As your Ward 3 councilman, I have been working aggressively with the administration on these flooding problems. Our goal is resolution of the flooding issue, which has been severe this year, due to the unusually heavy rain storms wehav~ experienced. QUALITY CITY SERVICES: Maintaining the quality of services in Ward 3 is of utmost importance to me, as your Ward 3 Councilman. Currently, the entire Bellflower Road needs to be repaired and resurfaced. I have adamantly brought my concerns to the administration over this road condition. Through my dedicated efforts to resolve this problem, the total resurfacing of Bellflower Road project is scheduled to begin in June, 2012. There will be no tax increase to the residents.
