought! She was an actress so I told her to consider it a role she had to rehearse for half an hour. She called me back, later and told me she could not get beyond 15 minutes before she began coughing and coughed up a dark mucus. She was shaken by the power of the experience and feeling better. The next day she lengthened the laughter time to 30 minutes and reported both her emotional and physical health was improved. Comedy Routines Watch or listen to comedy routines that tell a story with a funny twist. Avoid slapstick or one-line jokes. Leave out the naughty routines unless they make you really laugh. They are often mean, or filled with some negative emotion. Think of the routines of Bill Cosby and Noah talking to God about the Flood. Go over some of Steve Martins wild and crazy stories, or Woody Allen talking about a moose that went to his party. Listen to Phyllis Diller talk about her husband Fang and 5 years of ironing stored in her closet. The routines of Mike Nichols and Elaine May are classics that will have you continuously laughing. Galagher, Joan Rivers, Eddie Murphy, Lily Tomlin, Jeff Foxworthy, and The Cable Guy. I am sure you can think of others. All of these comedians tell a story with a twist that makes you laugh. And that is the secret. Laugh as much as you can. The power of laughter is immense. You can be glum and depressed for weeks and all that disappears with one good laugh session.

Chapter 13 Review
Effective therapy, either physical or emotional requires an accessible target, a transfer method, and sufficient energy to change the existing condition. Emotional therapy requires accessing the subconscious mind and bringing in enough energy to change the emotion stored in the memory. We have used several methods to access the subconscious mind. The Magic technique allows you to work at your own leisure to get rid of emotions you do not want. All it requires is pen and paper and writing down your negative experiences from your memory. Then you use your power tools and the Light Invocation to dissolve those negative emotions.

Change Your Past lets you rescript your past, in essence, rewriting the movie of your experiences to change a bad ending into a good one. Here you get to be an actor in a role in a new version of an old movie. And it works! You can even dissolve traumas that have been with you from child hood. Substitution changes emotions connected to the parts that make up the whole and thereby changes the emotion of the whole problem. You can take apart the object into its emotional trigger parts and neutralize all of them. This changes the whole from negative to neutral or positive. Hot Sun can take formless fears, give them form and then dissolve them. The Ship recognizes emotional ties, life connections, created in the past but affecting the present. It allows those past ties to be released, freeing you and the others tied to you, allowing you to continue on the path of your life, unburdened by all those others of your past. Color Pool and Paint a Rainbow, use the power of color to calm and harmonize your mind. It reduces stress and, at the same time, increases psychic sensitivity. Many of the techniques are used to help the physical body heal and that gives them multipurpose capabilities. The Brain Balance helps balance the bodys chemical systems through the pituitary gland. It also calms the emotions. The Neurological removes blockages in the biomagnetic meridians leading to all the organs. Extended treatment of 20 minutes or more dissolves deep traumas that create physical problems. This relaxes the body and reduces stress. The Three Way method combines both the Brain Balance and the Neurological and helps neutralize deep seated emotions of long duration. It is a very powerful tool to remove great amounts of stress in as little as one half an hour. The Four Square uses the power of group healing by having four therapists work on the client at the same time. This balances all the energy systems and goes even deeper to remove stress and traumas. This method and the Three Way have the potential to help people in deep depressive states and even stronger emotional conditions. Unconditional Love can take the love feeling for babies, puppies, or kittens and transfer them to the emotional problems of the client. Aerobic Exercise reduces stress by causing deeper breathing and flooding the body with the positive charge of oxygen. Sweating reduces toxins and stimulates the lymphatic glands.

Hug Therapy shows you how to generate self love by visualization and transfer of positive emotional energy. Inner Videos can change the mood by directing the mind into a pleasant experience of observing inner pictures. Build a large library and you can vary the videos to fit any mood. Spotlight uses the power of the Wheel of Life to dissolve three or more emotional memories simultaneously. Singing Happy Songs, listening and dancing to Happy Music can be a very quick way to get out of depressive moods, while gaining good physical results. Our whole healing system, physical or emotional, is based on the use of power tools such as the Wheel of Life, crystals, Mandalas, the Light Invocation Prayer and combinations of all of them. I have been criticized for talking about a product I produce and sell. Yet, if I wrote a book about a dramatic new healing machine, there would be little comment. All of these techniques can be done with nothing but the bare hands. And the time required for pain reduction would be greatly extended and very limited. You can do them with two crystals, which can be purchased from a vast variety of people. Your healing efficiency will definitely be increased. But the greatest speed, highest intensity and greatest depth is reserved for the ones who use the power tools of the Wheel of Life and the Crystal Mandalas, which we produce. The good news is, they are not expensive. They are a one time cost, are very portable, and seem to last forever. Using these tools avoids carrying pounds of stones with you. Some are conventional and some are not. All methods have been tested and proven to work. Our premise is simple. Emotions are a form of energy. Because they are energy they follow some rules. Energy can change forms and be changed by another stronger energy. Emotions can change the body and the mind and can, in return, be changed by a stronger emotion. Energy has polarity. It can be either plus or minus. When an energy charge of the same type meets the opposite polarity they cancel each other out, like a negative ion and a positive ion. Emotions have polarity. A positive emotion and a negative on will cancel each out. Or, bringing in a positive emotional charge into a negative emotionally charged memory will reduce the intensity of the negative charge. If you can continue to introduce a positive charge into the stored negative memory, eventually the emotion within the memory will disappear leaving you with the strange residue of an interesting movie without an emotion.

