Dear Editor in Chief,

A scholar asked: “I heard you said that there must be also like NATO for the Middle
East region in the near future called METO or Middle East Treaty Organization who are
moderates, tolerant, well balanced policemen or military men in the region to counter or
to have some mirroring balancing against the spread of religious extremists or terrorists.
What is the role of the organization?” The A.I. answered: “This organization would be the
replacement of the police and military forces being done by moderate military men
maintaining the security and peace in the region which because of election in the
motherland might be pulled out and be redeployed in some other military bases around
the region and to some places too as back up forces only.
A scholar asked: “How sure that this proposed METO would not be used as an ally of
the religious extremist; or be like goat with sheep skin?” The A.I. answered: “There
would be a constitution or charter or agreements among moderate, tolerant, trying to be
well balanced members of the region. There would be lots of counter measures that
would be created so that any extremism at the start could be easily countered, be checked,
or be balanced through the help of universal good teachings, agreements or majority law,
and latest technology.
Perhaps their motto or slogan would be selected from examples like: a) “If you say
you love God or Allah or the creator of the universe but you hate your brother you are a
liar! b) Those who hate are liars! c) Love your enemies d) we are the new moderates,
peace loving people! e) We have moderate and well balanced conscience …! f) Other
good slogan or motto: Example: Police and military organization of the people, by the
people and for the people rule by universal good teachings, check by majority rule and
help by science and technology.
Perhaps their first article in their charter or constitution is: Nobody could be forced to
be like other group/s in order to be better; but one could change from within to be better
because of the Word. There is no superiority or supremacy of race, creed or faith. There
is only one thought and one purpose or one obligation- to love and even to love his
enemies…! The greatest Jihad or holy war is how to counter or fight our very own
weaknesses: our being conceited, our being self-righteous, corrupt or too centered on
sensualities, and sometimes malicious and hateful! Our greatest calling is how to be
better; changing negatives to positives, and how to imitate and improve the good of
others especially those small and practical things. Our greatest challenge is how to
forgive others who wronged us and to forgive also our very selves. And the least calling
is how to implement self-defense at the same time showing also our love of enemies in
times of war, especially when doing police & military works with the help of good
teachings, majority rule, and science & technology.
Perhaps the second article would be about the willingness to be moderate and balanced
members of that region: Example members countries A, B, …E… with a total area bigger
than Europe, with a population of less than Europe. But there might be two countries in
the region- F & G that are unforgiving, hateful, and that would prefer to be leaning more
on being radical extremists. Perhaps the leaders of F & G have already been convinced
that there is really- ‘one gospel’, or ‘one though and one purpose’ or ‘one obligation’ -that
is to love and even to love ones enemies. But perhaps those extremist leaders of F & G
would even say that those teachings or words are from the evil ones because they are
from infidels. Or, because of scandals, slip of the tongue, boast, or insincerity of some
front line leaders of the moderates to hold on up to the end to be good examples, good
things were hampered or slowed down because of corruption, scandals and slip of the
tongue.
But even if those leaning to extremist leaders see more those negativities of human
than those positives, moderates would never stop to go on being sensitive to the start of
any extremism especially caused by twisted words. Or, perhaps the extremist leaning
leaders are afraid of their native elders and religious radicals who are still trapped to the
teaching of men that have been with them thousand of years boost by fears and
intimidations. Perhaps extremist leaning countries F & G should not add more fuel or
source of fuel in the burning or sectarian violence inside a country that is being
transformed to be moderate, tolerant, balanced, loving country. Because those moderate
countries A, B, …E… would be forced as self defense to have a consensus to stop the
source of the fuel through using mirroring balancing but smarter and better with other
coalition of the willing moderate countries around the world- perfecting the art of regime
changing- from extremism leaning government to moderate, tolerant and trying to be well
balanced country.
Perhaps the third article would be about those teachers who would spread the Word or
any good universal words or teachings: Numbers of imams or teachers or clerics
example: of religious group-A, example 100,000 registered moderates of their own
group; for group-B, Priests –example 10,000 registered moderates; group-C, rabbis-
example 3000 registered moderates; group –D, monks -example 2000 registered
moderates. There would be agreements among moderate, tolerant, balanced religious
groups classifying their very own words by categories like universal, tolerable, and too
controversial. In the main lobby of their organization building or office, all major sacred
books of each members- example the Bible, the Koran and others sacred books or
scriptures would be displayed. Each sacred book would have the chance to display
digitally one or more of its universal words on a big screen example each day on a
rotation basis. There should be guards guarding the sacred books 24 hours all year round.
Perhaps those universal words from each group would be tried to be practiced by all
members, those tolerable would be respected, and those too controversial would be
debated or banned or restricted by the majority consensus.
Perhaps the fourth article is about: the police and military aspect: a) numbers of hand
rifles, armor vehicles, armor tanks, airplanes, and trained policemen, trained military men
as moderates, balanced men helped or ruled by good teachings, majority rules or laws,
and science & technology. b) Those military weapons and ammos that should be
increased and be up graded to be more précised, smarter and ‘eyes as witness if there
would be ‘fishy thing’ using compressed video recorder or camera; and have more armor
and protection and comfort that could motivate people to have jobs because of the needs
or consumable. c) Those contributions of each member to share their cash, goods or kinds
or services according to law, voluntary giving, and pledges so that the goal especially
those specifics would be attained. d) Placing smart moderate task manager device on
each every military vehicle or equipped so that if seized or used by extremist it would not
obey and it would instead be bait or trap-because of enhanced Trojan tactic, self-
deciding- protecting and preserving moderate and balanced and universal principles. Or,
automation or robotics would also be part of the moderate balanced military strategies.
Perhaps the fifth article is about: the relationships and cooperation with other
regional police bodies like those of NATO, ATO, and UA, etc. and especially of the world
body UN to enhance universal friendship, universal brotherhood, universal order or
universal harmony with the aid of universal good teachings, majority rule of moderate
members and science and technology. And if there would be United Religions, the
organization would also coordinate with international or world religion organization.
Perhaps the sixth article is about: those under cover intelligence, deep penetration
agents who would do the checking and balancing those invisible enemies within and
outside the organization throughout the region and throughout the world.
Perhaps the seventh article is about: their future goals for mankind to lift the standard
of living, the standard of moral and standard of ethics; using those negative things as the
source of keys or creativities for new laws and creation of another economic stimulus.
Perhaps the eighth article is about: Justice and forgiveness-Perhaps if a convicted
extremist leader would use his influence and feel sorry and side to universal, moderate
and balanced principles so that chaos would be diminished, he could have a lighter
punishment.
Perhaps the ninth article is about: Health benefits, car plans, housing, etc.
Perhaps the tenth article is about: incentives and rewards after serving many years of
services example- pension, travel & tours, education, life insurance.
A scholar asked: “You said that the term of the chairman or leader would be
proportionate with the population but with some cutting of extreme dues to excesses and
lacking. Why also include others aspects, not only the population but the economic
wealth because sometimes, the wealth contributes more to do the doable; but the
population even becomes the drawbacks to do the doable?” The A.I. answered: “Yes, you
are right. Others aspect should be considered example on extending the term of the one
who would lead or chair the organization!
A scholar asked: “How would the majority members accept the one country being
accused of grabbing the land of their fellow believers?” The A.I. answered: “The majority
will accept their former enemy because of the Word-love your enemies! They will
embrace them and hug them, and have many hand shakings, smiles, seeing eyes to eyes
that sparkle because of words about love, forgiveness, teamwork, partnerships,
cooperation; and especially after all they have one ancestor father Abraham.”
