Description : It is wholesale Departmental Store. Chinni Drugs Stores regularly enter in to the Rate Contract of all drugs of the formulary time to time to be purchased. Stores are being given powers to purchase sanctioned quantity of drugs of some items in the formulary. But most of the items are being centrally purchased by the Drugs to be distributed to them. Every 6 months indents filling their sanctioned budget and expenditure occurred in drug & dressing heads, gets almost 6 monthly indents .The quantity required for each items for next 6 months is calculated and orders are being issued to the venders according to the Rate Contract. On receipt of the order the vendors supply the ordered quantity. Where it is being checked and kept in the store at appropriate place for the dispensing. The drugs are being filled in the trucks as per the indents made by the respective of the region where the truck goes and the stock on hands in the Period