How to do that? For an experiment, we had to break the problem down into simple parts. 1. We must be able to locate the emotion. 2. We must be able to anchor the emotion so it could be worked on. 3. We must have a source of positive energy to counter the negative in the memory of the subject. 4. We must have a method to bring these opposite energies together. 5. We needed a way for the subject to recognize any changes we made. This would offer positive reinforcement to encourage them to continue. First, to be able to change the emotions we needed to have a way to isolate the emotion. We already decided all the emotions were stored in memory. How then, to get to the emotions we wanted to be rid of and isolate them long enough to change them? We could ask the subjects to describe the problem and visualize a change. We did this in the technique of Change the Past. We also did it in different way in Substitution. But what about the people who could not visualize well? We used the Magic technique and asked them to write down the memory. We also asked them to do an internal evaluation of the intensity of the negative emotion on a scale of 0-10, 10 being the most intense. After only 10 minutes each person reevaluated their intensity. Each one was encouraged to continue working, in 10 minute increments, until the emotion could no longer be felt. Now we move into another area of our research. We found, through exhaustive use of muscle testing, Kirlian camera photography, and dowsing, we could measure the effect of printed or written pieces of paper placed against the body. Whatever the emotion was on the paper, it caused a physical reaction on the body of the subject. If it was a positive emotion, the subjects muscle strengthened, their Kirlian energy light photo increased in intensity, and their energy field increased, as measured by our dowsing instruments. If it was a negative emotion, exactly the opposite was experienced. We assumed, then, the emotion of the memory of the subject would, both literally and physically, be connected to what was written on the paper. We had finally anchored the emotion. Now we had to have a method of entering the opposite charge into the paper, a positive emotional energy charge. We had part one and two done, we were able to locate the emotion and anchor it. Next came the need for a source of positive energy. We found that in what we call our Power Tools. The Wheel of Life pendant, a hand sized quartz crystal, Mandala Chargers, and the Light Invocation prayer. We had been experimenting with these tools for about 30 years. We used them for physical energy healing and found them to be very effective in helping the healing of many types of problems. And they worked on animals and plants, too. They were and still are the base for Crystalotherapy, our energy healing system. This system has been taught and experienced in 11 different countries with excellent results.

We realized sickness was a result of something blocking the flow of energy to the cells. As the cells deteriorated, they began to die. For any healing to work, the negative energy blocking the cells must be eliminated and the cells charged with positive energy so they could rebuild. Our Power Tools had been researched and tested to show they did exactly that. Could we use that ability to generate and transfer positive energy into our problem? We chose to use these tools to eliminate negative emotional energy in our subjects memories. But could we go to the next step and bring them together? We went back to our method of physical healing. We found great success in reducing physical pain by putting the left hand on the problem and the right hand on the opposite side of the body. In essence we sandwiched the problem between our two hands. We used Power Tools such as the Wheel of Life and Crystal Mandalas, and the Light Invocation for the energy. We had been able to do effective distance healing by using a photograph of a person and broadcast our positive energy through that photograph. We had also used Mandala Chargers to send their generated energy to people from a distance. We decided to try out both methods and even combine them. Lets see. We have located and anchored the emotion, we have a source of positive energy and a method to bring them together. Oh yes, and a method for the subject to evaluate the changes, if any. And we had unusual methods of happy music, dance, and laughter. Now we begin to test our hypothesis: Emotions are energy and their polarity can be changed by a stronger energy of the opposite polarity. When we think of emotions as a form of energy it becomes possible to isolate the offending emotion and eliminate it. Over the past 15 years we have tested this idea with hundreds of people in both public classes and private sessions. Gradually we created and refined the techniques we use and defined the parameters of our work. At this point we are ready to bring this knowledge to the public and to the scientific world. Here is the challenge. If this book has intrigued you enough to want to set up studies where all the parameters are defined and controlled, contact us. Any questions?
