Aqua Fitness
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. You need not be a swimmer to participate. Classes include water fitness training with sports-specific drills and cardiovascular work. You're sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance. Our classes combine cardio and strength using the latest aquatics equipment for a total body workout. Aqua

Aqua Zumba
This is the aqua fitness program everyone has been waiting for! Aqua Zumba is a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout set to international dance rhythms that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness.

Hydro Training
An athletic approach to water fitness training with sports-specific drills, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. You're sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance.

Cardio + Strength
Get more bang for your buck by combining both cardiovascular and strength training all in one efficient workout! 50/50
The first half of the class starts off with cardio training and the second half includes basic strength training. The type of cardio you can expect will be posted.

Crt
Cardio (Cardio Resistance Training) This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!

No Limits Circuit
Challenge yourself with this athletic-based cardio/strength training circuit workout set up in stations. Time flies as you make your way around the circuit and walk -or crawl away with a complete, full-body workout!

Strike!
...powered by Everlast. Strike Zone is the latest signature format to be offered at Life Time Fitness. It is an intense, kickboxing-inspired workout, sponsored by Everlast. Challenge yourself with this full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. This is NOT your typical kickboxing class!

Total Conditioning
Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a variety of equipment and cycle activity with built-in recovery for an efficient, easy-to-follow workout. Note: You'll want to master "Strictly Strength" before moving on to Total Conditioning.

Cardio - Athletic
Don't feel coordinated? No problem. Our Athletic Cardio classes offer easy-to-follow yet challenging workouts that allow you to achieve results and actively participate in a healthy way of life.

Cardio Kickboxing
Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.

Cardio - Choreographed
Choreographed Cardio: Designed as fun cardiovascular workouts, these classes incorporate the best choreography and techniques with great music. Step

Step - Interval
In step interval, you will enjoy intermediate-level step choreography while also being challenged to your anaerobic threshold, and beyond, with intervals of athletic drills.

Zumba comes to LTF! Be prepared to move to hypnotic Latin and international rhythms. Our Zumba LTF instructors are trained in both Zumba as well as Life Time's 5 Star Instructor Development Program. Strength Training

Fit

Feature Yoga Class


The Feature Yoga Class will highlight the individual creativity, skills and talent of our best of the best instructors at Life Time Fitness and LifePower.

Hatha Yoga
Strength & Flexibility / 60min / 75 All Yoga stems from this traditional form. Come explore a series of basic poses allowing you to create the pose based on your own body readiness The focus is on awareness as well as alignment and the teachers will lead you through the practice one pose at a time. Participants are encouraged to use props as needed to enhance their experience.

Lifepower Vinyasa 1
This class for all students that includes basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace that provides improvements in overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Great focus will be placed on alignment and breath as you flow from pose to pose.

Lifepower Vinyasa 2
Literally turn up the heat in this energetic, intermediate level flow class that introduces more advanced poses and sequences with optional inversions while enjoying the benefits of a warmer environment. For your best experience, we suggest participation in the LPV 1 class prior to this class.

Lifepower Vinyasa Flow


Ignite your respiratory, digestive & core furnaces in this highly energetic class. Great focus will be placed on breath as you flow from posture to posture leading to increased strength, flexibility, endurance and balance of mind and body. *for all levels

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga poses and melt away tension. Appropriate for those recovering from sore muscles, injury, and childbirth. All levels are welcome. Come to - aaahhh - just relax!

Yin Yoga
This is a slower moving yet challenging class where you will hold poses longer to allow you to find proper alignment and increased depth. There is great focus on strength and increased flexibility. All levels are welcome.
