The AHEAD project aims at promoting skills development in leadership and school management. Specifically it provides heads of schools with the skills needed for building and managing research teams to carry out innovative research activities thanks to the AHEAD didactic model which combines a web based PBL Problem-Based Learning approach with a peer training method to promote the ongoing updating of headmasters practical skills.
